Been there many times of an evening (Saturday Nights) for live music, and always used to be a good time. Not been there much of late, as it's difficult to find out what's on these days. However, the drink on offer is always good, a bit too good at times, and a good stopping point when coming back into town.

We have been down in Buckingham 4 times in recent weeks to visit unwell family, and have visited the New Inn on each occasion. every Saturday has live music with different styles and Era's which will appeal to most age groups. The pub is always really busy on a Saturday night, but still able to get served as a good few bar staff serving. Excellent traditional bar albeit on the holiday weekend (Sunday) I think most of the patrons had been there all day as bouncing about full of the drink but clearly enjoying themselves. Only go in then if you like a pub to be rammed full!

The New Inn has become the modern-day equivalent of a traditional English pub. With two cosy fires; friendly, efficient staff; great drinks and delicious food. Would recommend to anyone! Dog lovers and families are made welcome and the morning breakfasts have made a great addition to an already superb pub.

The New Inn has been a true regulars establishment for as long as i can remember. It has recently changed hands, and has been extensively upgraded. It remains to have its charm mainly by its snug size, but you will be made very welcome. A lovely outside area has been greatly improved, and they have started having regular live music. Its so good to see its doing well.

Service was lovely. Environment was cosy. Menu choices were good. Options are not expensive. Hash browns needed to be more crispy, and the sausages are bland (perhaps change the brand) Guacamole was made to order and needed salt, but took a long time. Something like this can be premade in the morning. Smoothie made fresh and was easy to drink. Would recommend for a cheap brunch!

Perfect, faultless. Thoroughly enjoyable. Warm welcome, comfortable luxurious rooms, delicious food, great swimming pool and spa, fabulous atmosphere, steeped in history and in 90 acres of beautiful countryside. Plus the profits go to the National Trust. What’s to fault? They even avoid having plastic UHT milk cartons (a fault of many top hotels).
