Dog friendly pub, it would have been better with real ale though. A few locals in at the bar. Food freshly prepared and a good choice. Wheelchair accessible and plenty of parking.

Absolutely amazing find! Stumbled upon this fantastic bar on a recent stay in Doncaster. Wanted a quick drink before going to the Dome. Looked small cosy and inviting, certainly was! Step through the middle doors to the most amazing quirky space, which leads through to another cosy space. So great, we returned later! Enjoyed sitting there drinking beers in a really chilled atmosphere.

Quirky little pub we found on a pub crawl, friendly staff and friendly customers. Had a great experience. No loud music during the day, you can hear yourself speak unlike the places near by.

Could do with more Bar staff on special nights out especially on public holidays 🤔

Traditional market place pub. Not fancy or upmarket but has a lot of character. Market place setting with some outdoor tables. Timothy Taylors is not bad but I do miss the Tetleys

The food is really nice! But, the portions are tiny in comparison to other Caribbean takeaways and much more expensive.

Does not taste like oxtail at all main flavours I could taste is lemon and coconut

Great pub we discovered recently thanks to friends. Don't know how we missed it before even though we lived in Doncaster for more than 15 years now.

Loved this pub had an amazing atmosphere and loved the rugby!

Sandwich on "hard dough" turned out to be uninteresting white bread. The filling was similarly unexciting; the tastiest part was the garnish. The saltfish fritters tasted mainly of fried breadcrumbs and chilli, with a faint fishy hint. My pint of cask ale was over the hill and turning sour.

I asked if they did Sunday dinner and was told there amazing and (to die ) we ordered beef dinners. To die for maybe very small portions and not worth the money paid and the waiting time for what we had nearly An Hour . warning stay away from the food the salt is far too much especially if your a diabetic like me . Gave me bad cramp. There are alot of better places around much cheaper and better tasting. The dinner came with all the meal stood on top of each other not very well presented

Sorry but this place is really disappointing we were walk ins for Sunday lunch asked a member of staff if they did Sunday to av a reply “yes, it’s amazing” so we ordered beef Sunday lunch for two people and two lemonade, one with blackcurrant. We waited 50 minutes and expected an amazing large Sunday lunch for the time it took to be prepared but when it arrived it was disappointing the Yorkshire pudding was Obvs shop bought the lunch was nothing out of the ordinary for the price cost £32.50 shocking really we won’t be returning at all - we sat outside in the courtyard which could have been made more cleaner tables wiped down and swept floors instead it stunk of a blocked up drain which I only spotted as we had finished eating, I ate it all because I was hungry

We were walk-ins for a Sunday lunch, upon entering we asked a member of staff if they served Sunday lunch who replied “yes, they’re amazing” we ordered braised beef Sunday lunch with two soft drinks (lemonade) .. it eventually arrived after (asking two members of staff) 50 minutes later .. it wasn’t the best of Sunday lunches I’ve tasted, it was very salty overall and the Yorkshire pudding was ok but Obvs shop bought it wasn’t satisfying at all, it wasn’t enough to fill us and very expensive for what it was - my friend joked is that the starter we won’t come again we gave the waitress our honest opinion but fell on deaf ears

Nice place. There's a terrace out front and seats out back. A better beer choice than expected.

A good traditional pub on the market with Cask Marque. Madge chose an Ilkley Blond. ( not on top form..probably near barrel bottom..always a curse of real ale) Lovely interior. Front bar busy with England v Columbia ladies QF ( England just won). Back room showing boring boring Arsenal empty. Nice room..rear beer courtyard...see The Rum Rooms...a West Indian bar...shared space / business. Food menu looks fab-u-lous.

This place is a peaceful place when it's not too packed. The pricing of the beverages is pretty low. The staff are friendly and fast working. The spacing is good as well. Good pub to go out to have a couple of drinks with your mates. The building it's self got a nice old-fashioned style, with it being in the town centre marketplace. Overall, its a brilliant place for a day off working.

A lovely what I would term a "typical Yorkshire" pub. Welcomed by bar staff and locals alike,myself and my best buddy had an enjoyable drink in the outside area opposite the market. A regular venue for us on our visits to Doncaster.

A great pub, I loved the entertainment but the beer is expensive. The landlord is a merry fellow and blames the Council. Definately worth a visit but take out a loan as the beer is expensive.

Tuesday night is bike night. A good mixture of machine's.

We popped in for lunch on the off chance as the Wool Market was closed and wow, so glad we did. We had a sharer for two, the meaty one with a couple of drinks and the food and flavours were absolutely outstanding, really looking forward to visiting the No7 restaurant, if you like tasty food, this is the place.

Always liked this place and its tardis-like deception from the front but it's even better nowadays with a nice covered area at the back and the beer selection has something for everyone and everything for someone.

Always a quality pint and the back courtyard is beautiful and quirky. I had a burger that was impressively tasty too.

Decor is different than the usual pubs/restaurants but gives you sense of relaxation and the food is devine! Desert was beautifully presented!

Well.... We've been here a few times for food, but first time we've sat and had a drink all night. Owen behind the bar is wise beyond his years, and one hell of a host. Music has been fantastic all night and both the guys behind the bar Owen and Jayden have been very attentive and friendly. Can't wait to return. Would highly recommend.

I absolutely love this place. There's something for everyone from sitting outside at the front enjoying the sunshine, sitting in the front bar and leading all the way through to the Rum Rooms. Most of all the staff are amazing. So friendy and courteous. I was made to feel very welcome over a period of four days spent in Doncaster recently. In particular a big shout out to a fascinating young man and perfect bar person Owen Taylor. Cheers Owen, a job well done 😊

This is a lovely pub and one that visitors to the town should call in for a pint. The front bar is a classic, great when the sport is on and the locals are lovely. It has been extensively developed at the rear and in the summer time its a lovely place to listen to some great music, especially after a day at the races. My only gripe is that sometimes the bar staff are not that great at pulling a pint preferring to fill the glass up rather than leave a nice head on the ale...

Individually... I just love this place... try it experience the relaxing while lively atmosphere.....for me... Excellent 😘

Called into this little gem of a place for a Sunday Dinner,.. Have to say that it was the best meal out we've had,.. Everything from the starter's to the desserts were excellent. Great food, great presentation, great staff,.. Couldn't recommend this place highly enough 👌..
