Just passing through Chester le Street and tried Figaro's on the recommendation of a friend. Delicious pizza served by friendly and welcoming staff. Will definitely return next time I'm in the area.

Just driving through and stopped for a pizza. Very friendly staff and delicious food. Would definitely recommend and will call again.

Literally the worst Chicken kebab and mixed kebab we have ever eaten. Literally 5 bits of chicken in a pitta for £8 and the donner meat tasted weird, chips were sad. Will not be going back.

Kebab meat tastless, garlic sauce tasteless, chips rubbery, pizza was so firm and stodgie, never again no thanks.

Mouldy looking pizzas bases when I rang I was told "it's from the trays" so ether the bases are mouldy are the trays are filthy

Banging takeaway pizzas are normally good but tonight’s was beautiful. Dunno if they’ve changed the recipe or the chef but 10/10 margarita

Absolutely beautiful. Best pizza we've had in a long time. Kebab meat was the perfect thickness, and chips crispy. Definitely be back

Pizza's are crap. Parmo's are bits of chicken out together which in my eyes is is not a parmo. My partner loves the Chicken kebabs but not once have they ever got our order correct. Only reason we go back is for his kebab but rang tonight to again explain the order is wrong and all I was told was sorry we are closed now. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!! It's not that hard to get a chicken tikka kebab with extra pitta bread wrong but yet they still manage to succeed in getting it wrong 🙈🙈🙈

Worst delivery driver av experienced in my life very lucky he didn't end up in trouble my order still said was waiting confirmation on just eat next thing I know I hear someone opening my home door were my kids are asleep shouting food while me y food was chucked on floor very lucky he realised who was for his sake worst av ever experienced shame cause food was really nice

Need a massive shout out for the guys down at Pizza Figaro.. especially Kia, and I know I haven't spelt his name right and I apologise.. This guy prepares a pizza like he is painting a picture, and the quality is second to none.. well done guys ...keep it up👍👍

Kebab prices deceiving on Uber Eats, only shows prices for small kebabs, you have to pay extra for normal size

Ordered online ,waited 1 1/2 hours rang they said out for delivery.never turned up with no refund!!! Avoid

Twisted crust is unreal!! Delivered to our door within half an hour and even brought a card reader. Outstanding pizzas.

Food didn’t even show up. Waited up an extra 2 hours, tried to call the shop loads of times and got no answer. Won’t be ordering from here again. Will be calling for a full refund. **edit** Changed from 1 star to 3 as I received a full refund for the food.

Chips swimming in fat and pizza what we order was the wrong one never going there again

First time I've ordered from here. Was far from disappointed. Pizza was very very nice and we'll presented. Ordered 2 pizzas and chips. Wasn't a fan of the chips for price you get a fair amount but I just wasnt a big fan but think next time I'll try something else you have on the menu !

We used Uber eats to order this take away. It took 2 hours to come even though they used their own driver and tried to blame it on Uber (they said ‘Uber has nothing to do with us’).The order was wrong and we had missing items which they have not refunded as yet. Both employees put the phone down on us. Now they’re answering the phone but not speaking at all.

Just moved to the area and collected our pizzas and salad... Wow... Excellent in every way and the food tastes fantastic! Very friendly and will return!!

Best pizza in Chester-Le-Street. I was recommended and was not let down. Constructive criticism I’d like it abut more crispy. Person preference. Olives on a pizza and fresh all so fresh.

Excellent customer service from the owner, had a order that was late one evening by couple of hours but the owner was very apologetic and offered us a free next order and to be fair the food is always very good and always hot so no complaints their The delivery driver is a top guy aswell. Would highly recommend this place

We started using Pizza figaro after several very poor experiences at Domino's.The toppings here are far superior and a better choice.Deliveries are much quicker as well. Keep up the great work guys.

Ordered food on the 27th if December but had to run for my bus they remembered me as I walked in today and gave me the food I ordered, staff are so friendly would recommend to anyone

this fast food shop has just been taken over in late July 2017. the new owners are fussy about food quality and cleanliness. I have witnessed the fuss over something i would never consider an issue. if the standard is that high, imagine the quality! the result? the pizza is excellent, the kebab is moist, (a nice change), the chips are cooked to perfection, the lasagne is a dream, and that's all i have managed to eat the first week. can't wait to work my way through the menu, which seems pretty extensive. they even have wraps!
