We went yesterday to The Old Pharmacy. We had booked a table and ordered crab sandwiches.Well we were not disappointed. The sandwiches were delicious and the tea was proper leaf tea.The young lady that owns the business was delightful after what must have been a difficult year for her business. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and would definitely go again to support local enterprise.

Visited on 12 th September for a much longed for crab sandwich. You know when ‘lockdown longing’ ups your imagination to unrealistic levels? Well, my expectations were high after waiting months to have a fresh crab sandwich and the Old Pharmacy certainly lived up to expectations. The crab is so fresh and tasty, the bread soft fluffy and tasty. The sandwich is so full that you just have to eat it messily. Partnered with a fresh pot of coffee and if I hadn’t been so full, I would have made room for one of the delicious cakes on display. Thank you, please continue doing exactly what you do so well.

Lovely little find with fabulous food and fantastic service. Unfortunately they turned away quite a few customers as there were no tables available (although this was owing to their very strict Covid measures). Would highly recommend the Afternoon Tea which is good value for money... Amazing White Chocolate and Pistachio cake.

Having checked before starting our coast walk that the Old Pharmacy was open until 4:30 it was disappointing to discover when we arrived just before 3:30 that they were no longer serving sandwiches, although still advertised outside. We could have had cake but because of the disappointment decided to go elsewhere.

This is a lovely traditional tea-room style cafe which is a certain style that some will love but others will feel is a little twee and dated. Mainly older people in the cafe when we where there. Food and drink was good but didn't seem amazingly special. Didn't like fact that we could see through to kitchen where lady was preparing things. Nothing wrong with this place as such but just not our style perhaps

Passing through Solva to St Davids. Saw the sign advertising the cafe, which sounded a great quirky name, then spotted the nice cups and decor as we drove past -have to go to the paying car park a little way further on. Car park attendant recommended the cafe for crab sandwiches. My husband had the crab I had a cheese scone. Both were delicious. I'm more of a coffee drinker -it was ok.- Husband had a basic leaf tea and said was really nice. The cakes looked inviting !

Solva is a pretty place with a lovely quay. And up on the cliffs was one of the best walks we had whilst in Pembrokeshire (the sunshine helped). So it was good to find a nice, dog friendly tea shop in amongst the independent businesses here. Water for the dog. And home made dog treats. Plus delicious cakes. And a fantastic selection of teas.

Menu said homemade soup of the day and home made bread which was dumped on the table with a hasty retreat by waitress. I called her back to check and she said sorry I thought the menu had been changed. It was the cheapest shop bread one could buy. It was cold inside and I mentioned this to same member of staff and she said she was not allowed to close the door. I was asked if everything was ok when paying bill and my comment about bread was repeated. I felt that she didn’t really want to know and continued with the transaction. Wouldn’t go back.

Service was below acceptable. We shared a teaspooon, there were no serviettes until requested, and my teacup and saucer weren't as clean as they should have been - they seemed to have been taken straight from the sink, weren't dried and the water left in the saucer wasn't clean. I pointed out the stains in the cup and was told by the waitress that it wasn't possible to remove them all. (!) The tea was excellent, as was the cream tea. It could have been a much nicer experience if the waitress had a friendlier attitude.

Visited here on a few occasions while in the area, however this last time was not so good I'm sorry to say. We'd booked the afternoon tea as a treat for my friends birthday. When the tiers came to the table we all tucked in but found the sandwiches lacked the pazazz that we were expecting. My egg mayo tasted very rubbery like it was a bought in filling and was quite honestly tasteless!! One of us had gluten free bread which was very hard and dry. The coleslaw was very vinegary and not the usual red cabbage variety so I didn't eat it. The crisps were good!! The scones were amazing! The choices of cake on the counter seemed to be limited and also not as good as in previous visits. It was a shame as we've so enjoyed it on 3 previous occasions. Hopefully if we return our faith will be restored!!

Stopped in for tea and cakes. All served on lovely old china. Hubby had a cream tea and said the scone was locely. I had a cheese tea just because it was a bit different. It came with a huge warm cheese scone, lashings of butter, gorgeous blue Stilton or I could have had cheddar, chutney and a sliced apple. Tea was proper tea leaves and came with a strainer and egg timer to make sure it was properly brewed before we drank it. It was the best Earl Grey I've had. I don't want to move from here.

We went for afternoon tea for my Mums birthday and received great service, authentic tea and delicious. fresh, home made scones. It's a very unique tea room with a lovely atmosphere. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

We had the crab sandwiches and tea. The sandwiches were good, but not great. The tea is served in proper pots , the staff is friendly and the place has a nice feel to it. Good for a stop but not memorable enough for us to go back.

). Altamente recomendado.

Stopped off to have a full English Breakfast. Absolutely delicious. Great value for money. Service was so friendly and prompt. And you couldn't get better views from the windows of the beach. The restaurant was extremely clean, and tables were cleared as soon as people left. I can't recommend this restaurant/cafe enough. Pop in for a cup of tea, natter, and enjoy the views or have a meal. Either way, you will leave with a warm tummy and a smile on your face 👍👍

The Inn is very well located on The Pembrokeshire coastal path. We were there during our walking holiday for 3 nights. The rooms are big enough and have a spacious bathroom. It’s great to have a drink outside on the terrace after a good walk. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast are great
