Grill N Chill - Peterlee in County Durham

Ordered a mixed kebab and halloumi burger… lovely food, friendly delivery driver. Will deffo order again!!

Not usually a complainer but after waiting 1 hour and 50 minutes my food was cold... the wrap had been in the tinfoil that long it was really soggy and all if the food fell out... it didn't taste like bread anymore as it was soaked through and the cheesy chips were like rubber and stone cold... the seaham branch, never had a bad meal yet... they need to fetch peterlee upto standard as it's pulling down the name unfortunately

Cracking service and vibe. Make you feel incredibly welcome and have such a good feeling about them. Tell you about all the offers they have on which is nice for the pockets. Food is even better than the Seaham branch! Usually get a lamb boti or a chicken boti. I've never saw grill n chill as a normal takeaway so had never tried their kebabs or pizzas. Tonight that changed with their deal and the donner and pizzas are of the same high quality as their kebabs. Always loved the naan here it sets it apart from most takeaways straight away. Their garlic sauce is phenomenal. Think I'll be trying their curry next as everything else is next level

Food was literally 👌👌. 2 10” pizza’s 2 pots of garlic sauce, and 2 chicken wraps with everything in it all for £14-15. Best deal ever and the workers there were really friendly and defo recommend coming here again

Food was late. Ordered chicken parmo, it was overcooked in some places. Ordered spicy fries no spicy fries came. Only plain cold chips and a measly portion. Ordered a side order of halloumi (7) only got 2 pieces of it and the salad that came with them was in poor condition. No apology from the driver about the delay. Was going to share this with my 3 year old daughter, now it's all in the bin and going to have to order from else where. Paid £19 pound for this and Uber eats only refunded a £5.87 and an extra £0.30 should of gotten a full refund tbh as none if it was really edible. Very disappointed as all the food and portions always looked so good on social media and live feeds. Such a shame. I will leave a good comment also though. Their Garlic sauce is really nice though to be fair.

Us to be my go to takeaway, bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Food was nice but where is the rest of my parmo. North East smallest parmo award goes to..... After they closed their doors for a while I decided to try it again instead of driving to Seaham. Was pleased to see most the staff are from the Seaham branch. Friendly staff, good service and good food.

Absolutely shocking, 2.5 hours for cold food - never again. Avoid at all costs.

Never get your order right food is always cold and looks days old even the chips are rank

Bought a kebab wrap from here for a change as I hadn't had one for a while and it was lovely though I must admit I did find the place a little pricey

Ordered on the app, food was ready for the time selected. Food was, as always, hot, plentiful and delicious (pitta chicken medium spice). The staff are always pleasant, even when it’s busy.

Back to our favourite tonight at peterlee. Shop spotless clean, staff very warm and welcoming. Being using this family ran business for years and years and still by far out family favourite. Absolutely goergous. Highly recommended 👌

Always ordered from here but digusted with the service tonight, wrong order. And then you phone to speak to the them and the customer service is vile. Hung up on 3 times and not one manager in sight. Vile

Nobody can beat this place in Peterlee, If you want the best kebabs in town then this is the place you need to go. First time visiting tonight but it's safe to say this is my goto takeaway from now on 👍

Customers beware waited outside the front of G&C for 40mins for 2 pizzas, just to be told sorry we tried the bepper that didn't work. Cooked and served by staff without any masks, aprons or customers service and looked unsanitary.

My new fav go to takeout. Tasty food, polite ataff and prices arent bad. Very clean premises and they give u an alarm thing to tell you when food is ready, so u can wait outside q.

Ordered tonight through there website time getting on then noticed they had cancelled the order by email so didn't realise till too late but they where more than happy to take the money and when trying to get the refund no answer on the phone and sent an email to them which they did too me too find out there email is unmonitored poor service in this case they had my number so why they couldn't call and sort it out is beyond me

We have had food from here a few times now, every time I can say its been lovely, I heard a few negative reviews when they 1st opened which you expect teething issues, however the service and food has been 5* each time we have orded on collection or drop in.

Overpriced and ok,, nowt flash!

Ordered as they had just started delivery in our area. Chicken wings and a chicken burger ordered, lovely hot fresh food which tasted lovely. Would recommend
