Love this place, have recently moved back to the area, so glad we have! This is a typical good old fashioned pub, no food served on site but they have various food trucks on their car park several times a week which you are welcome to enjoy inside, locals are all very friendly and say hello 😊 the pub is also dog friendly, my cockapoo goes in the door even if we’re just passing on a walk! All in all a great place!

What a great atmosphere this village pub has, great friendly service, both staff and customers are super friendly and has good weekend entertainment. Really impressed the first time I went there this weekend.

My first visit, I have recently moved to the area, looking for a local friendly place to find new friends. Did I pick the wrong night??? Atmosphere terrible, people just looked, I spoke and was ignored!!!! I tried to order a drink, it was busy, the barman, a short bloke who was sporting a big bushy beard, was rude, when I was pondering on what to order, then ignored me and started to serve another person who was obviously a regular as they were on first name terms. I had previously seen videos of the groups and singers, but you couldn't swing a cat in this place, yet fill it with a group and still have space for customers. My first impressions - don't bother with this place, I walked around the area and found The Squirrels, 100% better, friendly and served me straight away, they were helpful and gave advice.

It's a one of rare pub's which have tables to sit outside in sunny days. Inside is a bit crowded ,very good service though. I didn't get any food there.

Always a good pint and our go to typical 'local' pub. Last visited to watch the Grand National - great atmosphere. Large beer garden, so plenty of outside space.

Situated in Duston in East Northampton the Melbourne Arms is a quaint and cosy pub serving your normal favourite beers and spirits as well as snacks. With a car park and huge beer garden you won't be disappointed. Also on a Sunday Rory hosts karaoke from 7-11PM Definitely worth a visit

Discovered this wee gem on a random walk around Duston on Saturday . What a cracking place! Dianna was working when we were there & she was an absolute star! She looked after us like we were regulars & made is feel so welcome . She is a credit to the management & i hope she gets some well deserved recognition. This place ticks all the boxes - i would highly recommend to others if you're in the area. 10/10 ...

More often then not theres not enough bar staff and they need to clean out the Guinness line more regularly But it's not too bad a pub I suppose.

It's a pub and if you are worried how a WiFi code is written your some sad c**t. It's not a Wetherspoons and the brewery set the prices.

Crazy £3.90 pint kronenbourg Stupid management who write the wifi code with a gap between two words when they know there is no gap ! Tossers And wifi didn't work anyway Fireplace bricked up Avoid this place if u

A great pub. Just had refit. Does get very busy ! Oh and of course, great Wi-Fi and Epos system :)
