Awesome if pick up from shop but very disappointed when get it delivered, but sometimes even though 5 mins away it's nice to stay comfy and get a treat delivered but each time it comes cold one time had burgers and the buns were soggy and not edible i ate the meat and salad another time pizza was that cold the cheese was hard had to microwave it and tonight I thought try a wrap and just fell to pieces had to use knife and fork to eat a wrap all over and chips needed microwaved then puts me off again for awhile cause I could just make hot food to enjoy in the time takes to deliver cold food to not fully enjoy for the money like I said food spot on when I collect but food must be left counter for awhile or something cause when I collect it's still hot and nice when get home and its every delivery

Disappointed to find only 2 pittas with my order as I paid for 3.

Great value for a small pizza, chips and can of pop. The pizza is very British... not authentic. But yummy and filling. Staff are always very busy but still polite and helpful. Order online for a pick up and they time it spot on.

Tried the parmo with bolognaise on top last week enjoyed it so ,tried it again tonight, and it was burnt no sauce on it ,dry ,burnt cheese no sauce wouldn't of give dog it so its got binned, back to woodham pizza for me in future, TERRIBLE FOOD

First class food. All made from scratch, piping hot, generous portions, beautifully and practically packaged in cardboard boxes which keeps the food hot, it’s just delicious! Takes a while to receive it when ordering online but it’s worth it, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend.,

Garlic bread with Donner meat... The little meat that was actually on the bread was solid and dry as Garlic bread wasn't too bad though Chips were dry and tasteless Overall a waste of money Definitely one to avoid

Received my order after 45 mins since I got the confirmation mail "on the way"... food received cold, I had to call twice to check my order... not happy.

I used to live in Aycliffe and Olive Garden was our go-to takeaway. I have since moved away but was driving through today and stopped for a takeaway based on the half decent reviews. The pizza was burnt and far too crispy. The worst part was the cheesy chips, they tasted overwhelmingly of chicken. As a vegetarian, this isn't really ideal. Why are you frying chips with your meat to the point the chips actually taste like fried chicken?

Ordered a parmo and chips , my delivery time was expected 11:40pm order came before 11pm quite pleased with delivery however food wise not so pleased the parmo was burnt round the edges chips where like rocks and the parmo itself all the chicken was overly chewy felt like chewing on a rubber!

Food was disgusting greasy staff where so rude when ordering over the phone this isn't the first food has been horrible would not recommend

Food is gorgeous , but we waited 2:5 hours for the past two orders we have placed here . Such a shame as the food really in lovely , but the wait is such a deterrent from us ordering again .

This is my second review. Once again I would like to say just how much I enjoy this takeout. The food was delicious, the staff courteous and the grill chef (chap with beard sorry I don't know his name) has once more surpassed my expectations and provided a most satisfying meal. Well done everyone. I can't recommend this place more.

Food is OK. But. the last twice we ordered they have sent wrong pizza we ordered a spicy beef ..and received bolognese instead

Ordered 3 pizzas and a doner kebab. Loved my pizza, good amount of toppings and a good ratio of cheese to base. Everyone else agreed. Great service too on an extremely busy evening.

Ordered a lovely pizza and cheesy chips and picked it up. Jake was lovely and handed us our food lovely food. Love the pizzas love them more when jake makes them, best pizza maker in the north east.
