This is exactly what I wanted, a proper English Cafe. Perfect. Glad I found this place. (The google map location is a bit off, it's further up the hill, near Budgens. I have suggested an ammendment to the location.

Good, hot comfort food, and the biggest portion of chips you've ever seen.

Went for Sunday Roast, it was fantastic. The Yorkies are quite something to behold! Proper roast potato's too! Dogs welcome

Lovely cafe,, excellent breakfast, no cheap ingredients, sausage excellent, no cheap sausages used here, very welcoming.. If your going to warnham nature reserve,, this cafe is a mile away,, open Monday to Friday 8am-4pm. Thank you.. 😊

⚠️ avoid if vegetarian, ⚠️if vegan walk on by. Nothing healthy bar a salad that came with my (frozen) mac and cheese which was tasteless, very expensive served in a Aluminium try hardly dressed for success, I can't believe cafes like this are trading?must be locals keeping it afloat,

As good a cafe as you will find in Horsham

Popped in for breakfast this morning with my husband as we've recently moved to the area. Really nice fry up for around £6 see pic and also x2 toast.! Staff were friendly and service was good. Small inside and got busy, we were lucky to get a seat, table service and also a toilet available. Highly recommend. They also do take away.

Popped in for an impromptu milkshake with my son. The staff were very cheerful and helpful, prices very reasonable, the carrot cake was divine and according to my son, the milkshake was Epic! Highly recommended, plus free parking round the corner

The staff did everything possible to accommodate us, and the food was delicious. Simple café, but no wonder it is so popular. Parking around the corner. Wheelchair access (maybe not very easy). Tables inside and out, but often full at lunchtime.

I've tried a few cafes in Horsham and this is by far the best. Friendly staff, great food and can always park.

We love this cafe. The pies are AMAZING. Chicken Balti pie is my favourite and the lasagne is the best around. The cakes are incredible. So lucky to have this cafe on our doorstep.

Omg haven't tasted pie's like this in ages, need to put in an order and freeze, they are absolutely delicious, and very tasty, had the tikka, meat and potatoe. Now I want to try all. Thank you Sarah xxx

Cosy little cafe with it's own character. Never had to wait long for food regardless of how busy it gets (and it can get busy) ok pricing and a good menu selection. Friendly staff and good service

Great service, great food and amazing staff

I come in here quite frequently as of late as this cafe offers so much variety. There’s soup of the day and a massive variety of baguette/sandwich options where you can choose the fillings yourself. Alongside your usual sandwiches, the cafe provides really good hearty meals if you fancy something a bit more substantial for lunch, such as mac and cheese, scampi and chips, and many other daily specials. I really recommend this cafe as either a place to stop off at or to takeaway some food on your lunch break. It seems to be a local hotspot but, although buzzing with people, they serve it up speedily!

Excellent full English breakfast - Beautifully cooked. Hot mug of tea. And a slice of orange spice cake to take home. All for under £10. Plus warm friendly welcome. Small but perfect cafe. Try it!

This is a good location in the town, but not a place to come by car in though. The Food is very good, but it is let down by Food Choice on the Lunchtime Menu.

We had lunch here today. I had the cheesiest and tastiest macaroni cheese and salad and my husband had scampi.. the food was super and really good value. Highly recommend.

Ok limited space as always busy with mums and kids food is passable it's a captive audience ,so no need to try ,just my opinion ,staff are plesent enough cheep sausages, shurly somebody can get this right.

This is a cafe that is family friendly, nice music homely environment,staff do not rush you and it is a pleasant change to have staff who genuinely care and enjoy their job.

We chose the chesfs tasting menu and a bottle of montepulciano. Was about 7 courses. Was absolutely delightful. My regret was eating too much bread with the hummus and aubergine dips at the start because I was so full by the time dessert came. Think they could do slightly smaller portions so you don't leave feeling so full. We had to have a coffee before we left (really good coffee too!) My husband and I are big eaters and we were extremely full. The staff were very attentive, nice ambience. We sat outside on a sunny day. The rissoto was the best I've ever had.

I Highly recommend this cafe. I visit once a month or so with my family, my son or my staff. The breakfasts are great, nothing cheap and nasty and never greasy. The staff are friendly and prices are very reasonable for what you get.

I was there for Christmas lunch and dinner 2015. Despite being extremely busy, everyone acted extremely professionally nonetheless. I am myself an experienced chef, a professional waiter and an international certified cocktail bartender. I also ran my own business for a while. I can ensure everyone reading this that it has been a long time since I have seen a restaurant managed with so much efficiency and professionalism. It made me feel like there still was some hope in an industry losing its focus and standards... Thank you so much Alessandra for serving me with your beautiful smile and the attention of every moment. Thank you to the owner for presenting me all the dishes with impeccable etiquette and relevant informations. Thanks to the kitchen team who prepared and cooked everything to near perfection. Brilliant job everyone!

Popped in for a coffee mid to later afternoon which was OK whilst waiting in between locally, did not get chance for anything to eat.
