Went here for lunch but so wish we hadn't!! it's obviously changed hands from reviews a few months ago. Terrible service awful food and not even any labels saying what anything was or prices!! The customers that were there kept going up to the counter to ask for basic things such as a teaspoon, ketchup etc. Wasn't asked if we wanted brown or white bread with our choices until I asked!! Total waste of my hard earned money!!

My son and I ate at this amazing little place. I had a cheeseburger and milkshake and my son had the chicken burger and milkshake. Neither of us like salad so we asked for it without. The lady brought out fresh cooked food on freshly baked rolls within 15 minutes. She then brought over our milkshakes and informed us that there was still some left in the jugs she made them up in and to let her know when we wanted topping up. We were amazed by this level of customer service. It's very rare to come across these days. Upon leaving I went to pay only to be told that she had taken £1 off each burger as we hadn't had the salad. She then told me I needn't have put some money in the tips jar. Overall I was extremely happy and will gladly recommend this establishment to everyone. I wish I could rate it higher than the stars.

Lovely staff but terrible service. Took 50 minutes for a mediocre meal. Having worked and run a cafe, I know how quick food can be cooked from fresh. Got 2 meals then waited over 5 minutes for the other 2 meals. One of which was for a 2 year old who gone past the hungry stage by the time her food arrived. Her’s was the best out of the 4 meals and it was a side salad!! Not great for a town centre cafe.

Where the locals go. Comfortable place to have a coffee served by chatty and happy staff. This is a bakery and the quality of baked goods is very high. I had a cake but also got a filled roll for my lunch. Prices were moderate. An example of why you do better to avoid chain coffee shops.

Visited here today, the food we eat was fresh and lovely, (the bread was amazing). Staff very kind and friendly, also very reasonably priced. Who needs MacDonalds? Look forward to visiting again soon

worth a visit but it must be noted it used to open in the evenings but the chef has left to run JT3 , which we also visited during our visit in early November. we will review Jt3 in a separate review on another occasion as that visit needs its own review

It was raining the day we visited the Last Invasion tapestry so we just went into the closest place for tea and cake. We had nice scones and gingerbread men, nothing special really.

Went in there with my wife, the food was excellent and it had a nice homely little atmosphere to it. I think it may be a place for the locals but we got a nice friendly welcome. We had a nice bacon roll and coffee, the only gripe was that it could do with a wider range of cakes as I fancied one but couldn't find one I liked the look of. Would recommend.

It is as fancy nice place for Fishguard which is kind of resort/farm town. We went for an evening meal. The food was excellent, but very expensive. Gourmet type dining. They don't sell wine by the glass, only by the bottle. Reservations should be done a week in advance in the summer as they are very popular. Good place if you have the money, bad place if you are on a budget. They are moving to a bigger place next year.

We had dinner here. The chef was happy to cater for my vegan tastes, and made a very tasty meal which actually filled me up - no risotto in site. The lemon dessert was lovely too. The atmosphere could be a bit more convivial, but we did eat mid-week, so it may be different when full.

Lovely full breakfast. Veggie for the husband, normal for me! Great plate of food - sausage, bacon, egg, hashbrown, beans, mushrooms, tomato and yummy toast.

By day a cafe that transforms into a small bistro/restaurant in the evening. We were advised to book even for a Wednesday evening and indeed the place was full. Run by a small team of three, and all food is cooked to order. Because of this you may have to wait a while for food to appear initially (in our case 30 minutes) but it was well worth it. The food was superb - both in terms of finesse and quality. Highly recommend you try here - it would be a shame to miss out!

A last minute cancellation meant a large family party including vegetarians and toddler of 3, were able to enjoy a splendid dinner at the Old Bakehouse. The food was locally sourced, cooked and presented to perfection. It was not cheap, estimate approximately £30 per head for a three course dinner but it was definitely worth it. Well done to a young and dynamic team!

Whilst the food was outstanding 'front of house' needs some attention as does the mixing and the need for ice in a gin and tonic.....please don't tell me the ice has melted!

Went for a family meal to the Old Bakehouse, small, cosy and comfortable setting. Food was beautifully prepared and professional displayed and cooked, it was obvious the chef knew what he was doing, and showed flare in his cooking style. Hidden gem in Fishguard, highly recommend.

What a fantastic supper. I've eaten in many 'high end' restaurants, but not had better than this. The surroundings are quirky, but the food is the main event and it was fabulous - imaginatively and expertly cooked and immaculately presented. Incredibly good value for money....

Lovely breakfast and fair price. The only let down is that the lady makes the coffe and the tea for you and brings it to your table so you can not choose how to have your tea or coffe.

It was a rainy Sunday in Pembrokeshire. We were hungry, and a Google search pointed this place out. We almost knew what to expect and fancied a chinnese. Anyone with physical limitations do not try to access. No lights to the path and pitch dark. Once you're in it's cold and sparse. A few tables to accommodate sit downs but this place runs mostly on take aways. The cook was very busy. A young man taking orders, serving and dealing with customers coming in and out. Bit chaotic. We kept our coats on ate our dishes, which were nicer than expected. Worth a venture ... some fun a bit like faulty towers. We would go back.
