The Old Brewery Cafe and Kitchen in North Dorset

A lovely non rushed meal with family and friends not seen in over 40 years. My cousin couldn't have picked a better place.

What a fabulous little find. I don't think it's been open long but it is a superb place to visit and grab a bite to eat. Small but interesting bike collection to look at. I bet it's busy at weekends. If not it should be. Highly recommended. Oh, and it's dog friendly too.

Another chilly day but made all warm and cosy in the cafe. Super food and of course, lovely people to look after us. Superb.

We were here for a family gathering. My sister had come home from America for a visit. First time in 43 years. Together with my other sister and partners we met up with my Aunt and cousin and partner.

Great! Friendly staff with a good atmosphere. Also, while drinking your coffee you can sit and gawp at a Vincent Rapide.

I have temporary dietary needs & was offered excellent choices. Really wonderful place.

After being sat at a table, I waited 20 minutes to place an order. The drink and food was efficient, but the service was soulless. I expect it my be different for locals, but a cheerful service just wasn’t there.

Lovely breakfast and initial service let down sadly when we asked for additional hot drinks to be told by the young man waiter it would take ages to make them so we didn’t bother. Been a while since we’ve been here and may be a while until we come back again after today sadly.

Today went for lunch with friends, very disappointed I must say. The industrial fans were very noisy, and we had to move tables as you couldn't hear each other speak!! We all had burgers, which were very average, compared to our last visit. Overall not a good experience.

Just had a full english at the Old Brewery, excellent food (generous portions and quality produce), very friendly and helpful staff and a bustling but not loud atmosphere.

A unique dining experience with tables set amongst vintage motorcycles. Dogs are welcome inside, or you can enjoy the lovely outside dining areas in better weather. It is also a great place for bikers to meet up for a superb breakfast. There is plenty of parking front and back. Great menu and friendly service.

Excellent. A big improvement from when it was mostly motorcycles. A great place to go either as a cosy twosome or a bigger party

Definitely unique, nice place for lunch with happy staff. Food was nice but not exactly cafe prices so a treat as opposed to frequent visitor.

Not much to look at from the outside (a bit of a big corrugated shed), but very nice inside with lots of classic motorcycles, memorabilia and tastefully decorated dining area. I had the pancakes and a smoothie - pancakes were good but quite thick and came with only a spoon, and while I managed it, I could see someone less able making a bit of a mess. Maybe spoon, knife and fork? Service was also a bit slow and inattentive, despite there not being lots of customers in. Still recommended, with a good menu and plenty to interest the classic vehicles buff in your life!

Great atmosphere for this renovated brewery. Motorcycle collection a particular interest for me.

Food was very good apart from the fried bread which was dripping with fat the only thing that spoilt my meal Staff very nice and a comfortable eating area but it is expensive could not justify the amount on a regular basis

Full English birthday breakfast, excellent service, delicious food , best sausages, and nice thick bacon with a perfectly cooked fried egg. Will definitely visit again next holiday.

What a great place to stop and hang out. We stopped for tea and toasted tea cakes on the way back from the coast, avoiding the busy A roads. Sitting inside at a table surrounded by old motorcycles. If you haven't been it works be a great destination for a ride out.

An excellent place to stop for a coffee or a breakfast, just wish I was more local. Friendly efficient and professional service. Can't wait to return.

We rode from Bristol to visit and it was worth it. Very expensive but very nice. Staff are very welcoming and fast service. I had a "Ton breakfast" and a pot of tea and it was neatly £16. Not somewhere I could afford on a regular basis but that said , I would visit again.

Quality food at reasonable prices. Service is friendly. Pleasant surroundings inside or outside. Retaining the motorcycle theme from the original cafe but not just a bikers café.

Was on a bike ride out and decided to stop over for a breakfast, but I can't fault the service. Friendly staff, food pipping hot when it's served. Top quality 👌. One of my top recommendations for dine in.

