Best pizza I've had in a fair while. So good I had 2 in 3 nights 🤣. Stonebaked, proper.

they didn't even bother to deliver my food ! waited till 4 am and nothing ! they closed restaurant marked as delivered.. not the first time either late or they don't deliver your food!

Order never arrived and they didn't pick up phone calls neither. Didn't get a money back neither.... Avoid at all cost

Ordered a few times, always good with their range of gluten free and vegan options, pizzas are always cooked well, a lot of places serve stone baked pizzas burnt. Good time with delivery too, shout out to Anan the driver 👍🏽

Best pizza I’ve had in Northampton by far. So fresh and ordered delivery too. Delivery driver was great too made sure I had everything there before he left! Definitely recommend.

Had to change my original 5 star review. I have ordered from here since it opened and its usually good, nice light pizza with fresh ingredients, however the latest orde was horrible, it was an oil slick. Oil seeping through the box. The topping had slid off the pizza and it looked like the box box had been dropped. The sides were just a greasy mess. The pizza crust had oil dripping from it. Binned most of it. The next day I had stomach issues all day. Never ordering from here again.

2 Burnt pizza , 1 quorter missing litteraly cut off the bunerd bit and they sent it out like that …. Never seen something like this , please leave the pizza making for the italians !!!

We’ve only had delivery but each time it’s been quick and the pizza is fantastic. We’ve been looking for our next favourite pizza place since our last unfortunately closed down and I think we’ve found it.

The staff are very rude and not helpful. Specially guy name ‘Pratap’ he is so unprofessional and rude cant describe.

The food was late due to a mix up between me and the driver and they sent a new driver out within half an hour with a brand new pizza, brand new chciken, AND gave me the old “cold” pizza that was still alright. What amazing service and and very grateful this is my go to pizza shop 💪🏼

I cannot recommend this place highly enough, wood fired pizza was very nice and excellent value for money. I tried the burner pizza which was nice and spicey which I really enjoyed, but I would definitely like to try the other options in the future. Highly recommended 👍

All the food was burnt, the pizza, garlic bread and wings. All tasted bitter. Wings were slimy? And they forgot the milkshake, came and dropped it off half an hour later when we were already put by the food and no longer wanted anything else from this shop. Waste of money and would not recommend!!

Very close to being inedible. Never had worse pizza in my life, and I am the least picky person I know. Don’t get me wrong, it still got demolished in 5 minutes because I’m hungover, but I can feel my arteries getting clogged already. The amount of grease is unbelievable. I ordered 1 Roma, 1 buffalo. Got two pepperoni jalapeño pizzas. 👌

I will never buy dominoes, papa johns, pizza hut, pizza express or from any other pizza places. Fireaway pizza is top tier, their pizzas taste flipping amazing and fresh. I guarantee you can’t go wrong, give them a try and you’ll never go back to anyone else! I promise! 10/10!

Ordered a pizza for 1pm as its my lunch time phone before to ask will it come on time advised it would. I phoned at 1pm to check delivery status was advised he is making it now. I explained only have 30 mins lunch break. I was then lied to told driver had left another 20 mins no sign. I on the notes and phone told them tell the driver to call before he leaves as its business. The driver called and no idea where he was 20 mins later he arrives cold pizza sent back. The level of service is shocking now have to go back to desk with no lunch. If you could can not stick to time inform me. disgraceful service shock please do not use for delivery. Getting my money back is not the issue you have no clue about your service. DO NOT ORDER FOR DELIVERY EVER

This is my go to pizza takeaway the thin crust and the build your own pizza is a fantastic option. I also recommend a side of wings they are delicious especially the garlic and parmesan

I come here with my friends often because the food isn’t too expensive and you get a lot. It also tastes amazing and the customer service is good, I really recommend it!

The pizza was good but unfortunately burnt in some places. Chicken wings had good flavour but the skin wasn't crispy at all, it. Was actually quite wet and gooey. Overall a 6/10. But I assume they're busy at this time

bbq chicken side was good. pizza was poor. couldn't pick up one slice without all the topping sliding off and ending up as a splatter mess in the box. was left with some baked bread and a slop ball to eat. wouldn't order from here again.

Incredibly poor attention to detail. I know the Fireaway brand extremely well and happen to be close friends with the owners of other franchised Fireaway restaurants, including the owner of Fireaway Wellingborough. So I have a good understanding of Fireaway's brand standards of pizza quality, ingredient levels, freshness and temperatures. Having eaten at six Fireaways across the UK, I will never order from my own local restaurant again, four visits later. I always like to order Hot Honey as an extra topping but there wasn't enough applied to my previous three visits (versus the amount other restaurants add), so I made a point of calling them to pre advise. The lady I spoke with assured me that she had added "more" hot honey (ie the usual amount added at other Fireaways) and I could barely taste it, yet again, when the pizza arrived. The pizza was also lukewarm in temperature and soggy, no crisp. This goes against Fireaway's brand standards by far When I called the restaurant, the lack of service recovery was appalling. No ownership at all and she actually shouted at ME for complaining, threatening to report me to the manager for causing trouble. In short, Fireaway Northampton completely let down all other hardworking Fireaway franchisees across the UK who do the right thing with product consistency. I encourage all other pizza lovers in Northampton to pay the extra delivery fee and order from Wellingborough or Milton Keynes instead. This is a poor example of. "Fireaway" and the master franchisee in Milton Keynes should have a serious word with the "management" of this branch.

Ordered 2x bbq boss pizzas. Taste was lovely, could definitely taste the fresh basil, but the pizza doughs were not stretched properly, they were way too thin in the middle. Middle could of been cooked for like an extra minute or 2 but the outside was already burning, so you can't enjoy the crust. You can't pick up a slice of pizza and dip it in sauce as its too thin, all the toppings just fall off. Had to eat in the car as no tables free and just didn't enjoy having toppings fall everywhere, very messy. Needed a knife and fork. Good value but I won't be eating there again

I recently visited Fireway Pizza at Northampton and had an absolutely delightful experience. Lester, the staff member who received us, was incredibly kind and polite. He took the time to explain the various pizza options on the menu. The star of the show, however, was Chef Rachel. The pizzas she served were delicious. Rachel worked efficiently to ensure our pizzas were not only yummy but also delivered promptly to our table. The overall ambiance of Fireway was inviting, and the staff's friendliness added to the positive atmosphere.

I did not have to wait as long as i thought i would have to for the milkshakes so im quite happy

£100 order, gave us 6 portions of wings instead strips. Were meant to be garlic Parmesan but was spicy honey when arriving. We called up to ask for a replacement or refund but both the delivery driver and store manger on the phone were very rude and unhelpful. Have made me not want to order from ever again

A lot of the reviews are obviously fake! There is no way anyone would give this place 5 stars very slow delivery. Shouldn't take 2.5 hours Bottom of all the pizzas are covered in burnt filth from the bottom of their pizza oven which is filthy . They need to clean their pizza oven Potatoe wedges burnt outside raw inside Worst pizza I've ever ate

New place in town to enjoy Pizza, Crust was yummy (thin) Vegan Options available here. Cheese Garlic bread was also yummy( we can top it with green chilli)
