Romanelli pizza in Milton Keynes

They changed the place. Now it is bigger and they are adding more items to the like fresh pasta and more.

It’s been a few days since i ordered but i’m still thinking about it. Very tasty pizza, great quality ingredients. They didn’t have choc fudge cake so replaced it with tiramisu and i’m glad they did, it was delicious!

Really lovely food. Good vegetarian options, always tasty.

£30 a head for pizza. Waited 90 minutes so far still preparing according to MK eats app. Phone goes straight to voicemail. Avoid! Update: pizza delivered almost two hours after ordering. Was delicious and hot, apparently the chef had an emergency

I ordered two pizzas and they were so delicious and delivered on time . High recommend , authentic Italian style .

Delicious takeaway. Authentic pizza served from an industrial estate kitchen. Two incredibly friendly Italian fellas there to greet you if you collect. Highly recommend.

Ordered at 7.45pm arrived at gone 10pm. We never received a call from the restaurant we had to chase them to be told it’s Friday they are very busy. Not good enough

Margarita pizza was basically just flat bread with tomato sauce it had essence of cheese but not the actual cheese

I'm not sure which was better—the meal or the service—at this wonderful restaurant. It was as if I was actually in the heart of Italy. It tasted like what some people could refer to as your "mother food." I would definitely return here.

My local pizzeria, first time visiting. Very friendly, pizza was great. I chose all you can eat pizza on a Wednesday, pizza’s we’re huge! Would recommend them making smaller pizzas for the all you can eat so you can try a few more but can’t fault apart from that.

Food was delay but we never got upset with romannelis! We know is a family business which is build stronger and stronger and they do the best Italian food in Milton Keynes and Bletchley area. We recommend them all the time as the food is fresh made all the time . The chef is doing an amazing job every time .

The best Italian pizza I've had outside of Italy, this place is a real gem. Others reviews say they've had late delivery, but we've never experienced that.

Proper fresh pizza with hand-made dough and quality toppings then cooked in an authentic oven. Expensive but worth every penny, a real treat.

Food was delicious, and hot on arrival. Will definitely order again. Delivery was within the stated times, but was a long time to wait.

The pizzas always arrive between 1,5 to 2 hours after the order is placed. If they cannot commit to the delivery, they shouldn't accept more orders. Its a pity that they may be the best pizza makers with such a bad service

The Cannelloni is a great dish and served as a good portion and better value than the same dish from Pizza Express.

Top league, pizza & lasagne to die for!

Great place to grab a stone baked authentic Italian pizza. It s rare to find a place like this where you can just grab an authentic pizza on the go with so many varieties to choose from. I went for the Calabria pizza which it was very delicious with a bit of spice. I also recommend Prosciutto e Funghi and Capra, for some very nice flavours. I'll be returning also maybe get it delivered at home.

So good, it deserves a review that can only attempt to do justice… Firstly, upon order at exactly 18:52 on a sunny Saturday evening, I was shocked to hear a knock at my door just after 18:40. The delivery driver, a young happy chap with retro aviators, reminiscent of a young Tom Kazansky (Ice Man - Top Gun), had delivered my order 20 minutes early - excellent efficiency. We exchanged pleasantries and I wished him well for the rest of his deliveries before taking my order and gracefully closing my front door. I called the household to alert them their evening meal had arrived. Upon initial inspection, the tomato bruschetta and pizza smelt and looked great. However, with maturity, I knew that one should not judge a book (pizza in this instance) by the look of its cover. Starting with the tomato bruschetta, a single bite confirmed the freshness of the ripe vine piccolo tomatoes. The beautiful texture of the dough in which they sat, with a sliver of olive oil took me back to 2007 during my time in Rimini - just delightful. A slurp of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc to cleanse my pallet, I proceeded to devour my ‘4 Maiali’. With each of the quartet segments, I again reminisced of my time in Naples and Cupramontana; how could a pizza ordered from Milton Keynes be so good? I don’t know, but what I do know is I’ve found the closet thing to Italy without having to booked a cheap RyanAir flight. Fabulous!

bruschetta was like a tiny puffy pizza when it used to be like briuschetta I know, thick toast and this wasnt let the meal down really,why make it into a pizza no idea what they are thinking

Have been eating takeaway from Romanellis for years. All of a sudden , despite charging £5 for delivery, an order is cancelled because of a £45 min charge. As I didn't notice this (as the order was accepted) I have a family left hungry. Disgusting behaviour . Avoid.

Ordered at 4:30pm, for it to come at 7:30 thinking I’d given enough time for them to prepare/cook. Had a notification at 7:20 to say my order would be 20 minutes late. I get it and wouldn’t care if I’d ordered the food late but to order so early on and still be late is ridiculous.

The ingredients are superb, possibly the best pizza I've ever had

Had to chase twice where my order is that arrived an hour late, the food was cold and restaurant wasn’t willing to give me any compensation for all these. Never order from here again

I’ve ordered pizza on 15th of November they advertise on Uber eats delivery time is from 40-60min.Had to wait 1.5h (which I understand that it may get busy) so I’ve called to get more information about this order. Then the gentleman on the phone said that I have to wait at least another 30min. Unfortunately didn’t have that much time as I was going to work for my night shift, so I was asked if I would like to cancel the order. Which was obvious to me that I’m gonna get the refund and it’s been a month since order was placed and refund wasn’t made.

