Great cocktails, friendly staff and fabulous views. I’ve been twice, the first time I had a fab brunch in the Madera restaurant below and then moved upstairs for a cocktail. Will definitely keep coming back as it’s a real gem!

The rooftop restaurant at The Nest is simply amazing. The views are stunning, the food is delicious, and the service is top-notch. A must-visit for a fantastic dining experience. Margaritas are the best here. Whether you’re a local or a tourist, this spot provides sophisticated yet relaxed ambiance, with a chic and modern design that complements the vibrant cityscape. It’s an ideal setting for everything from a casual evening out to a special celebration. The rooftop’s atmosphere is brilliant with great DJ playing favourite tunes, creating a memorable experience from the moment you arrive.

On the 17th of 10/2024 @ 00:00 midnight The worst ever. You might have. To be in. With erogernt you might have. From the bar tender Even though the person was so much bad in his attitude and not caring about others or management as his personal opinion say. @ I don’t care” say whatever I don’t care 🤷🏽 “As this place was highly recommended to visit. And I did went there with a big smile. But was attacked from him with a very bad attitude that were not welcome and won’t serve me and my friends. I thought he was joking but unfortunately he was not just reflecting his anger on us🤷🏽” Now I will till my friends whom did recommend me this place. What happened with me. If and only if this person not there I will think to visit again. Below response from the management is well received and appreciated.

The Nest is very beautifully decorated and the rooftop views are even more spectacular. One can see the major landmarks of London and also get a really good glimpse of the architecture of the city. The telescope in the corner of the patio was a nice touch. The food was good, truffle chips came out super fresh and crispy, the calamari was one of the best I've ever had, and the cocktails were delicious. Highly recommend checking it out!

Interesting menu, drinks, but they need more staff. We would have wanted to order much more but the service was so slow on a Thursday night. They could have earned so much more if they were faster. Menu was promising but food just ok. Small portions. Great view though! Music was confusing mix of house and rnb but good vibes

Had an amazing time at Nest. Came with a couple of friends for lunch and drinks during a trip to London. Views were amazing, and both indoor and terrace sitting areas were super relaxing. The overall vibe of the venue is so incredibly chilled and service was friendly and very attentive, we didn’t want to leave! Wine and cocktails were lovely and food was delicious. Portions were very large through so had we know that small plates weren’t small at all, we wouldn’t have ordered two lots of some of them. We left full to the brim and so relaxed we will definitely visit again.

I went for my 50th birthday for afternoon drinks with a small group of friends and family. I had an amazing time. We were given the choice to sit inside as the weather was a bit cold. The decor was gorgeous and the atmosphere lovely and relaxed. The staff were friendly and attentive. I would definitely re-book.

My friend had brought me here for the first time yesterday we didn’t have a reservation but staff were very accommodating, we were served by a young lady named Bobbie, she was brilliant she took the time to speak to us and nothing we asked of her was to much. she recommended us the matchy matcha and Brazilian lemonade which were both delicious. We will be back very soon and will be recommending this place to our friends.

A fantastic venue for a quick drink before heading somewhere less expensive, Totally worth it to get lost in the views across London for an hour. But - Please don’t order your dinner here. The food is overpriced and really not very good. In fact it’s like food made by a small child, someone who has never eaten food before or something from a fever dream - weirdly tiny portions of bizarre concoctions of things that don’t belong together - I had a salmon thing with white bits in it - possibly potato, possibly egg, I wasn’t sure, garnished with burnt capers. Like wtf? My wife had this strange kind of mushroom sausage, with a mound of flavourless pesto. All very strange. They did also serve both with broken pieces of stale popadum, but I honestly couldn’t tell you why. As I say, have a cocktail, take in the view and then go somewhere good to eat.

Second time coming to the nest with my boyfriend as I wanted to give it another chance as the first time the service was horrendous and the host - Didn’t grab her name but had a French accent she was extremely rude. Tonight I had a whole different experience and it was amazing. Greeted by a lovely host called Rose who made effort in asking how our day was I told her my last experience was negative and she made sure this time it would be good. Malisa was also amazing upstairs and food was brilliant. Thankyou for making our second experience amazing

My friend surprised me last night here as it was my first time visiting London and i had the best experience. The drinks did take long to come but it’s understandable as it was very busy. David was my waiter who was very accommodating and friendly. Who was the main highlight was the host Rose who was amazing she greeted us and also extended our table when she found out I was leaving London today as she wanted me to have the best last night which I did. I love this place so much and will hope to come back soon. Please thank her for making my night amazing !!

