Costa Coffee in Northampton

Service abit slow and there's one lady that seems to not be happy when serving customers so customer service needs improving

Very rude staff, 0 customer service, kicking out their own customers

Stop there for a coffee and a sandwich at 16:36. Costa Staff main concern was we closing in 20 mins. Sat down . Been we close in 3 minutes. Not the best customer service when the only focus is when they close. Sandwich wasn't great either . Next time take my business elsewhere

delivery time changed atleast 5 times and after nearly an hour it finally arrived. I got cut by the tinfoil thing that they had put over the cup and I ordered a frappe woth coffee but it taste like pure coffee, not how they usually taste from Costa. very disappointed and won't be ordering again

Bro I paid £8 for a coffee and half of it is in the cup. It looks disgusting.

Waited nearly 45 mins for a coffee and a toastie no straw to drink my drink with, toastie barley warm shouldn’t be on delivery service if can’t keep the standard

Very rude staff. Went today and one of the staff members said “give it me then” and snatched the sandwiches out of our hands and then when going to pick our food up another staff member snatched the chocolate orange my boyfriend was giving to me which she proceeded to pass to me.

I feel comfortable in this place, even though it is in a shopping center where there is a lot of noise, this is my space and no one disturbs me. I can enjoy my favorite coffee and cake.

Literally sucks. Staff are literally the rudest people in the world and didn't let us sit down even tho no one else was there just because we weren't buying anything. Bit stupid.

Extremely rude staff. We were visiting Northampton Mall with friends of ours and their 8m old baby Decided to buy a slice of pizza and buy some hot drinks from Costa as always we left the wife's and child on one of the tables and went to the counter to order the hot drinks. Suddenly I saw a guy from the staff shouting to my wife and her friend that they are not allowed to consume own food on their tables (just wondering here are we allowed to feed the baby while drinking coffee on their tables as the baby food is not from them too) I called the guy to the counter and asked him politely are we allowed to buy a coffee and use their tables and he said yes but you are not allowed to eat while on the table as the food is not from us??? So nothing to say more here, next time will be Starbucks but never Costa again!

Unprofessional! For some strange reason when I ordered my drink the women at the till was laughing to the other women about making my drink. The women making the drink said ‘no do I have to, I rather die’ It was awkward and made me feel uncomfortable.

A good place to have a coffee and watch the world go by. They will also re-fill your water bottle.

Good place to Grab a quick coffee and a bite whilst shopping in the grosvenor shopping center just sit and people watch the the open Costa ,food a little expensive for what it is .

horrible service. no communication between staff. asked for an iced latte, and been given a hot coffee. when he remade it, just poured the coffee in ice. end up not having the coffee at all.

Quick service, decent cappuccino and light and airy lemon muffin. My daughter had toastie which she enjoyed. Toilets nearby which is handy as Costa is in open plan part of shopping centre.

It's alright, calm atmosphere and the large drinks are really large, tables and chairs not very clean on arrival could of done with a clean. Prices are okay for what you get. Quick service

This outlet has bad service. The staff is not at all cooperative. A simple request to warm a sandwich was not fulfilled citing lame excuses. The outlet location is good, however the staff bad attitude makes it unbearable.

Very unprofessional from the manager who was having an argument with other staff members in front of customers.Shame she also didn't listen and got our order wrong.

Coffee was great BUT the female manager was very rude and off putting. Young lady started to serve us when the manager butted in. We had to repeat everything and were shouted at for not having the right money, they had no change. Paid £15.50 with a £20 and 50p to try and help, still not good enough. Young lad making coffee constantly working was then shouted at to go and get change despite serving customers. Poor chap working his socks off spoken to like dirt. Makes a bloody good coffee and even sorted out our incorrect order that the manager had ballsed up!!was then given £200 in cash to go get change, all in front of customers and the general public. Coffee and cake made up for the lack of manners and customer services.

Very bad services I would give them no stars if I could, I asked for a medium and they give me a small and there was no reciept given. We asked for chocolate croissant and they replied rudely that costa never makes those, we then ordered a banana bread wish was stale and clearly left over from yesterday, and l was enquiring about something the server made fun of my accent in a Racist way that made me feel uncomfortable and l will never return here or recommend this place to anyone

There's so many years I using costa but this branch staff is so rude I asked to lady politely can you plz pass me the coffy another side as my own n my lots of stuff was on chair n I was scare but lady responded very rudely , I'll make sure me n my family never visit in here again ....thank you to look after your clients

I reached coffee shop at 8.55 AM staff was out smoking. So I sat on a chair waiting for them. They came back at 8.59 AM and asked me to leave because they are not open. The exact words were "We are close, get your stuff."

Staff seemed a bit grumpy, the drinks were fantastic, the location is convenient and nice. They just need to be on top of clearing their tables.

Lovely toasted sandwich, it was 3 cheese and chutney, very tasty

I offered to clean the table which has visible spills from previous users but told I wasnt allowed to use the spray so they sent a reluctant staff member who did it. Seems like Costa staff would stull rather be on furlough.

Coffee was ok had better the girl that was serving emptied the bin but didnt wash her hands then touched the plastic lids I did tell the other girl she was sorry the girl in question walked off till we sat down the thing is does she wash her hands after the toilet?

Wye Vale .Harlestone. disappointed can't hold receipt to be added on later as the machine wasn't working for our points. Not a lot for Dairy Free , barista looked as if he would be happier enywere else but there .

One person takes your order and another serves your drink. First always asks if I want cream on my mocha, and always fails to tell person making the drink. If you request optional extras like that, repeat order to server or you don't get them.

Staff unprofessional. Chatting amongst themselves at the same time as serving me. The same thing happened at my last visit in another town. Only visited twice, won't be going back again.
