Es una pena que este café haya cerrado. Me gustó todo al respecto. Las diferentes opciones de cafés de calidad y el diseño interior único hicieron un cambio bienvenido a los cafés en su mayoría genéricos en la ciudad.

Fui aquí basado en las altas calificaciones en general, pero me decepcionó mucho. El café no tiene un ambiente acogedor y, cuando visito muchas cafeterías en la ciudad, sé que una buena es mala. Compré un sándwich tostado y una avena de color blanco, el café era estándar y la baguette no estaba caliente en todo, cosas muy básicas para hacer bien. Además, el interior no se ajustó demasiado al aspecto 'industrial chic' que creo que intentaban conseguir. No volveré, hay demasiadas alternativas mejores haciendo café de manera más auténtica.

Se ve bien y, obviamente, es muy moderno para servir el té en un recipiente grande abierto, pero esto no es Estados Unidos. Hacemos té en una tetera para decantar. Lección: ¡tómate un té en una cafetería especializada! Mi compañero pidió café preparado - nos sentamos y luego vinieron y dijeron que la máquina tardaría 7 minutos en calentarse o podría tener un americano. Llegamos al Skygarden pero sentíamos que podíamos manejar 7 minutos; desafortunadamente, duró más de 7 minutos y cuando llegó, sabía a agua sucia.

I stopped by The New Black en route to the office in need of a cheese and ham croissant and coffee to start the day. Service was slow and unenthusiastic. When I got to the office I found that my croissant which had been toasted must have only been waved under a toaster - the cheese wasn't even melted and it was still pretty cold. The coffee was enjoyable (I have caramel syrup so you can argue I destroy any of the flavour there!) but I found the lid a little odd on the takeaway cup. Prices I found comparable for the City although I'd be reluctant to visit again for fear of a cold croissant repeat incident!

Wir haben dieses moderne und schicke Café entdeckt, da wir noch auf den Eintritt zum SkyGarden warten mussten. Der Cappuccino und Espresso waren sehr lecker und es werden auch einige Snacks angeboten. Sehr empfehlenswert 😊