Really rude staff downstairs, although it’s a nice ish view, it is not worth visiting! Expensive drinks which weren’t nice/ got a mojito with tequila instead of rum. Awful service overall

Had a booking last night on the terrace- 4 people plus a pup. The Nest has a great vibe to it but unfortunately the service is absolutely APPALLING. We had been sat down for 45mins before someone came up and asked “have you been served yet?”. At that point one of us had just gone to the bar because we were clearly not being served at the table (whilst everyone else around us was being served). Had to ask for a water bowl for our puppy FOUR times until one of the servers finally brought us one. They say this place is dog-friendly but half the staff clearly dislike dogs. We were then kicked out by a server saying “you have 30 mins left on your booking” which is totally understandable as there are bookings after us but when you lose 45 mins of your booking because of the lack of service attention.. The audacity. There are plenty of other roof top bars to go to in London that will treat you with respect and hospitality- this place isn’t one of them.

Came to the rooftop on a Monday night. Was a nice evening enjoying the view. The outdoor seating is lovely and has heating which is great for the colder evenings. My guests enjoyed their cocktails and hot drinks were also available in the evening. Staff were also friendly. Will be looking forward to go back!

We experienced an afternoon lunch at The Nest Rooftop Bar yesterday. It's out second visit and on both occasions the staff have been nothing short of amazing. The food is delicious and the cocktails are not to be missed. Dogs are allowed on Sundays between 12pm-3pm. They even have dog menus! Our 2 loved it.

Had a truly lovely time at The Nest. The vibes were great! A very fun rooftop for a drink in London :) a tad pricy but worth it for the experience. Jordan was a great hostess! Matthew was truly a phenomenal bartender, his energy and recommendations were top tier!!

Beautiful sunset views of central London! Ambience is good too IF they like you and give you a decent table outside.. Service was okay. We booked and went for sunset drinks, our table outside was small, cramped, middle of walkway with view blocked by weird wooden paneling! Asked to change but they did not. Tried a cocktail each - really disappointing, seemed like things were just poured into the glass by an amateur kid. 17gbp each -waste of money.

The cocktails were okay. The service was horrible! We waited at least 15 minutes until someone took our orders although there were a lot of staff members standing around the bar and there weren't a lot of guests. The staff was particularly nice either. The view is nice but for a cocktail for 16-17 pounds I do expect a better service.

Got told off by security for not knowing which lift to take up to the nest when I was apparently told by the host.. leaves a very poor impression at arrival.. staff should be trained to be polite, especially when the host said security would take me up and he did not..

Very frustrated to begin with as it was raining and I could not get a seat inside. Food was lovely big shoutout to the Host Rose who still gave us a good table and tried accommodate us the best she could. 10/10 service from her .Overall review wouldn’t have been the best but due to the amazing customer service from Rose and dealing with the problem immediately the review has turned from a bad one to a good one.

The moment we entered in the vicinity, the female staff did not even bother greeting us. We reserved for 3 seats but was allocated a 2 person table (although there were heaps of empty chairs) and with service charge fees I was expecting that it is STANDARD TO provide space and menus for 3 people. Might be petty of me but felt like since we are asians or looked like asians we were not welcome versus the other white guests. The place is cozy and nice. however, i felt like that staff were not enthusiastic to even serve us anything. No amount of exterior and interior design can replicate a team’s hospitality and service!

Host Rose made us feel very welcome. It’s a shame it was a busy day we would of loved to stay longer we will be returning

Came for my birthday tonight and it was amazing. The cocktails are quite expensive but they are worth it. The hostess Rosa is so sweet and made sure my birthday night was amazing. I will definitely come again

Unfortunately I had to edit this review from 5 stars to 1 star. I usually abstain from reviewing businesses negatively, but I'm opening an exception because I used to be a regular at The Nest and I've never been treated this way. The security's customer service is deplorable. I had a work booking and he didn't let me in upstairs because he said he didn't like my attitude and 'they need people like me there' (hope this was not a racist remark). The whole conversation was recorded and at any instance I've been rude or unpolite to this gentleman. As he didn't let me in upstairs I had to ask my customers to come downstairs and go to another place, where the treatment was considerably different and where securities don't behave akin to aggressive bouncers. I will never, ever return to this place. I don't want to be unfair so I will say the the staff members at The Nest, the bar are super friendly and nice, so this is sort of a sad goodbye. To the staff upstairs I wish you the best and you're amazing. Thank you for treating me and my customers outstandingly.