4 stars only because the delivery was very late and I had to call to chase. You do need to understand though that ordering from a smaller business at a peak time will usually result in a longer wait anyway. Staff were very polite, apologetic and friendly when I called them, and when the order arrived there was even something extra in the order which we interpreted as a gesture of goodwill, thanks! We have ordered from Romanelli’s many times and have always been thoroughly impressed with the food. It’s always arrived hot, been presented well and has been full of flavour. The food isn’t overpriced at all, you’re paying for really good quality and fresh food - this isn’t just your local kebab shop pizza. The long delivery wait hasn’t put us off at all, and as it’s probably more helpful to the Romanelli team then we will probably collect the food next time!

i went there on friday 21:40 the van was closed already , the same story tonight , i was there at 21.45 the van was closed, but on the website saying its open until 22.00

Good pizza, but don't order any of the special pizzas as they don't follow the description on the menu. They put whatever they think goes on it. Had this happen twice. Ordered a pizza with smoked provolone and got blue cheese. Today I ordered the Porchetta and got Prosciutto, potato, onion and black olives. Menu description said sausage, zucchini potato, onion and no mention of black olives. They sent a new pizza the first time, but didn't want to accomodate this time because they were too busy and thought their interpretation of the menu description was good enough. It wasnt. Its not what i ordered. I don't like black olives.

Delivery was quick but this time the pizzas were of very poor quality and seemed burnt so they tasted quite bitter. A real shame compared to our previous orders.

Cold, very late and over priced. I had high hopes for this pizzeria but was sadly disappointed. I ordered their calzone (a personal favourite) and after 55 minutes of waiting had to phone to chase the delivery... It arrived 12 minutes later, which just happens to be the journey time from where I live (I do this journey regularly so know it's well). What arrived was cold, soggy and pretty flavourless. And at almost £40 for the whole order, pretty much a waste of money. I hate to say it but Domino's probably had more flavour. I won't be using them again.

If you haven't tried the Barattolino Gelato then you're missing out. One of the good reasons to order from here. Pizzas always top notch, with good crust and tasty toppings. Delivered in good time.

Hello, never thought that I will leave this type of review unfortunately have to. On notes i mentioned please make sure pizza is cooked, not burnt because of stomach issues cannot eat this burnt food, and after long time we were wishing for a good quality pizza that’s why we chose Romanellis. Unfortunately if I would be able to add a picture i would, so the Calzone pizza was burnt. Disappointed. Good luck guys to improve your skills and take attention to the customer’s requirements.

AMAZING Pizza. Worth the price, best pizza I have ever had I think.

The pizzas were really good but the mozzarella sticks I ordered were inedible: all the cheese had run out and formed a cloggy burnt mess on the outside of the sticks. It looked like the cheese leaked out in the oven and continued baking on the outside because the cheese was brown. I don’t understand why you would send something like that to a customer. And the sticks are not cheap either.

Great menu choice and really tasty pizza. The salads are generous and gutsy and ordering early has taken away the issue of late delivery timing when we first ordered. This is now our third order and we will now only order pizzas from here! Lovely delivery teams too. Thank you

Wedges undercooked/soggy, chicken strips bland and a bit burnt. Pizza not cut. Toppings kept falling off pizza as the sauce seemed very wet. Disappointed

Recently got them to cater for a team meeting feeding 12 of us, called ahead and sorted the order with a few days notice and had piping hot delicious pizza at the time we requested. First class service, would highly recommend.

My family loved the pizza, fresh San Marzano tomato sauce really made a difference to us from the Dominos pizza. One small complaint was that chillies were used on our daughters pepperoni pizza when we didn’t add it to the create your own pizza. Other than that we were blown away that the pizza was at our door in 20 mins from order.

They turned up an hour early by mistake but resent it all an hour later. Everything was delicious.

Must say this is by far the best lasagne I have ever had.

The quattro Maiali pizza was really, really superb. Easily the match of the very trendy London pizza spots like Homeslice, Goodfare and Pilgrims - but in a inauspicious layby in Furzton! Fresh ingredients, distinct flavours - and the base was spot on in both thickness and texture.

Wouldn’t buy food from anywhere else on the just eat app. Value for money and very very tasty😊

After hearing so many great reviews we decided to order. Wish we hadn’t as the food was cold, it was delivered late and even then the mozzarella sticks were missing. The driver had to bring them to us but these were also cold. If you can’t offer a delivery service that works on time then don’t bother offering delivery. Luckily just eat gave us our money back but we won’t be ordering again

Order was “out for delivery” for over half an hour, even though I live less than 10 minutes away. Driver called up asking for my address, despite already having it. Food arrived pretty much cold. Not recommended.

Home made by Italians. I know that as I was driving past and stopped and ordered directly. Italian. Homemade. Tasty. I ordered lasagne which was totally different to how I make it. But I'm English.

Food is always good from here however they don’t consistently put on all the ingredients paid for or ingredients described in pizza description

First time ordering from here I can't say I'm 100% happy the pizza was nice . Very over priced. Ordered two deserts received only one I did call the restaurant to see where it was they are polite But not the best experience tbh