Been a handful of times now, good food, polite helpful staff, in a very pleasant setting indeed. Sitting outside is recommended if the weather allows, as the garden is lovely, there is a covered area also as well as very pleasant seating and setting inside.

Lovely breakfast. I'm no food snob but you can tell quality ingredients in a fry-up. My photo might look a bit tomato heavy (yum) but I asked to swap out the mushrooms (yuk) which was no problem. Good service and very friendly staff. Lots of interesting bikes to look at too.

Had a lovely lunch with a group of girl friends in this most unusual eatery surrounded by motor bikes. It's a very relaxed atmosphere, service and food was good.

This is a stunning place, and the motorbikes just finish it off, along with some of the writups of the bikes themselves, my only niggle, and this is from a northan biker, is it's not cheap, not the sort of place I would stop at on my bike run somewhere, as for 6 light meals, and 6 drinks (tea, coffee, hot chocolate) almost £100 I found a bit steep, but then again I am a bonifide northaner with short arms and deep pockets

We regularly enjoy a stop at the Old Brewery Cafe when out on our motorcycles, the food and coffee are good, the garden is lovely and the atmosphere inside amongst the motorcycles is great but above all the staff are absolutely lovely, thankyou, see you again soon.

Used to be part of Moto Corse. Now run as a new entity, and still with an interesting collection of bikes on display. Really nice atmosphere, good food and pleasant service. Still a very nice stopping off point for passing, or visiting motorcyclists.

Nice venue. Clean and tidy, good service. But their prices are a little steep. We were charged £3.30 for a Large Americano yesterday! I thought £3.05 Caffe Nero in Bournemouth was OTT but this tops even them. ONS reporting inflation still high, due hospitality, and no doubt energy costs.

Didn't eat there,as was only going in for coffee, but people I met there said food was good.

Highly recommend. Love it here. The display of motorbikes is nice. Well-behaved dogs are welcome. Staff are friendly and helpful. The food is very good. Roast on Wednesday, but booking is recommended. Open Saturday at weekends, and they are hoping to open on sundays and some nights too. It's definitely worth a visit.

Brilliant. At last a decent place to eat in Gillingham...and we can walk there. All support for an evening opening. There is nowhere to eat in Gillingham despite tge large population...the two pubs are missing a trick, they could be so much better.

Great coffee stop with excellent cakes on offer. The 'new' cafe is looking excellent. Dog made very welcome too, so thanks. We shall return.

Have only visited once but was very impressed, friendly staff, great coffee and good food at a good price , will be back !!

This place used to be Cafe Newt and part of a motorbike dealership. There are still motorbikes to look at, but the dealership has now moved. Quick & friendly service & the food was good. The place seems to be a work in progress & hasn't quite decided what it wants to be just yet, so will be worth keeping going back to see how it ends up. Parking on site, but at busy times you might have to park on the street. Dog friendly & there are dietary alternatives available for milk plus gf bread.

There were not a lot of people there today but still a great place to go and the food and staff were great as always just a great place especially if you love motorbikes with your fry up

The ex Moto Corsa cafe is still excellent both food and service. Now they have more covers they need more toilet facilities.

Helpful staff, great food and in a good setting - with plenty of classic / exotic bikes to look at. What else could you want? Definitely recommended!

Just a quick coffee stop to the new look Cafe...much more space now in the showroom space, so now can easily seat larger groups. Lots of different areas to be seated in..staff are very friendly and helpful and the food and drink are always great at very reasonable prices... always on my list of favourites for a ride, coffee or breakfast..👍

Faye and her great team did a fantastic job catering for my 35 strong cycling group yesterday. We had preordered food and the service was swift with tables set up with our orders displayed by group. We could not fault the service and all of my group were very complimentary about the food. As cyclists we visit may cafes but I think this one may just be our best find yet.

Great little cafe restaurant, wasn't what I was expecting from an establishment at the rear of a motorcycle shop. Beautiful, great food, lovely garden setting.

Great for a browse around the showroom, breakfast and then seeing there's any "bits" I want in the shop.