Very instagrammable location with a great view. Friendly service from our waiter. Cocktails are ok, though not great, food was really not up to the prices (sent back the chips as they were soggy and limp), and to top it off the hostess reminded us several times that we only had the table for X amount of time. No problem- we were aware- then she came 5 minutes before the end time of our table to tell us we had to leave and that the previous guests were waiting . I’ll skip the rest of the story but we gave them an earful- almost like talking to children. We left the table exactly at the end time and went to the restroom- when we walked by again, no one was sitting at our table yet. I would go here for a quick drink for fun music and a view but would quickly move on to somewhere else for food and real cocktails.

Awful experience at The Nest. Went there for my birthday which was a mistake. They rushed us out of the place, quite literally at one point taking one of the remaining plates as one of my friends moved the fork with food to her mouth. I’ve never seen anything like it, so rude. They also despite emailing ahead and agreeing it 3 times forgot to bring out the cake we had dropped off prior, and when asked about it said they had no idea about it. Avoid.

The view was absolutely amazing, Ala was the best, she went above and beyond to make sure we we’re happy, one waiter took our order then abandoned us, we waited over an hour for our food. When we informed Ala she bought out our food within 5 mins and looked after us, she along with the view is the only reason i will be returning.

Supposingly this is a nice looking restaurant with rooftop views. But ONLY if you are ALLOWED outside lol. We came to visit the first time and have made a reservation beforehand. We asked to sit at the tables outside but the staff said we may have to wait a bit, so we were sat at the bar side on the left which doesn't look as good as the right side and the bar table were too small to order food. Because we wanted to have food, (p.s. afternoon tea is no longer available), we went to the inside part asking for a table, the staff said let him have a look and we were temporarily sat on a table in the corner. However, after 10 minutes there were no updates on which tables we could be sat at (they were all empty) and the staff just brought us water on the table and asked if we were ready to order. We asked again if we could sit somewhere else or if outside is available, he said all tables are reserved. I dont know if they are reserved for ghosts or what because the whole time the tables were empty and no one came during our whole time there when we ate at last. We also found there were so many empty tables outside on the terrace where you can actually see the rooftop view. Unbelievable. The food was way overpriced for what it is. Pork belly was just 6 pieces but cost like 15 pounds and taste average. Would not recommend here. Staff service was standoffish as well.

We’d seen this place on socials and they offer a dog friendly afternoon on Sundays which we thought would be fun to try. The aesthetic is nice and views ok. The service was really mixed though. Downstairs super welcoming and greeted nicely. We were seated at a side table outside behind a larger sofa seating area which blocked views. It also left no room for the dog to sit and people to get by. They’ve optimised amount of tables over customer experience. Service was pretty slow in general and not to the level you’d expect when they’re charging minimum head spends etc. We later asked to move to a sofa area which was available and waitress said this was ok and kindly cleared table for us. As our food was delivered a manager came over and told us she shouldn’t have done this and we’d have to move back as another reservation was coming. We did so but I think this could have been handled better given the party didn’t arrive for another 20 minutes and there was another sofa free next to it. It wasn’t a particularly busy afternoon but staff didn’t seem to be coping as several tables were struggling with slow service. Drinks and food were nice but it’s an expensive and average experience.

Went with a group of friends, the staff were dismissive when we asked for a table outside. We were told they were all reserved. There were SO many tables outside that remained empty the entire time we were there. Cocktails didn't taste right & both my sisters had the same cocktail, topped with cream & have both been up in the night with suspected food poisoning. Would not return & considering informing food hygiene.

