The Mallard Suite in Hillingdon

Was at a mates wedding recently location and venue are great for a wedding What let it down was the food. Maybe wanna up there catering drinks are pricey for the area as well

I organised our christmas party here last Friday, there was 68 of us from our company and it was fantastic from start to finish, Nick was great when booking and all allergies and food choices were not a problem. The food was absolutely beautiful, not one complaint. The waitresses were all amazing and friendly. Singers were great too. The drinks were good prices too. Thanks Nick to you and your team. x

Hidden Gem. We had our wedding ceremony and reception here in September 2023 and it was everything we wanted including amazing weather. Nick and his staff are amazing, on the day everything was perfect, and we had a fantastic day. We didn’t have to worry about anything throughout the day it was just done. The food was lovely with enough selection for different dietary needs, all our guests are still commenting on what a lovely wedding it was. The venue feels as if you’re in the countryside without really leaving London. We were also able to add some of our own details and Nick helped source some little extras. I cannot say anything negative, and I have already recommended Q-Vardis to others. Thank you, Nick and the Q-Vardis Team. Its 5 stars from us and all our guests.

We held my daughter's wedding reception at Q Vardis on 3rd August 2018. The arrangements worked efficiently and the venue is lovely. The food was exceptionally good - all serve hot even on the last tables.

Booked our works do here in September for 8th December 2017. I knew Nick from 2005 when we booked the venue for our wedding and back then we had an amazing day. Nick is great with dealing with your night & will give you the deadline for the payment for your night. Please don't go there with a full stomach. Food is lovely & plentiful,Your be stuffed . Service was excellent even Nick runs around like a headless chicken. Service was on the ball for all 3 courses. Drinks ( if you needed ) were on the table in a flash. Entertainment was good ( Blues Brothers tribute act ) Had everyone jigging around. Disco afterwards. Highly recommended. Well done Team Q Vardi. We went to the Raddision bath road 2015/2016 more expensive & both times came home and had to eat cheese on toast as the food there was as I call it " Al-la-starve " Good night , Great value. My husband and I got married at this venue (Mallard Suite aka Q Vardis) about 2 weeks ago. We picked this place for many reasons, some of the being: Nick and his blatant experience in the wedding business, the gorgeous lakes nearby, the set up of the building - both the chic decor, and the modern practicality of the layout i.e. one room is licensed for the civil ceremony ceremony, one for the meal, one for drinks & dancing. Nick sorted out the catering (including wedding cake), the DJ, was happy to take on as much of the decorating as we wanted as part of our agreed package, and even set us up with an amazing photographer. We were very impressed with how seamlessly the day was. The staff were very helpful & efficient; the venue was beautifully decorated, and frankly I think we got a very good deal financially - even more so when you consider we didn't have to coordinate the professionals. They knew the venue and business well, which gave us less to worry about. I would recommend this venue to everyone!

What a beautiful place to get married. My daughter was married here 2nd June. The room is lovely. The guest were all comfortable. The ceremony was great. The decoration was great. All of the work done by Nick and his team. Very friendly very professional. Nick is a great wedding planner leave it in his hands and your wedding will be wonderful. Not only in the Mallard Suite. Your ceremony along with your reception will be wonderful and unforgettable. Nick is unflappable he is brilliant your day will go without a hitch. My daughter and son in law had a wonderful day all down to Nick and his hardworking team. Nick was there with them every step of the way. I really recommend getting married there. The now married couple were so happy with their day, they were smiling all day. Not a hitch either during the ceremony or reception.

I wanted to write a review about the Mallard suit and Qvardias. I can never put into words just how fantastic Nick and all his staff were. Nick offers many packages to cover everything! He organised our stainonery, photographer ( Paul- absolutely amazing), Dj, flowers, fantastic meals,cake and lots more.Our day was so amazing, many family members commented on the best meal they have ever had at a wedding and the organisation of the staff. The location is beautiful and all Of your day takes place there. Nick is very down to earth and couldn't do enough to help us- thank you Sausage! So if you are considering getting married here- go for it, you won't experience a better day, ours was just magical.

I held my wedding at the Mallard Suite in October 2015. The venue was fantastically decorated and Nicks staff were attentive and amazing. The food was first class and the entertainment was exceptional. A great place to hold any function, and couldn't of asked for a better wedding coordinator then Nick. With so many last minute changes, Nick was brilliant throughout. A first class venue.

A friend of mine got married here recently and not only was the venue amazing; the staff were so friendly, the entertainment first class and the day perfect. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Lovely wedding venue, mallard suite was decorated perfectly and fitted everyone in which was 70 day guests, such a nice place to hold your ceremony, recommended.

We had our wedding here on 1st May. The venue was lovely with beautiful gardens and nearby Little Britain Lake. The whole experience from getting married here to having our wedding reception in QVardis was just perfect.

Super day had by all, beautiful venue, amazing staff, wonderful food. We were away from home with two small children and the staff were very accommodating. Highly recommend.

This is by far the best place ever as a wedding venue. The meal was perfect. The surroundings and decor made the day very special. High chairs available for tots. Big portions of food which everyone thoroughly enjoyed. Nick and his staff worked extremely hard for us to give us the perfect wedding with our very large family and friends.
