Very friendly staff and great service.

Had Sunday lunch decided on four meats lunch,it was awesome,more than we expected.Every thing was cooked to perfection.Would certainly recommend to anyone to try.Well done New Inn.

Very friendly, food was delicious. Sat outside with the dogs, relaxing atmosphere. Now one of my favourite places to go. Very impressive.

Simply amazing , everything was perfect , this place is a real Gem, superb location with sea views . Lovely choice of ales and Gins , but the best was the food ...... Great menu choices , very big portions . We were a family of 6 adults and two children , 'ALL' our meals were delicious with great service included too. We've had Sunday lunch here previously and had their fish and chips sat out in the beer garden I the sunshine , but today we were sat in the restaurant part ,such a lovely setting and a great lunch out for us all. If you are in this area ,do not miss this Gem of a pub/restaurant ,you won't regret it.

Been staying at amroth, about 3 times a year for about 5 years after rediscovering after 30 years, the new inn is always at the top of our list for food especially the Sunday dinner, good quality local ingredients, amazing flavour and you can also take away what you don't eat, Great friendly staff and service , great beer and great food , can't wait till our next holida

Chips were I think 2 times cooked (I think) not as nice as fresh cooked chips but were ok We enjoyed what we had......

Very long wait times for Sunday lunches

We have visited twice recently for Sunday lunch and on both occasions the food has been excellent. The service also faultless. Would recommend to anyone, definitely the best Sunday lunch in the area. Will be back again soon

Poor choice of beer surly staff no plans to return

Stopped for Sunday lunch while we were passing. Absolutely lovely, one of the best Sunday Lunches I've had in ages. The meat was lovely and tender, the gravy was thick. Good selection of veg. Nothing was over cooked. We all the small adult portions, and they were huge, brought the leftovers home. Sadly we had no room for dessert, although they looked delicious. Great Value, lovely friendly quick service, a real fire, and we were allowed to bring our dog into the bar. I'll definitely be back when I'm passing again.

Absolutely lovely food here, especially after a long walk on the coast path. Their Christmas special baguette was particularly awesome. Staff were really lovely and a very welcoming environment.

Loads of good quality food for a reasonable price

Had a fantastic Sunday lunch there last week. Food was delicious and plentiful. Unfortunately no room for pudding 😢. The log burner was a welcome addition

Absolutely amazing food at the New Inn. Food portions were plentiful and too much to want dessert. I had the pigs in blankets as a starter and Turkey. Plenty of vegetables and gravy. Best pub roast I have had in many many years. And the Reverend James was a good beer. Service was attentive and courteous. Will definitely have another visit.

Very friendly local pub that serves good quality pub grub. Can get busy at weekends so best to book. Fantastic location at the very start of the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path with extensive views over a magnificent beach towards Amroth, Wisemans Bridge, Saundersfoot, Tenby and Caldey Island.

I heard a lot about this place for Sunday roast... couldn't do Sunday so we tried the mix grill (Gammon, Lamb chop, Pork chop, Rump steak, chicken breast and sausages with peas, cherry tomatoes and flat mushroom) with chips or new potatoes. This is enough for two people.

Sunday lunch today was delicious - be warned though, if you order starters think very carefully before you order your main course - the portions are very, very generous !! Next time I will be ordering the child’s size main, they are certainly more than enough Beautifully cooked meats, roast spuds, parsnip, cabbage, swede, sprouts, broccoli and mashed potato, with 2 huge Yorkshire puds and lashings of gravy, served on piping hot plates. Just perfect. We will be back.

Great Sunday lunch. Absolutely delicious turkey dinner. Very busy, not surprising, so I should book. They have three two hour sittings, and some people did linger beyond two hours, which held things up for those waiting. 😊

The staff went out of their way to accommodate my vegan diet and I had one of the best vegan burgers I’ve ever tasted. Wish I had the recipe!!!

Great Sunday lunch, lovely atmosphere and staff are wonderful.

