The worst Chinese I ever had ! To say I ordered it and collected it within 20 mins the food was dry as a bone ! The Chicken chilli salt was the worst I ever had!! Poor portion, dry like it had been sat all day ! Two little chili's ! The chili salt chips were the same ! Dry, tasteless and looked like sat all day! Prawn crackers soggy, the noodles were ok but still looked dry. ! Like I said to say I ordered and picked it up, defo not cooked fresh !! Waste of £31 ! Chucked it all. Only have one star cause I had to !

By far the worst Chinese takeaway I've ever had in my life, stodgy rice, chicken curry sauce like diahoa. Filthy dirty waiting area, definitely NOT recommended.

Great service, delicious food, good portions, delivered within time stated, was hot, no issues. Ordered Chicken Chop Suey, Sweet&sour Chicken balls, Chips, Prawn crackers, Egg fried Rice.

terrible food fried rice was stodgy, as for the chow mien worst I've eaten, had a burnt taste to it, wont be wasting £12 here again

Friendly service when ordering and picking up the order, food is always hot and well cooked and delicious. Staff knowledgeable about the menu and if there is any problem (which is very rare) they are quick and happy to rectify. A happy returning customer

Foods great always on time and always hot when it arrives

Normally had good experiences here, but tonight particular order was quite late. The spring rolls were overcooked and the chow mien was so salty I couldn’t eat it. I was originally told 45 mins for delivery, which is fair but it was actually 1 hour and 10 minutes (appreciate you may have been busy)

Overall a disappointing experience! The food wasn’t up to par in my opinion, the medium rare salt and chilli chips wasn’t ideal. The chow mein was dryer than the desert also made using thin noodles! The ribs also had about 3 in the container and the rest was tiny off cuts just to bulk the container out! All the food just looked really bland and depressing.The lad taking the order etc was decent just a shame the food was terrible!

Worst dried up ribs I've ever had. Shouldn't let food like that leave the kitchen. Chow mein made with vermicelli noodles? Chicken chucked in after so no sauce on it. Just awful. Adding on extra delivery due to some online issue which appears to have been happening for years. Just really shoddy.

Ordered our first (and on the basis of the taste not our last) take away meal from here. Everything tasted lovely .. the last time we had pork balls that good was in China town in London, I heartily recommend this place.

It was our first time ordering from here tonight and it was very nice. Food was still warm when it arrived and preordering on the website saves the bother. It's a shame you can't pay via card on their website but I'm sure this is something that will come. We shall order from here again in the future :)

We ordered from here for my birthday, we spent about £50 but unfortunately, couldn't eat most of the food. It was really quite bland and the meat seemed really watery and slimy.

Have used Orient Express for around 4 years now and have always had a great meal.However tonight as a birthday treat I was very disappointed with the meal.A noticeable lack of meat,meal was bulked out with carrots and other bland vegetables.Maybe time to try a different take away.Sorry Orient Express but not impressed.

I had a lush meal from here tonight to celebrate Father’s Day. I ordered over the phone and the staff member was very friendly and helpful. Delivery didn’t take too long and the food was hot when it arrived. I had the king prawn chow mein and springs rolls which were delicious. The rest of the family thoroughly enjoyed their meals, making our Father’s Day meal a success!!

Rang an hour in advance to place my order and collect at 18.45 Got there waited 15 mins and still mot ready! They completely over committed themseleves. No apologies for the wait. Won't be going there again.

Worst Chinese I’ve ever had! £44 for raw batter chicken balls, spare ribs without the meat and pale looking, tasteless crispy beef, rubber chicken curry and watered down sweet and sour sauce. Definitely won’t be returning considering the prices! Should have known better after speaking to the guy behind the counter who said the food is ‘alright’. Zero stars should be an option.

Food was ready for collection at the expected time and was delicious and reasonably priced. I've had meals from here multiple times and my personal favourite was the singapore chow mein (R14).

I stopped by here last week when I drove through on my way home to Frome. Didnt really know what I wanted but the lad serving was a great help and gave me some good suggestions! The lemon chicken was AMAZING, so much so that I'm making a trip back this week especially :)

We had a bad delivery last year, they sent me an email saying we could have 20% of next order, they hung up several times tonight when I said I had 20% off I had to prove the email, eventually got delivered but was more than they said, underwellming service and food

The food we had from here was simply the best Chinese food I've had for years. Absolutely superb! My only complaint is that they don't deliver to South Wales! 😭🤣

Good Chinese takeaway and very quick service.

Ordered at 5 for 530 collection. Undercooked pancake roll and batter . May as well have got a plain chow mein as the extra cost was 6 bits of meat, no veg or colour in this dish either ie onions, celery, beansprouts Not my preference on the skinny noodles either hence the extra 1 star, its just not my personal preference. Don't even get me started on what on earth they packed me of crispy shredded chilli beef, never have I seen it come deconstructed like that, again just meat and sauce, no veg, no flavour and undercooked. Never in my life have I had a couple of mouthfuls and put in the bin except today . The good point for the 1 star wasn't dripping in oil. Will not be using again .£24 wasted plus the drive from Shepton

Ordered on the to pick up had to wait 1hour and half and when I went to pick it up at the time they said and had to wait 20 more minutes out side for my food when I return home the size of portions was very small was good food tho

This was the worst chinese takeaway food we've ever tasted. We took a few bites of each thing we had ordered and put it in the bin as it was a creasy mess cooked in bad oil. Even the egg fried rice tasted bad. Do not eat here. We will never return.

Duck chow mein was bland with duck having a twangy taste. Sweet and sour chicken balls were soft and not at all crunchy. Spent nearly £30 there tonight and I will certainly not be going back ,not nice at all.

'The' most AMAZING food I have ever tasted when it comes to Chinese cuisine. Lovely people. They give a lot of 'meat' and don't cut corners with their menu. Really GOOD food.

Tasty food, parking a little awkward outside so use the large carpark nearby. Can get busy in the evenings at the weekend. Accepts card and delivers locally; even to holiday parks!

Food from here is underwhelming, at best. The chow mein (chicken and mushroom) is dry and very bland. The sweet and sour chicken balls, despite having little batter around it, were very oily and greasy and the chips were no better than frozen chips cooked at home in the oven. Their only saving grace was the aromatic crispy duck pancakes which was nice.

Have used this takeaway quite a bit in the past, but, after a break of over a year, bought a meal last night. I ordered by phone and it was ready bang on time. The food was even better than previously - we really couldn't fault it. Fresh flavours, not at all gloopy, and friendly service.

One of the WORST chinese I've ever had. Spent £25 between two last week because I was really craving a chinese but it was honestly borderline inedible. The "sweet and sour pork" turned out to be those battered ball things, they usually mention that on the menu so I was disappointed when I realised. They were 80% batter too. The chow mein was bland and dry, the duck was tiny and overcooked and the crispy beef was thrown straight in the bin. DO NOT EAT HERE.
