Staying at the new inn and hungry horse it's been a lovely stay and environment the staff are very friendly specailly a lovely lady called kerry made us feel very welcome

We were expecting Wetherspoons style food from the New Inn, but somehow the quality managed to be even worse than that eatery. The pie was mulchy, tasteless and undercooked. The fish was tiny, dry and unseasoned. The accompanying chips for both were cold and the sort that dried your mouth out. The peas were barely cooked and tough. Genuinely a terrible eating experience. We had no check-back on the food.

Lovely meal. Great service. Food was lovely. Would be nice to see some lower calorie items on the menu for the evening meals

Had a lovely meal here for mothers day. 3 roasts plus two off main menu. Food was lovely and hot. Nothing was to much trouble for the staff and massive thank you to who I guess was the manager for help with my mum when she became poorly

Sam and Shan went above and beyond to look after us today at the wacky warehouse. They were so kind and considerate and did everything to help us with an upset baby and wild 4year old. What a credit to the pub, nothing was too much trouble. Felt like we'd known them for years.

Very good service, staff very friendly. Same children can use the pool table when being supervised with an adults.

Visited last week on our way to Bristol, kids loved wacky warehouse and food was very tasty. Great value for money. Staff were friendly and made sure to pay attention to my kids. Will definitely visit again.

Went for a family birthday meal last week for 14, had our own section. Service was amazing, staff very friendly and accommodating, they were all happy to help. Food was lovely and good value, came out all together and in good time. Management came and checked on us at end of meal, all was great. There were plenty of veggie/vegan options which was a pleasant bonus and all clearly labeled. Plenty of parking and a ramp at the entrance for those less mobile. It would have been nice to have some small plates and a knife with our birthday cake brought out but this wasn't an issue we made do with napkins.

The drinks at The New Inn were great—well-made and enjoyable. However, the food was a bit of a letdown, as it was quite dry. The atmosphere and service were good, but the kitchen could use some improvement to match the quality of the drinks. With a little more attention to the food, this place could be excellent. Would return for drinks, but hoping for better meals next time!

Quite a few vegan options which were basic but really tasty. Staff were lovely and well knowledgable with what was vegan and what wasn’t on the menu.

Lovely meeal had the steak sizzler eas cooked to perfection service from Emiky and chloe was outstanding made us feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble see you next time

We came down Sunday (23rd) to let our little girl burn some energy off and then had some food which is such a bonus as it’s all in one! Can not fault the staff in any way, made sure we had everything we needed and were so good with our daughter. The food was great and good prices, the play area is great for the kids she loved going down slides and everything else, they also have another little area for babies. We will for sure be back again very soon! Would recommend

Great value. Kids love it. Was chatting to a staff member called Ffion. She was super friendly. It does need a bit of updating as there is some aging and lots of repairs on the soft play. That's the only thing holding this place back from being even more attractive for an activity with the kids. Hence why I put 3* for atmosphere

Came in for some quick food after a funeral. Ffion and all the other staff were lovely and helpful. Food came fast and was to a high standard. We had the main meal deals so the food was very well priced.
