The worst ever ever ever, I had been in this hotel 2 yrs ago and if I had the chance to write my evaluation million times I won’t change it about this awful hotel ( even some photos they are posting belong to the the other hotel across the road . Not recommended at all at allll )

Lovely staff and hotel, room leaves a little to be desired, quality of the finish isn't amazing but the room is clean and tidy and has lots of built in amenities

This hotel was very disappointed, the room is very small compared to the price. Especially me and my husband, 2 people had breakfast but it was billed for 3 people, started the amount for 3 people in my account despite my complaint. I sent an email about the refund but no response.

The check-in was flawless, and the customer service throughout my stay was very good. The hotel is situated in an older building, but my room was recently renovated and modern. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the shower was hot and refreshing. The air-conditioning was powerful and kept me cool. Complimentary bottled water and fresh fruit in the room were a welcome addition. The hotel is steps away from the Marble Arch, but my room on the 4th floor was quiet. I would definitely stay here again. The full English Breakfast was in a self-serve buffet format, and was quite tasty. Yet, there was no fried egg option, nor was there blood sausage. Getting a refill on my first cup of coffee was impossible because the one server was overwhelmed with the five tables he was managing. Fortunately, Starbucks is just around the corner, so I got another cup of coffee there. On a positive note, the breakfast area was clean, and fresh fruits, yoghurts, pastries, jams, and butter were all available.

My review will sound like a repeat of other things you have read. I don’t know how on earth they achieved a 5 star rating. I used Priceline and did a secret hotel and that’s how I got here. This is a 3 star at best, accommodations seem to be in the basement. I did not experience a bad smell like other reviews have said. However absolutely EVERYTHING you touch is cheap (from the teaspoons, the chairs in the dining room, scratchy sheets(the first night, softer the second night), mdf wardrobe), all the small luxuries that are typical and expected for 5 stars are completely amiss. The room (912) is very small for 2 people, you’re crawling over each other to get around. The bed was comfortable- just know that you can hear your neighbors but ours were quiet- so we slept good. I did discover that the room next door was significantly larger, so normal sized rooms do exist. Excellent location (really sublime), easy access to the tube and walkable to shopping. You would likely have more space at a travel lodge, and more luxury and comfort at a Hilton Garden Inn. The staff were very kind though, and I’m sure if they could upgrade things they would. I would have been happier spending more and having a true 5 star experience.

This hotel is in a very poor state of repair, the rooms are in urgent need of a makeover. In Room 202 the noise of the plumbing is appalling. They moved us, apparently an upgrade to Room 305. The tiles in the bathroom are loose and broken, the glass in the door is broken. The general decoration is Way past it.

Lovely shop with lots of seating. Staff are attentive, efficient and helpful. Great place to avoid Victoria station crowds. Also a good place to work remotely.

Flavour looks great! It has always caught my eye everyday from the station and you can see that the team has worked hard on the designs - the cafe/salon looks great! Regarding the food, we were served stale pastries, they definitely were not fresh. Our hot drinks were served in paper cups, as well as everyone else's, where was the china?! So of course, we got served ok coffee in paper cups, hard and stale pastries and which was served in a paper bag with wooden knife and fork which of course couldn't cut through the food! All for the lovely price of £10! My advice, fresh cakes and pastries, or just dont serve them. They really did let down the brand you are trying to build. Please please please, provide crockery and cutlery!! It's crazy eating out of a bag with a paper cup, honestly!

Legacy set menu is a great choice if you want to try typical Argentinian dishes. They have also great choice of Argentinian wines. We will be back again.
