orderd a pizza at 7:44 it is now 8:48 it has been an hour n fourty mins we just rang and they said it was on it way that was 10 mins ago

Ordered food missed all the order off no garlic chips, no cheesey chips missing 2 cans of pop and dips garlic mushrooms tasted off disappointed as I always order from main place never agin gone down hill shocking waited 55mins

Always order the nims special from here always tastes good, staff always polite.

Ordered a Nims Special and received cold hard donner meat, scarty bits of cold chicken no more than three forks full. Hard pitta bread and a few like warm chips . Absolutely awful I will never return and I will make sure I tell everyone of my awful experience.

Awful. a Nims Special wasn't even special I had cold hard donner meat, cold bits of chicken and I mean bits not even a drum stick full of chicken. The salad didn't taste fresh and rock hard pitta breads. I will never return plus I will make sure I leave a review on Trip advisor.

Ordered flamethrower 18 inch first time ordered will not be ordering again nothing hot about it hardly any topping apart from seemed like frozen diced chicken the base see S to been pre cooked either that day or other I've worked in takeaways and run my own feel that it could be looked into on there hygiene hair in pitza

I ordered meal deal 3, throughout the delivery there was food missing and was cold. I rang back to ask about the missing food and then they delivered the doner meat later. Then later the cheeseburger very disappointing.........

This take away used to be one of the best in Shildon for pizza and kebab, I think like many businesses once they get popular they lose their way and forget what made them good. Tried for a telephone order for collection recently and on arriving home the order was incorrect, they apologised but I still had to get in the car and go back for the correct order. Tried agan yesterday but called in person. I tried to order but the guy on the counter (not Nimm, he is a top guy) ignored me and served someone else who pushed past to pick a telephone order up, unbelievably this happened twice before Nimm intervened and the surly guy took my order, this is crappy service by people who don't really care about their customers. I will not use this place again which is a shame as Nimm built up a really good business up and now the staff don't care at all as long as they make money.

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered a kebab and it was delivered within 10 minutes uncooked. Had to cook the dogmeat myself in the oven before I could eat it. Salad looked like Freddy Krueger sliced it and served his victims blood as the chilli sauce. Stay away if you have tastebuds

Pizzas and parmo's are always perfect.

A decent sit in fish and chip diner/fish restaurant. Wonderful fresh fish. Also serves terrific Whitby scampi too. Family friendly.

Use this take away on often, excellent value for money and tasty too. Nim is fantastic! An extra large Nim's special can feed up to 5 people - its huge!!!!

We often get a takeaway from here if we fancy chicken parma. It's always really nice and I like the new decor. Staff are always friendly and polite. Would recommend

Used many times and food is always good. Chicken kebab the best around. Sometimes can take a while for delivery but worth a try. If you want delivery on a Saturday night order it early! Parmos are nice to.
