The service was excellent Sarah our waitress was as always both friendly and efficient. We eat here often and the manager Alan runs both a tight ship and is always on hand to serve tables when needed. This is a top Beefeater restaurant. Highly recommended. If we eat here it must be good. Lord and Lady Bickley

I went on Sunday 19th January 2025 to celebrate mine and my boyfriends 2 year anniversary of being together. We had 3 course meal which the food was really nice but I do miss the set menus. The staff were amazing on the night but I can’t remember the name of the waitress all I know is that she had long blonde hair up in a pony who was really helpful and friendly towards us and made sure that we was happy with everything before leaving us. I would have gave it a 5 star but my partner couldn’t use the bathroom as all the toilets were blocked but apart from that everything was great.

We stopped over here to eat tonight, the food was lovely and freshly cooked and the wait time was overall not bad as we were informed that there may be a short delay. Our waitress was Elise and she was very helpful and polite and although another girl brought out our meals, Elise was quick to come over and check everything was ok and even noticed the gravy was missing from my meal. Wasn’t much of an issue but was solved within a minute and I have to say I am impressed with the level of care and overall service. Thank you

Came yesterday with family, although the girls were rushed off their feet, food came promptly, there was a little wait on drinks and such. Dinner was lovely. 50% black friday voucher was a definite plus!

Visited this establishment on the 1st December, we arrived and were seated quite promptly, and then felt like we had been forgotten about, we waited 30 minutes for even a drink order, where in the end 2 of our party went to the bar, another of the party approached a waitress and asked if anyone was going to take our order to which the response was I was waiting for the whole party to be seated, after us already being seated altogether for 30 minutes. She then didn't return to take the orders for a further 20-25 minutes, where more of the party had gone to the bar for further drinks, so we weren't all sat down as she wished from her reasoning about. From arrival to picking up a knife and fork to eat it was over an hour and a half. I understand that businesses such as this make their money from drinks but that is ridiculous especially with a young child and 2 other children as a part of the party. The staffing in this establishment is poorly managed, the restaurant wasn't even busy for that to be put into consideration of our long wait times, there was no information shared around why the wait for food was so long, there were further complaints from other tables regarding the wait times. I understand that these are trying times with budgets but to run a business ensure that you have enough staff in the right places. A visit to a pub/restaurant for a table of 10 shouldn't take 3-4 hours. In regards to the food you could taste that it had been held under the gantry hot lights for a long while, the food was dry, but as the wait had already been so long we didn't want to wait any longer for a replacement. The service needs major improvements in this pub.

Great service by Carina , we couldn’t get a seat in the restaurant, but Carina looked after us seating us in the bar area . My friend was gluten intolerant so she explained the options for her , she was really attentive and informative , an absolute asset to the company . Thank you

Regularly eat out here and never disappointed. Service is excellent. I ordered the chargrilled prawn and vegetable skewer and hubby ordered beef and ale pie. The food was absolutely delicious and plenty of it. I had halloumi fries with mine which were gorgeous. Had a 40% off voucher which made it even sweeter. Will definitely be going back again.

This is a clean, spacious and lovely Beefeater. The waitresses, Sam and Evonne were very helpful, happy and a credit to this Beefeater. The food was tasty and cooked well... Lovely pub grub 😋. Food Came out hot rather than warm which is also a bonus. It's our first visit here and we will be back. We'd also got a 40% off on main meals, this was well worth using.... Thanks ladies for making this visit a pleasant experience.

Angie was very friendly and welcoming on arrival, she is very knowledgeable on all aspects of breakfast and offered assistance when needed. Angie was very happy and smiley throughout our visit and constantly made sure that the buffet breakfast was stocked up without hesitation. The breakfast was beautiful and definitely what we needed to start the day. Thank you all for making breakfast enjoyable we will be back again very soon.

Had another great Saturday night at the Moseley Park, Alan and his staff were superb very chatty and professional. The food as always was superb, well cooked with plenty of choice. I have to mention the hard working ladies who tirelessly serve all night and a big thank you to Leanne, Sarah, Sophie, Natalie and Georgia plus Carrina, Morgan and Ben behind the bar.

Excellent breakfast and a takeaway lunch very good customer service by all staff, a special mention for Emma Kristo who handled all of us breakfast customers with gentle humour and kindness. We will happily return to both the Premier Inn and the Beefeater next door.

As a group if 8 staying 2 nights and having breakfast here we were looked after really well on our second morning. Some of us coming down last minute for breakfast were still given that service and not feel like they were a burden on the staff. A big thank you to Emma Kristo for looking after us.
