Starbucks Coffee in Northampton

Just a quick break- had a coconut cappuccino and a pain au chocolat A word to the wise - when using your own cup always make sure you rinse it out and dry it before leaving otherwise you end up making a mess of your tote bag,bed sheet and worst of all mattress 😀

When the drinks arrived they were spilt everywhere, ordered 3 drinks and only 1 of them was full the rest were tipped over in the bag

Hi. I find here an amazing place with beautiful design. Unfortunately I was so sad to find it out my favourite coffee was delivered into poor coffee. I ordered a strawberry &cream Frappuccino Blended, the price was around £7, in photos this was amazing. What I had received was disappointing coffee and very bad experience. I never recommend it this place. Be aware of what you ordered and what you will receive! I had received totally different coffee with different colours. Actually this was received half coffee and price was paid for full coffee. Definitely never returned there.

I been there few times. Beautiful place with nice design. Last time I ordered strawberry &cream Frappuccino, I was shocked and disgusted about my received order . Unfortunately i didn’t recommend this place. I don’t wish to mentioned my coffee costs me around £7.50 and i received only half cup. Attention everyone and be careful what are you ordering there. Of course, my coffee is not looking like photo, i don’t understand why she is rushing and give to me this bad coffee. I believe this was unlucky day.

Always stop there for a coffee. Better than Costa, personal preference. Lovely staff.

They don't take cash so I walked out. I pay for most stuff by card/contactless but its nice to have a choice....

Stale croissant. Sour cream/ milk in my latte. Fast service because it’s almost empty. Till girl friendly. Girl making my coffee very sour, she obviously hates her job and doesn’t like the customers. Due to quality of the food, I wouldn’t recommend.

The service is always fast, staff are friendly and very accommodating. Singh is always going out of his way to go above and beyond to make my experience in store that much better. Top staff, the only store I will visit!

Toilets are disgusting it never gets cleaned, also, they shut 5ish never 6 and not just on a Sunday.

Everyone is so friendly make me feel welcome everyday. I’ve been going nearly everyday for 3 years and I cannot say a bad word about anymore or anything!

Past 3 years I’ve had the same drink. It just takes one member to see me walk in and they will know my order haha, don’t know if that’s a good or bad thing. However never received bad service. 10/10 always. Staff are all amazing and cater to all your needs!

Over priced. A cup of coffee is not worth £5. Just go to bewitched in the Grosvenor centre instead. The teenage staff also have an attitude problem and need to learn manners when speaking to a customer. Don't just expect the customer to know what to do after they order, tell them that their coffee will be with them shortly and to please stand over here. Starbucks is very much an apple phone user's place and not recommended for those who know the real value of things.

Good drinks but asked for a glass of water and the worker said yes but was on his phone for a few seconds before actually serving me.

Toilets are below acceptable and they are not inspected by tyje staff.

I will only comment only on the Too Good Too Go bag (from the app) I got. -It was really good value for £2.99 -Donuts and other food in quick time was really helpful thank you .

Just don't buy the coolers. 3/4 filled with ice, very little drink

the delivery rider refused to bring it to my day even after I told him I was unwell and offered him a safe place to put him push bike other then that the rest of the order was good

Apparently they are now cashless here, shame as its usually my go too for coffee when in Northampton. Unfortunately as someone who mainly carries cash it won't be anymore. Can't fault the staff at all though, very friendly.

Lovely coffee and friendly staff. Interior could do with a bit of attention but that’s not helped by the building work outside casting a shadow and noise.

Love this Starbucks.... As they make the best matcha green tea latte. Went to London and they not only got my order wrong but it was lumpy.... Definitely prefer my home Starbucks

Currently, the outdoor seating area is facing building works, so there's not much to look at! The coffee was good, the service was quick, and the servers were friendly. I queued for only a minute to get a coffee.

Nice Starbucks next to Northampton market can get busy but usually you can find a seat has two story's so you can sit up stairs

Always come here to do my uni work, the staff are always always kind, super quick service and they never get orders wrong and all the staff are so well trained at making drinks! I always find the staff very informative as to what dairy free alternatives there are, which is very helpful and kind. They also keep the cafe so clean

today at 3/11/2022 at afternoon 3.30pm. have one staff members so impolit. it a lady at till .i have come alot time Never ever asking for money just having the hot water by sitting in. i was asking the water, the lady just turn around and tell me not in nicely way. she was saying "i need to Charge you money about the hot water even you have the water by tap" i have never ever see any place have charge tap water in uk. (by siting in) it so disappointed, have come here a lot of time, this time is most disappointed. i hope they can find another staff more nicely to customer. hope can get your reply back later many thank

Good Starbucks though it is a bit gloomy inside compared to other Starbucks.

Lovely java chip chocolate frappuccino and banana bread for myself. My daughter tried the seasonal sour apple frappuccino which was an acquired taste so unfortunately she left it. Shame new flavours can't be sampled.

Its a starbucks so expect a Starbucks

Could do with having more visible menu and extensive one.

I when to this place to refill my water bottle but I thought there would be a jug of water to help your self or tap to help your self. Nope. I had to ask member of staff to do it for myself. Why is it only country which doesn’t let customers to fill up your water bottles.

If you like pricy coffee and a chat. It's the place.

Ok coffee but found the place very dark inside

I love Starbucks and was excited to go in to get a coffee with my cousin whom I was visiting. Just as they were about to close I had to pee and a very rude Indian/pakistani waiter refused me entrance to the toilet cause according to him it was closing time. Imagine a pregnant customer whose bladder probably worked double time because of your delicious decaf latte refused use of the restroom. This was the Starbucks in city centre Northampton. I believe this was an isolated case as other branches of Starbucks I've been to were waaaaaay better.

Wide spread variety and coffee was nice. Staff are amicable and location is awesome. A very nice place if you want to enjoy coffee along with work. You have charging station and wifi as well

Great place to meet for a coffee, great drinks and very friendly staff. Tables were a little sticky and had not been cleaned in a while. It was a busy Saturday so to be expected.

Good place for coffee. Can sit in a quiet place and have a read and a coffee. Very enjoyable

You can enjoy your favourite coffee with the wide range of varieties served. Snacks and croissants are really great and delicious too. They attendants are very polite and friendly. It's a very nice and cozy area and you can also sit out to have a view of the market.

Decent enough experience... Not really much different from other Starbucks. However, I did like the idea that you have an upstairs lounge for work or bug seats.

Got a latte with coconut milk for the first time here. Now I get a latte with coconut milk everytime because they do it well. It tastes good and it's not too sweet or too bitter; it's just right. The 4 stars is just for the interior and location but 5 stars for service and drinks👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾

Lovely coffee shop , spacious and clean

Popped in for a much needed cup of tea, they don't judge you (openly anyway) for asking for tea from a shop famous for coffee. I was served swiftly and was given my milk in a separate container as I don't have a lot of milk and they didn't want to mess it up, couldn't ask for better service really, all of the staff were friendly and the place was clean.

Best coffee, the place from inside apart from toilets looks nice, outside it could use a bit more care.

Coffee and treats were great but after using the drive through for a number of months now please can Starbucks clean the outside of the drive through area? It's dirty, stale drinks spilt down the walls and ground and discarded sugars etc and looks awful when collecting goods.
