So sad to hear that our favourite tea rooms has closed. Thank you to Suzy, Dave, Ryan and Teresa for being so friendly and welcoming to our family over the past few years. As mentioned by others your scones were simply the best and all food, cakes and drinks so lovingly prepared. We were so glad to have been able to make one last visit during October. There was nowhere else we would have made a 180 mile round trip to visit for sure. Wishing you all the very best for the future.

It is with huge regret that we will be saying goodbye to the Old Tea House at the of this month. It has been one of our favourite place to visit over 9 years. The homemade cakes and scones are some of best I have ever had. The staff are lovely and friendly and being very dog friendly a huge plus. You will be very much missed.

I was in Wadebridge bimbling around for last-minute gifts and just to explore the area. Me and my SO ended up in this small little place just on some back streets to grab some lunch, well... Firstly we were met with a warm smile and a hello from a lovely individual who owns the place, named Suzy (I hope I've spelt it the right way). She was kind, considerate and was welcoming the minute we walked in.We had the special of the day which was a Fresh Crab on Seeded Bloomer which came which some crisps, salad, and some coleslaw. It was simply superb. So fresh and tasty that it was devoured almost immediately. I and my SO work for the Emergency Services and was given some cake to take with us free of charge (which was absolutely delicious).Suzy I believe owns the premises with her husband and was just a joy. As stated above she was kind, considerate, warm, and welcoming. I would recommend it to anybody who has the chance to visit Wadebridge. I am unsure of what the special will be when you arrive but can guarantee that it will be delicious, and the service impeccable.Thoroughly reccomend.
