What a little treat! We stopped off today for a spot of lunch after cruising down the Cut. Wasn’t sure what to expect, but from the second we walked through the door, I knew I’d made the right choice! The barmaid was bubbly and very welcoming. We had burgers (very moist and flavourful) and I asked for the wings they had on offer to be made “as spicy as you like”. Boy did they do themselves proud! The sauce was a peri peri base, but the chef obviously added a bit of his own flair, as the wings were absolutely divine. Crispy, yet moist, with a kicking sauce that whilst it had plenty of heat also had lots of flavour. Highly recommended to anyone passing!

Came today, the staff was friendly and the pub garden is pretty. A lot of food wasn’t available and white wine was unavailable too. The chicken burger was a bit cold, the chips were good. The steak and kidney pie sadly had no kidney in it. The flatbread was a bit rubbery, maybe it had been microwaved? The nachos were good but the guacamole seems to be lacking avocado… The place is dog friendly and has pretty views of the canal. Probably a good place to stop if you just wanted a pint!

Went here several times while working nearby, always had good food and friendly service.

If the weather is nice, there's NOTHING better than a couple of pints in the beer garden overlooking the canal. Never had a meal there, but maybe one day I will. It's a nice quiet pub with a friendly feel about it. Very restful

Amazingly pretty british village pub. I love how they offer water bowls to dogs.

My son local, bought his nan mum and sister for lunch.. Sat outside benches right by canal, beautiful weather cant as for more..Thank you for good service food n drinks, went above and beyond for us, made us feel welcome. All I want to say is a big shout out to 26yr old with long black her..lol..❤💯❤💯❤..We will be back..

I have been in a couple of times for food following the new menu launch. I can say that the food is fabulous. Its great pub grub and not too expensive. Looking forward to visit and eat outside.

Stopped in for lunch one friday with my mum. Had the streak and ale pie with a side of chips, didn't need them as the pie was massive. Great service from Jade. A few real ales on and a good selected of other drinks. Nice choice on the menu and not expensive. Lovely beer garden at front overlooking the canal. Plenty of parking at the back. Will be back

Friendly, helpful service and great home cooked food. Fabulous value for money, too. We were there on Friday steak night, and my wife said her steak was fantastic- at £8.95! Dogs were welcome, and the staff were brilliant in adapting menu items. The vegetarians in our party were happy as well as the meat-eaters.

I have been eagerly waiting a Sunday roast for quite sometime and without a shadow of a doubt the New Bradwell INN definitely did not disappoint. Complements to the head chef also the owner Brandon. I would recommend prebooking as it was busy and lucky to get seated. Will definitely come again.

A friend and I had an unplanned visit to the New INN after discussing not having had a roast in a long time. I have to give 5* as I thought it would be hard to beat good old home cooking!! Nicely surprised by the service, value for money and quality of food. Will come again!

Having visited the New Inn a few times in recent months I am glad to see it has re opened. The new management have done wonders making it a warm and welcoming place to eat. The Sunday roast was great, and there was a lovely array of games to play both for children and adults, the staff and customers were very friendly. I over all it was a pleasant experience and great value, I particularly loved the big chess set. Great family orientated pub and very cosy. I will definitely visit more often.

Lisa was very helpful and friendly. The pub has been spruced up nicely, we were eating, drinking and chatting with our friends from 12.30 until 4pm.

A massive improvement to the pub since new management. Still very much a drinking pub there is food bit isn't a foodie pub. Staff were great.

Came for lunch here today for the first time I ordered a chilli the rice wasn’t just cold it felt like it had come straight out of the fridge or not defrosted properly it was starchy and stodgy too, the rice was returned and came back 10 mins later by that time the chilli was also cold, not a good first impression

We had a great lunch today and the staff couldn't have been more welcoming. We arrived dripping wet from a morning canoeing in the rain and they welcomed us in and really looked after us. We needed good home cooked food which is just what we got to fuel us up for the afternoon paddle. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommend, thank you.

First time I have been in this pub since it reopened food took over an hour to come and was poor at best shame as we used to eat here as a group once our twice a month won't be eating here again my advice would be to find a new cook or a least get the old ones back

Fish and ship and lasagna were really good. Very polite, fast service. Perfect for outside many seating places front the canaal. Perfect place to take a break when having a bike ride.