Visited on a damp Thursday evening in October. The 1st time we’ve visited since the ownership change. One of the best meals we’ve had for a very long time. Beautiful starters, very large, so make sure you’re hungry. Mains were even better. Between us we had steak, chicken and a pasta dish. All perfectly cooked. Fantastic flavours. Even the side salad was perfect. Service was also excellent. Can’t wait to visit again.

Nicest vegan burgers I've ever had! I had trouble finding a vegan meal that I wanted here and having ordered garlic mushrooms I found they were drenched in cream. I should've checked. They kindly took them back and replaced my meal with a vegan burger. Very kind but not exciting. UNTIL I bit into it!! Wonderful crunchy outside filled with glorious peas/broad beans/ creamy green stuff. So tasty!! Wish I could have the recipe???

We visited for Sunday lunch which is served from midday to about 6.30 Food was excellent loads of it all well cooked and even a take away box supplied for our dog.We definitely intend to visit again asap

Popped in on the off chance of having Sunday lunch on a wet and windy day. Able to get a table in the bar as we had our dog with us. We both had the roast lamb - plenty of meat, stuffing and roast potatoes and dishes of veg (broccoli, cabbage, cheesy leeks, carrots, swede and mashed potatoes) and a jug of extra gravy. All served piping hot and delicious.

Ordered the £20 fish n chips. Asked to be not over cooked. Got over cooked. Browner than a strictly contestant and £20!!!!!!

Visited the New Inn for Sunday lunch.It was probably one of the best Sunday lunches I have ever had!!!The food was superb. Also I am Coeliac which wasn't a problem for them,they took time to explain what I could eat Definitely recomend coming here for a Sunday lunch.

Under new management since March 2023 this pub/restaurant has been totally transformed. The quality of food is outstanding but be relaxed waiting, food is cooked to order, no microwave rubbish here. I had Hake which was outstanding. The place has a buzz to it and has become the place to eat for us. Booking in advance probably essential.

Return most years when holidaying in the area. Always great food and very fresh. Staff are lovely and the garden is perfect for summer evening meal or a drink x Be warned massive portions but delicious x

Popped in for Scampi and chips big portions and good quality

My wife and I popped in for dinner. We ordered scampi and chips. The portion was large well presented and delicious. Highly recommend visiting there.

We we're a party of 8. We had varied items from the menu and every dish was just amazing and delicious. I was passing food from my plate to everyone demanding they had to try my dish. Oh my god the cheese cake!!! Out of this world

Just too small inside the bar. Wanted to watch the rugby but no space for us and dog. Connection kept being list too.

Experienced a thoroughly enjoyable meal at the New Inn last night with family. Really tasty home cooked food was enjoyed by the whole dinner party. The staff were really friendly and even though it was busy in the restaurant nothing was too much trouble. We had a slight wait for food but we were more than happy with that given we were a table of 6 and it was all cooked to order. I had the burger and it was of such good quality, not an ounce of fat or gristle in it and the chips were home made. We all had a mixture of meals (scampi, gammon, mac n cheese, burgers) and all were of generous sizes and not one negative comment from anyone! We will most definitely return in the future and would highly recommend the New Inn to anyone!

Actual home made food of the highest quality, served on hot plates, and lots of it! Desserts out of this world - again, home made!

Six of us went for Sunday lunch, as it was recommended to us. The place had a lot of character and was reassuringly busy, both inside and outside. 4 of us had roast beef, 1 had lamb and 1 had turkey, and we were all impressed with the amount of meat and plentiful vegetables served on separate dishes. All the meat dishes were well cooked and we all enjoyed the quality and quantity of the food. One member of the party had a “small adult” plate which was adequate for her. Service was quick and efficient bearing in mind how many customers were there. The location was close to the sea front.

I had a prawn salad here today, and it was really lovely. The salad was an amazing mixture, and the prawns were very tasty, with very generous portions of both. Staff were lovely, so altogether a lovely lunch.