Nice place, Horrible service ! From start to finish everyone was rude and condescending. The hostess barely looked at me when I ask her to show me to my table, it seemed like I interrupted her "looking moody" time. I asked her to put me on a waiting list for a table outside or just to let me know when one was available soon; she just nodded and completely ignored my request. I then when to ask a manager for the same favour and the interaction was even worse. I had to say "hello" 3 times before he even replied. He gave the exact same "why are you talking to me" look as the hostess. I guess the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. We finally found a table outside, sat down, tried to order and was told that it was only bar service. At least 5 different staff members came to that terrace to collect glasses, you might as well do table service at that point.

Our server Ala is a absolute gem! Had a lovely pair of drinks with my brother and just had a fantastic time. Ala gave such amazing service and really highlighted our evening. Loved the time here.

Our server Nari was absolutely fantastic. Incredibly prompt, kind, patient with our orders/our time consuming decision making, a lot of attention to detail and recommended delicious drinks based on our very specific preferences. Nari knew the menu inside out and was the highlight of our experience. He made us feel like VIPs. We only met him today but hope to see him excel in his career goals to become a manager! We also saw him absolutely hustling trying to deliver the same experience to all the other tables around us with the same attentiveness. He was managing it brilliantly on a very busy night.

Selected the Nest after considering various other rooftop bars for a special birthday celebration. The venue has a great atmosphere both indoors and outdoors, with amazing 360 views over the city and the BT tower despite being just on the 16th floor. We had an amazing evening - great drinks and good nibbles/food selection to enjoy with our drinks. Entrance on ground is very smooth and the team welcoming. What made the difference to make this such a great evening, that all my friends enjoyed, has been the service: in particular a huge shout out to the F&B manager Roberto M. who is very attentive and did his best to accommodate requests, eg after our table slot finished we could still enjoy drinks at the bar and have what turned out to be such a pleasant night. We visited on a Friday night, and the live DJ and background music adds to the atmosphere - we did not find it loud and we liked the music selection. The evening was cold and rainy; we missed a nice sunset but in a clear evening views must be so beautiful! Highly recommend for an evening with friends or a date night, and will definitely be back.

I came to the nest today I booked a table for 3. I was escorted by a host called Rose who was very pleasant and nice to us. She took us to our table where someone was sitting on. She politely told them to leave and the women was physically abusing her and didn’t want to leave the table. I was horrified how the staff get treated in this place. The ladies who was verbally abusing the host still stayed and wasn’t told to leave. I left because I don’t want to me in a environment of people

Yesterday, on June 29, my partner and I visited this place for lunch. We were given a dirty table for two, and a staff member came to clean it for us. The serving staff wiped the scraps of food from the table right onto our legs... Despite seeing how unpleasant it was for us, he left us shocked and disgusted... The food arrived quickly, but the provided cutlery had someone’s hair on it, so we didn't use it. The asparagus was overcooked, though the burgers were nice. It took quite a long time to get the staff's attention to finally receive the bill and pay. While we liked the location and found the interior charming, the staff were just horrible and the service unacceptably unsanitary. Never again visiting this place.

Beware of a lying maître d'! Came in on Saturday for a coffee and more. Asked if they had a table outside? She offered bar stools but would let us know if table was to become available. After awhile got some cocktails and another one of us asked for a table outside: New answer: everything is booked until the evening. Decided to wonder around - 2 empty tables outside, with no one in the vicinity. Sat there happily. Why are you lying people? Is that’s what management trains its team? 🤔

DO NOT GO TO THIS BAR AS SOLO FEMALE. My wife had her bathroom stall kicked down by another guest. Saying he had left his phone inside, she was already in a state of undress and he persisted to stay and attempt to chat to her. She had to physically push him out of the stall. When we told the bar staff they told me they called security and would handle it. 30 minutes later we see the man still trying to chat up other women and when we asked the manager he said 'he's sitting there not bothering anyone, I've called security. Enjoy your drinks and forget about it.' Clearly the staff don't care about the safety of their clients, and thinks that the threat of sexual assault is a joke. Apparently our spending is not worth the safety of a person when the other group is a large group of drinking lads.