The new owners have DRASTICALLY improved this and saved it from becoming something like flats. It would’ve been a shame to see the last remaining pub in New Bradwell gone but the new owners have completely turned it around and brought a new glimmer of hope to it. Cannot wait to try the food – the last time I had food at new inn (with the old owners) they gave me a vegan breakfast with egg on it and had no clue what vegan was. So, honestly, anything will be an improvement!

Popped in for a quick beer while waiting for my tyres to be done and what a beautiful place it it! Right next to the canal which sits next to the garden, two sides inside so plenty of room for eating and drinking. Lovely homemade menu , decent choice of lagers and ales. TV with sky sports very friendly staff. Dogs are welcome which is always a bonus!

Had a christmas lunch here this afternoon and the food excellent. Hot and tasty with big portions. Friandly staff. One lady was joking and pulling crackers with us. Really made us feel welcome. I would highly reconmend.

Nice riverside dining pub. Good selection of beers and spirits. Nice interior with lenty of wood beams, plus table and chairs are all based around the traditional dark wood theme as is the case with an old style public house. I flaw though, and that is the food is generally on until 9pm but if quiet the restaurant does close a little early, therefore if you arrive after 8pm you are not always guaranteed a meal. Also, it is a bit disappointing that if the pub is quiet, usually midweek, they will shut the pub early. It might save them an hour or so in wages, but it has now cost them my future business. I don't like to go for a drink and play "guess the closing time." Beer is a little pricey for the area (pint of lager is £4.45). The pub up the road is £1 less, but the difference is you feel safe here. You don't feel there will be any trouble and sometimes that is worth spending the extra money for that sense of comfort.

Had a meal here Sunday afternoon. Nice traditional pub next to the canal. Good menu selection with all the pub favourites. Food was great all round, served hot and all served together, we had empty plates despite the generous portions! Can recommend the roast dinner and the steak and ale pie. Good selection of beers, including cask and keg ales. Friendly and attentive staff. All in all we had a lovely meal and a great time. Thank you to the team and compliments to the chef!

Rude staff, dirty cutlery with food on it - no apologies, asking for coffee and bringing coffee with milk and say that i didn't ask for coffee without milk. Ask for a name they refuse. For sure I wouldn't go back.

Wow what a lovely Sunday roast, 10 / 10 for the amount of tasty beef alone, very tasty home cooked dinner, traditional quirky pub, and the staff were very attentive. Pop in after a long canal walk, we will be coming back. Oh and good value ❤️

Ein urisches, echt englisches Pub. Es gibt typisches zu essen und zu trinken. Die Gäste kommen aus der näheren Umgebung. Ein netter Biergarten lädt bei Sonne gern ein.

Looking good now...need though to improve dodgy stairs to the first floor function room...quite dangerous for people with orthopaedic problems

A friendly local pub that gets very busy. Parking available , although do be aware this gets full at the peak times. An outside garden at the front looking over the canal. A small enclosed garden at the back too.. Dogs allowed inside the pub. A large varied menu, with breakfasts being served most of the day. The meals are hearty and big, you won't be leaving hungry. They're excellent value for money. A great place to visit for lunch !

Came for an evening meal. Called beforehand to see if we needed to book & the person said no need. When we arrived they had reserved us a table! Food was good quality, fresh vegetables & good portions. Good selections of drinks, lovely atmosphere with plenty of outdoor seating & tables with a small car park too

They say the people make a place and when it comes to The New Inn that certainly is the case. The staff go out of their way to make sure you have a great time. The food is great and is priced well, the drinks are clean and tastes great. It is not one of these new gastro fancy pubs and I wouldn't have gone if it was, it doesn't pretend to be. If you want a good old fashioned pub, where the staff and the people treat you like family and are welcoming, this is the pub for you.

Looks nice on the outside BUT is a bit different. Nothing matches all the chairs and the tables are all different, my chair was held together with some screws. The place was very cramped and a bit dull. Food was awful and it looked really run down. The plug is the men's toliet had the wires exposed and was dangrous and really needs to be sorted and the fact it was the plug on was on the hand dryer is unacceptable. Give it a miss. There were other issues but I can't be bothered to type anymore.

Splendid local boozer. Very friendly staff. Catch the morning breakfast if you can.
