Drink was okay, but bar closed without last orders

Friendly Polite staff I got the roast chicken and my partner the roast Beef we was not impressed I could not eat my chicken as it had a funny smell to it. And one slice my partner got of Beef. Had better else where.

Staff here really nice and the pub and outside area is lovely. The food though was really disappointing. My roast dinner (£16.95) had awful congealed gravy, tough dried roast potatoes & 2 burnt carrot sticks. My husbands & friends pie was dry and came again with the same awful gravy. I know it was the end of the serving day but should have still been fresher tasting.

Lovely meal with nice bottle of chilled white wine. Very hot day so we sat under a large umbrella.

We were casually walking around Wetherby and decided to pop in here for something to eat. It wasn't particularly busy and we certainly enjoyed our meals and drinks. Meals were reasonably priced for 4 people and the staff were very friendly. Happy to go back again.

Great little pub, with a big plus that they have a ramp to get in the place for wheelchairs. Decent food and drinks, and I love the atmosphere and just the relaxed feel of the whole place.

The food was not good £16 for a pie would say more like a Greene king £10 pie will not be eating their again

First time having a Sunday dinner for two course meal for £18.00 great value for money, lovely atmosphere, relaxing and cozy near the open fireplace. Greeted by lovely staff that make us both welcome every time. I can say it's our new local

Reserved a table of 8 mid Saturday afternoon. Describes itself as a gastropub. Menu was limited and the most basic pub food. No specials board. Food was as boring as the menu. Long way from being a gastro pub. Despite booking we were put on a collection of 2 person round tables. Burgers and steak dry, soup tasteless

Didn't stop long full of dogs some sat on chairs another wandering around on its own, that why Wetherspoon's rejected no dogs allowed.

Visited Sunday evening at 9:20pm only to be told they had called last orders. Went back Tuesday night, closed. Joke. Then they will be shocked when they go out of business.

Popped in for a quick bite. We had burgers. Beef patties were quite tough & chips/fries nothing exciting either. Very ordinary grub. Lovely courtyard for a sunny day and drinking though.

Good food, nice staff, entertaining quiz host on Wednesday quiz night (sorry Rich, I don't use TripAdvisor!) Lovely old building too! The "visiting" beers are always an interesting variety & my husband enjoys trying them.

Had a litebite,I was ok,I would recommend this place.

I rang to book table and asked about gluten free options. I was told there would be fresh gluten bread baked on the Saturday I wanted to booked for. I rang 2 days before to clarify and again was told there would be GF bread. We arrived to be told there was NO GF bread available. Very disappointed as very limited choice for my daughter to eat other options. Come on The Mews this is not good customer service especially with other venues catering for people with gluten intolerance.

Pie month 3rd march to 31st free Timothy Taylor pint with any pie ,we had braised brisket full of meat and slow cooked belly pork, excellent will come again, great music and atmosphere

Very welcoming and cozy pub with a light up stove and good food at reasonable prices! Good range ah Ales and lagers and for the lovers, German weizen bier. Nice discovery! Outside sitting on summer time!!!

We won’t be going to this pub ever again, staff are miserable and rude, the place isn’t clean. The pub has no atmosphere whatsoever and it doesn’t even rate 1 out of 5. Goodbye the mews and I’ll be telling all my friends around wetherby to avoid them

We had sunday roast and the veg was good but the chicken was a fillet which was disappointing wont return

It was really lovely seeing a pub bustling with allsorts of groups getting together. It is how a pub should be cozy, friendly and welcoming. The service was amazing and the food delicious. This pub is a real gem.

Great log fire on a wet and cold day. Really nice atmosphere, nice people to talk too.

Went to the quiz night for the first time which is held on a Wednesday evening, great atmosphere, great food and brilliant staff. The quiz is fantastic, and had such a laugh. A very warm and inviting bar with a great atmosphere

Top place to eat in Wetherby now. The nachos were fresh & crisp with generous amounts of cheese, guacamole,salsa & sour cream. Fresh soup of the day was butternut squash & lentil. Amazing! Had beer battered fish & chips with garden peas, home made tarter sauce & curry sauce. Absolutely Superb presentation on everything, chips were home cut with skin on,lovely sized portions. Other meal was game sausages & mash with fresh veg, there was nothing ordinary about the presentation and quality of this ordinary sounding dish. 👌 For a pleasant change everything was perfect. Even 1 pot of tea each for two whereas other places give 1 pot between 2 & have to ask for hot water. Well done all at the Mews. We'll look to booking Christmas Dinner next year with you if this is your standards. Keep up the good work & very Merry 🎄 Christmas to you all 🤗

A great lunch. Children's food was well made and generously portioned - clearly not just an afterthought. Traditional pub food and some very exciting sounding extras.

Lovely establishment, and the roast was excellent, if a tad salty. Great selection of beer, nice location.

Just decided to not cook so out we went and what a pleasant surprise, we didn't have anything extravagant but they dealt with us professionally and friendly and the food just tasted great, they even sorted out the allogen problem we have. All in all a very pleasant experience. We will be going back.

Good selection of beer in a nice location. It may have changed but when we went out it was table service only, which is ok if you have enough staff, the Mews didn't so we ended up flagging staff down and then waiting 10 minutes for the drinks to arrive

Friendly staff. Quiet pub ncie open fires food was not good unseasoned and poorly exicuted. But good if you wanted a few beers and some nibbles.

Beautiful small pub in Bawtry in a side street off the town centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was very good and tasty. Staff were always at hand to help or advise. Would go again.

Good that there are some vegan options on the menu.The vegan toastie was nice but a little pricey for what it was. Whilst table service is the norm it would be useful to have a drinks menu available as I wasn't sure what options there were. Loads of outdoor seating great on a sunny day but be aware that there is no shade.

Sat here waiting to be served.waitress seemed to take a disliking to us and left us alone. Had to ask to get a drink and her face would have turned milk sour. Hope rest of staff are not like her.

Pretty nice place, I got a Sunday roast. Presentation was great. Portion.coukd have been better balanced and bigger but not bad. However loses a star for the quality of the meat. Wasn't good quality tender beef sadly.

Lovely pub with some nice Ales. Lots of outdoor space too. Service is very slow but I'm guessing they are still adjusting to table service. We had food. I had the chilli nachos which were lovely but my partners chicken burger was a bit of a let down. Was meant to be southern fried but it just looked grilled with 1 piece of lettuce in a bun. Not sure it was worth the price. But staff are always pleasant and it hasnt put us off going back to give it a 2nd chance.

Has to be the best beer, both in terms of selection and quality, in Wetherby during 2019. Hopefully 2020 will be the same. Staff are helpful, friendly & easy to converse with. Keep it up ! Keith

Keep the dogs to one area not all over the pub to people with allergies like me it is off putting
