The Mirror Bar in City of London, Westminster

Came here with a friend for drinks - male bartender was extremely helpful and kind. They do a range of cocktails and spirits, and also do classic cocktails if you ask. The bar itself is quite cozy and not too loud, atmosphere is very calm and classy, as the Landmark is.

Great atmosphere. The cocktails were excellent (originality, execution, presentation). Our waiter Christian was extremely helpful and friendly.

Really cool and interesting bar. I do feel as though it is a one time thing but we had so much fun taking photos in there. We were the only ones there when we visited on Sunday

I visited the Mirror bar November 2023 and sent a complaint directly to the hotel with no response. Based on my experience of the service I would not recommend anyone visit nor will I visit again myself. I went for an evening drink with a friend. I ordered a non-alcoholic cocktail. After drinking it, I felt dizzy and realised it must have in fact been alcoholic. I raised this with a waitress who twice told me that it was my fault since I had ordered the alcoholic drink which had a similar name to the non-alcoholic version. I explained that I had even pointed at the drink in the menu to make sure the right one was ordered. The waiter from whom I had ordered then apologised and said I would not be charged for the drink. A second waiter then gave us an incorrect bill, charging me for the non-alcoholic cocktail and saying that I had ordered the wrong one. I then had to explain a third time that it was a member of staff that had taken the wrong order, and not my error. When he brought the correct bill, he said ‘’at least it was only a lifestyle choice, it’s not like you’re pregnant’’. My friend and I considered this comment deeply inappropriate, and the fact I was eventually not charged for any drink is absolutely no excuse for this behaviour. I do not expect to have to justify my reasons for not drinking, nor be told that those reasons are any lesser than another’s. I would expect a major change in staff attitude and behaviour towards their customers before considering returning to this hotel.

We love staying at this hotel and one of the reasons is they have this lovely bar inside. Great service and delicious drinks. Great spot to grab a drink before or after dinner. Definitely recommend if you are in the area :)

Highly attentive and friendly service and decent cocktails. However, I unfortunately found that the atmosphere was rather lacking - overly bright and a rather old crowd. Considering London has perhaps the greatest collection of cocktail bars in the world, there is a plurality of bars I would therefore recommend over Mirror.

Went there after dinner for a drink. They offer many choices and even non-alcoholic drinks. The atmosphere was calming and comfy. The drinks were amazing too!

Aaron, Jay, and Sini were fantastic!! Aarons drinks were amazing!!! Jay and Sini did an awesome job getting drinks out quickly and being super fun to talk to all of them deserve more money for the awesome service!!

Terrible service from this bar. I have been to this hotel a few times for corporate events & galas. We had come in here after dinner and the bar staff made us feel like we weren’t welcomed. There was two of us sitted, he told us to move without any apologies because he probably thought we didn’t look rich enough. We had to walk out in search of a better place to spend our evening. Shame on you.

Been here once and it was brilliant. But the one think I would like to shout out is their martini. Now I have had nartinis in the best bars in the world. This one was head and neck above anything else I have tried.

I've never felt so comfortable in a posh place like this before. We've had a really nice couple of signature drinks and after that a really nice local beers. That was a fun and fantastic time. That's for sure. I would love to suggest this place.

We went as a group of 5 for a drink after dinner and we were treated with disdain. Staff were looking down at us, downplaying us. It was like they wouldn’t want our money. Specially Eden and the host. Would never come back

Over rated!!! Went for ONE drink with friends. Asked for a Negroni, sickly sweet... for £21 (including service charge) have had alot better for less than half that price. Remember the more you spend doesn't always mean quality!

This bar provides much to reflect on, the service is exceptional, cocktails exquisite and sumptuous decor very fitting to the accompanying company.

The policy: Please note that The Mirror Bar operates on a walk-in policy basis, however seating is subject to availability at time of arrival. The reality: When you walk-in, you might be asked whether you're a hotel guest or not. Even though there was plenty of space. I wasn't offered a seat as we were no hotel guests. It might help to add this info to your website/policy. Bit sad.

Amazing cocktails! Sure, you'll pay around £20 per drink, but the atmosphere, the cocktails and everything is pure amazing!

The cocktails were good but a bit pricey. The environment is nice but the service so so. Los tragos estuvieron bien pero un poco caros. El ambiente es muy lindo pero el servicio maso.

Five stars for the bar staff, they were excellent, knowledgeable and friendly. Also made superb drinks. Our experience however was tainted by a particular manager. She would not allow us to sit in our preferred seats as they were for 4 people and not 2 despite it not being busy and us offering to move if it did become busy, but fair anough so we stood at the bar and enjoyed our drinks. Not 5 minutes later she offers the same seats we wanted to a couple right in front of us. Also strangely and unnecessarily rude tone. Zero stars for her. I have grown up in the hotel industry and never experienced that level of petty passive aggressive rudeness. Would come back, I just hope with a better manager.

If upmarket, chic cocktail bars are your thing then this place has to be added to your list. The cocktails are expertly made and the staff are keen to give you a five star experience.

Went here last week and was surprised how good it was - great cocktails and staff helpful. Will be coming back

Used to love it, but has seemed to have gone down hill for the last few months. Staff turnover is high and often they don't listen/understand well. Also very pricey! Lastly, why get rid of the Dictador 12 (my favourite tipple)? Last time, they just gave me the 20y.o. without telling me (more expensive and not as nice IMO)!

A pocket bar, but just about perfect. Lovely, relaxed ambiance, and a cocktail list that, while not flashy, takes in the classics along with some more innovative drinks. To judge from our visit, a great deal of attention is paid to presentation and service. We were made to feel welcome, although it was quite empty when we visited. Not the cheapest of places, but not bad value.

One of the best bars that I’ve ever been. Fantastic cocktail experience. Kamil and Jacek were very friendly and attentive. I’ll be back for sure!
