Incredibly rude staff! The most unwelcoming shop I’ve ever been in. Dark haired woman was absolutely abhorrent!

I call here regular while i am out servicing/repairing Dyson vacuum cleaners in the area. I usually get a meal deal with sandwich and coffee, i always enjoy the food. Would recommend . Thanks www.csdysonservicing.co.uk

Cooplands warm sausage rolls on a frosty day, what's better?

I have never ever experienced such utter hate speech in my life. I am autistic and today I was charged two different times. The staff member dealing with my problem had no awareness of autism, I was shouting please listen I’m autistic and I’m going to have a meltdown. She humiliated me, she involved another customer. When I begged for it to end and be able to leave that is when she stopped and didn’t fix it. I begged multiple times for her to listen to the words I was saying as I was struggling to speak. She insulted me, aggressively, she challenged me, and laughed in my face. This caused a meltdown in which I hit myself so hard on the head with my phone that I now have a genuine head injury that is very painful and swollen. I am utterly disgusted at the treatment. I was treated like a common thug. The training of the staff here is unacceptable. There was no basic level of customer care in this moment let alone autism training. I will never step foot in this shop every again, and if you or your children are autistic I would advise to steer clear as you won’t be accepted.

Wife wanted a latte but I saw that a bacon buttie too made a good value deal. So early lunch was taken as the large bacon buttie and latte was £3.00 a piece.

This shop is a disgrace to the cooplands name going in on a Sunday nore stock employees attitude complained 5 times and still nothing as been done

The best cooplands I've been to! Crazy nice food... and the woman who works there.. lol.. Proper funny... gotta be in the running for Leeds best sales woman ha.. My fire time at this one... but my girlfriend always goes and she swears by it! Deffo going back again

The best yum yums I've ever had I have never tasted. I was very delighted to sit here and the first thing I did was pop a U-turn and jump straight in to buy the Yum Yums. The pasties are OK and have a unique pastry texture but not my cup of tea. The fresh cream doughnuts are also to live tor. Lovely service at this place as always and staff are friendly.

My favourite Cooplands in Leeds. What better place to get a handmade sandwich from Meena and the team before heading out for a stroll in Adel Woods. Always friendly, always top quality affordable food. 5 out of 5

Lovely breakfast sandwiches as always 😋

Staff friendly sometimes, depends who is working. I usually pick up a lunch sandwich on the way to work 8am Fridays, most of the time they use up stale buns on the likes of myself, so rock up at lunch and the bun falls apart like pre frozen or days old. Last time I bought a cheese/bacon breakfast wrap the bacon was uncooked as well. Won't be going back now, too many chances as a one off.

They need to get there meal deals sorted its a bit confusing