Had a really unpleasant experience with the woman who is the “host” on the ground floor letting guests up the lift to the rooftop bar. I gave her the name of my friend who was having a hen do, rather than the name of the person who actually booked the party, and she immediately aggressively told me there was no such party here and I would need to leave immediately if I couldn’t give her the name of a legitimate booking. She was quite irate about it and I was taken aback because I knew it was the right place and I knew the persons first name but she refused to accept there was anyone with that name until I gave her the surname too. I just then needed a moment to check on my WhatsApp group to give her the full correct name. Should have been simple but she was incredibly aggressive about it, and when I told her she didn’t need to be, that I had just not realised which name the party was booked in, she then accused *me* of having an attitude and refused to let me onto the lift. There was a male colleague with her who had seen her behaviour, was apologetic and tried to let me on the lift when she turned to “welcome” someone behind me, but she came running back shouting “ONLY I SAY WHO GETS ON THE LIFT AND SHE STAYS HERE. I RUN THIS DOOR”. So I just had to wait while loads of people got on the lift and see if she calmed down- I didn’t want to miss my friends hen do! I eventually had to pretend to apologise for “my” behaviour for getting the party name booking wrong before she felt her power trip had lasted a suitable period of time and she relented. I was shaking by the time I was allowed to take the lift, and her male colleague apologised on her behalf and tried to wish me a good night, he could see I was upset. But that woman does not have the people-skills to be front of house and she certainly doesn’t have the right attitude to welcome people! A shame because the staff on the rooftop bar were all great and the rest of the experience good, just let down by her appalling behaviour. I will never be coming back- plenty more rooftop bars in London without people on the door who like to try to humiliate customers.

A must to see if you're near Oxford Street but I'd highly suggest that you book in advance to get an ideal set of seats, for example outside. The range of beers is small and not pints so I'd suggest you do cocktails.

The nest is a beautiful place. The interior is lovely and amazing staff. Who stood out out to me was Rose the host who made our time much more pleasent. She went out her way to make sure she gave us a seat outside as that’s what we wanted. Definitely recommend to friends

Cocktails were nice so we had quite a few... The atmosphere upstairs is lovely, the view is beautiful. But, the staff downstairs could be a bit more friendly..

While the nest is a lovely spot, the attitude of the staff downstairs at the entrance is atrocious. Incredibly rude and stand-offish, they are intent on making guests feel as if they are doing them a great favour by allowing them entry. Both myself and everyone else in the our party said that while the place is nice, the attitude of the staff downstairs would make us think twice about coming back. Please do better.

Nice place, good decor, good drinks. What let me down is the service and the terrance being overly squashed. The service, the lady took us to our seats without saying a word, put the menu's on the table and walked off. Didn't utter a word which left us questionning is that our seat/do we sit down or is she coming back. Quite frankly pretty rude...would I go back? Probably not as service is the key thing for me personally....

I would not recommend coming here, no organisation, say here for 20 minutes to then ask someone to serve me, another 30 minutes later got my drink which came in a tall thin glass filled with ice (cheap scam) which shows half my drink in this glass that I can drink in 3 sips. Won’t come again

Barbra - was the highlight, I’ve visited nest many times never seen this sort of service in years living in London, everyone so cold but Barbra her Energy was unreal really made me feel welcomed, knew exactly what sort of drink to suggest the whiskey drink with the foam whatever it was called ( I’m typing as I’m tipsy apologise) the reason why I’m writing this review before I leave is just to tell the CEO the Manager of the Nest that she is truly great and passionate about what she does ! Promote her if you have you must - Crying out loud!

Beautiful view, very nice cocktails. Staff was lovely, one of the staff member (didn’t get his name) took us out on the balcony in the back to get some pictures. Thank you so much for this great experience. We will definitely be back.

Had the most wonderful doggy friendly brunch here with friends. Humans and hounds both loved their food. My dogs had the best time. Friendly service and great quality food. Will definitely return. Big Thumbs up for the dog menu on Sundays. Keep up the good work!

We had a great time with our dog during Sunday's Drinks on the Woof. Vegan options were great, specially the Bao Buns which were incredible. Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails were great too. Also the customer service and staff were super friendly and welcoming. We were served by Dan, who made us feel at home. My only suggestion is to add a veggie option to the dogs menu as some dogs can't have animal protein, which is our case.

We had cocktails at this rooftop bar this evening…. Great ambience and our server - Barbara - was really friendly and helpful, adding to the overall relaxed comfortable vibe… can’t comment on food as we did not eat but drinks were good…!
