We ate in clean eating area set out ok self service knives and forks order over counter pleasant staff not long to wait for food but counter was quiet so not sure when busy food displayed on plate I had large haddock chips and peas and a bread bun cooked to my liking not a morsel was left coffee ok but could have been stronger my companion also cleaned up all in all a successful not to costly tea we will return

Was the best place ever but lately it’s very hit and miss . Over cooked and burnt chip .. but I do keep going as sometimes it’s nice and the fish is spot on

Excellent fish and chips and the pies are amazing. There is a great choice on the menu and the service is really good. On a recent trip my husband and kids were sat outside waiting and the man serving put a couple of chips on a plastic fork and took them outside for my kids, it was a nice touch and it's the little things that count. I highly recommend them and great value for money.

Not visited since the beginning of the year and it has to be said that it has altered! For the BETTER.... Has to be about the best Fish and Chips anywhere in this area!

Best Fish and chips in the area. Wouldn't go anywhere else. In fact I travel 5miles to enjoy freshly fried fresh fish. Considerably less greasy than usual so no unpleasant after effects. Lovely staff too.

Paid over £5 for a small sausage, pie and a really tiny portion of chips. Expensive in my opinion. Chips were undercooked and oh so very few, normally the complaint is that portions are too big at most take away outlets! Still the pie was decent, sausage a little on the rare side for me too! Have been there before and it's been much better. perhaps, they simply had an off day? There's keen competition too a few yards away so I'll go there next time.

Well cooked food and good value for money. Small seating area but clean and comfy. Parking is limited. Polite friendly staff always service with a smile.

I waited half an hour for a chip butties, chips and scraps and a fishcake and chips! They weren't good today! Last week they were nice though. Stranger the
