Great service waiting staff were on point Only downside is since the change in menu £15 for a chicken salad and more for a flat bread Prices will likely be the downturn in trade as with soft drinks it’s between £20-£25 pp

Harvester had a menu change on Tuesday so some items may have gone.. they no longer have a separate lunch menu and they don't serve corn on the cob anymore; but now a lovely corn bread instead, and you still have the salad bar, which you can return to as many times as you like! Parking by the restaurant is free, just enter your reg on a screen upon entering. Great food, I had ribs, my husband 'wing, turf and surf', my sister had scampi (decent amount of scampis) and my Dad haddock. 2 puddings, 4 drinks, 2 were alcohol and Bill was just over £100. We left, very full and very pleased. Friendly staff, will definitely visit again.

One very unhappy waitress as we arrived, clearly didn't want more customers. Waitress at table trying to sell so many extras it feels uneasy. Also clearing tables as we were still eating, one person even had to move their food so she could take cutlery away whilst she was still eating.

Really enjoyed our visit here as part of a catch up with friends. Plenty of parking but remember to input your vehicle details at reception to avoid a parking fine. We booked and were seated fairly quickly. Great choice on the menu and a lovely full salad cart too. My original combo was awesome. Really tasty and well cooked. Perfect. Really recommended

Absolutely disgusting service. It was quiet during the afternoon and we got served chips that had clearly been left there for hours and the same for everything else eaten. We won’t be going back. An I don’t suggest eating there to anyone. Especially knowing it was a quiet day and that’s the service.

Just had a wonderful meal in The Mansion House Harvester despite it being super busy, the food was delicious, salad bar was fresh and the waitress Izzy was very professional even under pressure. Great service. So many people are quick to complain about bad service, I think more people should do the opposite and send possitive experiences.

We had lunch here on a Monday back in April last year. We went for the £15 lunch deals (gammon and scampi) plus a kids pizza followed by sticky toffee pudding, a waffle sundae and a kid's build your own cookie. Mains were good and the puddings were fine, but simple. Service was friendly and quick to start with, but it slowed down as the place got busier, so ordering desserts took a long time and paying was even slower. Then we had a problem with the bill. A free beer voucher took off a Pepsi instead, preventing the Flavour Fan Club from working and it messed up the lunch deal, so only one worked. After lots of faff with the terminal, they had to refund it and start again and we got the £10 overcharge taken off. Everyone should check their bill carefully if using any vouchers, because you can't trust their computer system!

Our Food was outstanding. Our waitress Catherine was absolutely fabulous. Thank you for a lovely meal and wonderful service.

A great lunch with perfect service - Kathryn is fantastic and made our 3 year old feel so welcome. The food was cooked really well and reasonably priced considering the large portion sizes.

From the get go the communication was fast and easy between me and the restaurant organising a meal for work with no idea the amount of people coming. Alex our waiter was so patient with us, all 10 of us were lost half the time, forgetting to order starters or two people talking at once, and he was completely patient and gave amazing service with a smile. The customer service was amazing and the food was faultless. None of the dishes had any issues and we will totally be coming back again. Lastly, there was no demand for our table after we payed and we somehow continued to chat until close, they never made us feel like we had to leave: very welcoming. Thanks so much!

Service was really good and quick. Ordered quickly and then food came out promptly. It was very fresh and tasted really nice. Our server was really friendly and accomodating (Kathryn). Overall a good experience and we will come again.

My cousin and I came for a catch up over lunch. The food was as expected as we have eaten here many times. I was less than impressed by the server Kath, at first serving us she was fine, however when we paid our bill she gave us the code to scan to write her a review. Kath was very pushy in the way she did this, telling us we had to scan it then as she only had one code. I was just about to write the review when she came and asked if we had done it yet!!! In my opinion this is poor customer service and not the way to get people to leave you a good review, so I won't!!! Maybe a more training is needed????

We was served by Kathryn today who looked after us well and was very kind. The breakfast was yummy and filling.

Coffee was very nice but the service was dire. Waitress for starters had a miserable attitude right from the moment I walked in. Coffee was served in a cup without a saucer, so nowhere to put my teaspoon. I was served hot milk in a bottle that had no handle, consequently I was barely able to hold it long enough to pour it into my cup. The worst part was between starting to make my coffee and serving it to me the waitress went and served a dog a treat and failed to wash her hands after it had its mouth in her hands. Furthermore… she couldn’t stop looking at her phone throughout the whole encounter. If this waitress wants to be an asset to Harvester the best thing she could do is go and work elsewhere.

The lady serving was so friendly and helpful. Her name was Kathryn and she couldn’t do enough for us. The steak was amazing - in fact all of the food was well cooked and tasty!!

Beware of this scam restaurant if you go to eat here you will get a parking fine , their registration screen was not working and not staff to help. Got a £100 fine.

I think this has to be the worst harvester ever. The entrance was dirty as were the toilets. The floors were uneven and covered in food. The salad bar was empty . The food was very poor standard not what you expect from a harvester....
