We went for Sunday lunch. Absolutely gorgeous food but the waitress we had was soooooooo incredibly miserable. Most miserable waitress I’ve ever seen. Good access to restaurant, shared car park near.

Had an unnecessary confrontation with a male member of staff who was extremely rude and intimidating. We were booked for a meal but ended up having one drink due to how intimidated I felt. Contacted the manager via Facebook to make them aware of the situation who then made out I was lying (all the staff stood and watched it) however I think this male member of staff was the manager. Also called me a vile name under his breath as he was walking away and he was heard by others. Never experienced anything like this in a restaurant.

Food here is absolutely unreal. I had the fillet steak with chips and peppercorn sauce. I've never tasted steak like it. It was so soft and cooked to perfection. My wife had cajun chicken and king prawns served with a beautiful sauce. Absolutely unbelievable. The staff are so polite and professional ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended Can't wait to go back 😋

Not the same as it used to be! Portions have decreased. I know things have gone up, but seriously pasta dish for kids is tiny. £5.99 for plain pasta and portion of icecream.

Excellent food ready good value for the money

Attended here on 4th Jan 24 and foundvthe place closed, on linecsitesxstate it should be open, tried ringing but phone rings a few times then is cut off.

We called in recently for the happy hour 2 course deal. The service was really good and the food was tasty, with very good size portions. The only downside was that you can't add a tip if you're paying by card (sorry for leaving only £2, that's all the cash we had! ) I definitely recommend this place.

Very impressed. Excellent food, service (even on a very busy Saturday night), and generally a very nice place for a family meal. I have to admit I was even more impressed by exceptional good value for money when we got our bill at the end of the night. I will definitely make this our number 1 Italian restaurant from now on.

The food was very good and a good price however the staff impact the atmosphere as they were always looking over in our direction and talking very quietly which made us quite uncomfortable. Overall i can’t see myself going back any time soon 👍🏼

Been going to Tinos for a good while now. Cannot fault it. Excellent at excellent prices. If this place was in the middle of Newcastle they could double the prices and there would be queues to get in. Its that good. Definitely give it a try and don't be put off by where it is

A beautiful restaurant inside, most of the staff are friendly. One lady, a manager I think who would benefit from being a little warmer, smiling even, but perhaps this was from being busy, she was efficient and polite. The food was average. Chicken crema was under seasoned and chicken was tough and watery, like it had been boiled? Lack of flavoursome sauce. The same can be said for the stroganoff, a little underwhelming and not creamy. However, my son had pizza and it was beautiful, pasta on other tables looked hot and fresh. Coffee and cake were also fab. I think keep it simple here ...pizza, pasta, antipasta all looked delicious mine just didn't pack flavour and meat was tough to cut and disappointing to eat.

Friday night first time in restaurant I had beef stroganoff, which was terrible. It had obviously been reheated, and no was definitely not beef fillet. My stomach is the worse for wear this morning and needless to say, I won't be dining there again.

If this restaurant was in the middle of a big city, you would not be surprised. It is excellent. It's a gem of a place. Staff provided a chorus of happy birthday, which capped off the evening. Food is fantastic. Seven very happy customers 😀

What a absolute little gem of a restaurant this is. Really can't fault anything from service too food. I've ate in most Italian restaurants around north east and can honestly say this is in my top 2. Prices and portions fantastic. If you've never tried I highly recommend you won't be disappointed!!!

The food takes far too long from ordering to getting. We went at 1.30 and it was after 3pm before I got my main meal. I did not have a starter but the rest of us did. The food is always lovely which is why we always go back. Although the food takes ages to come out the staff are lovely.

Came from northamptonshire to visit family forthe new year,and had a meal at Tino's..very impressed with the food, drinks,service and atmosphere..it was an excellent dining experience...🙂

We had Sunday Lunch. 3 had beef and one had chicken. Beautiful beef melted in my mouth with a good variety of vegetables. I liked the Yorkshire Pudding and very tasty gravy.

We had another great Sunday lunch at Tinos. Beef was very tender and lots of it. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Prices are competitive compare to surrounding places.

Posting for someone else. Booked table for 5 people for happy hour, got there for 6pm, sat and ordered bottle of wine and drinks. Two of the party were running late, stuck in traffic, only 5 mins late and they wouldn't honor happy hour prices. We go most weeks, so very disappointing, especially when we had were already drinking our wine.

Very nice food and worth every bit of money, there was around 16 of us, I feel the staff could of been a bit more talkative as one was ordering drinks taking the order back and a different person was bring them but going to the wrong end of the table and it was getting all confusing between everyone but other than that I would go again, the steak was unreal and cooked to perfection, a big recommendation, unfortunately I didn't take any photos

Should have took picture of my Beef Stroganoff .... Just slopped on plate .... I had chips instead of rice but they could have presented better .... Staff rather miserable too .... Brother In Law asked for some mustard .... The look they give .... As if it was a chore .... Unfortunately not rushing to go back

We regularly visit Tino's because we always know we are getting a gorgeous meal. We have introduced family and friends to the restaurant when they visit and even spent special occasions there, such as our birthdays. Staff are welcoming and friendly and the menu is packed with a variety of dishes at reasonable prices. Best of all they are located on the doorstep.

Terrible service waited 1 hour and 10 minutes for Sunday lunch. No one came over to us to say sorry for the delay until we complained. Other diners that came in after us had been served before us. The manager did eventually talk to us and said he allows 1 hour for service. Normal good restaurants allow 20 minutes at the most. Food was mediocre Sorry your response is unacceptable and insulting to me. I am an amature chef and have been to hundred’s of top class restaurants in the UK , America and throughout Europe. I have actually worked in the kitchen’s of Hazelwood Castle and House of Tides, amongst others , i also owned a cafe in Jarrow,so I speak with some authority. Your time of 1 hour to service is too long, in my opinion. We got more frustrated having seen other customers who came in after us being served before us. Having said all this if you change your ethos of 1 hour to 20 minutes I am sure it will help. I wish you every success with your business it is much needed in this area. Tom Humphreys

Very accommodating to a very fussy eater (myself). Enjoyed the food and the service was excellent. I WILL be visiting again.

Bit of a mixed bag. Ordered takeaway food for a teenagers birthday party. Pasta meals went down well. Pizzas and Garlic bread sadly tough as old boots and lacking in flavour and toppings. Would have been good value but 2 thirds of pizza and garlic bread went in the bin.

Great pizza, lovely restaurant and amazing staff! They always welcoming you with a smile, Sara the owner is very kind and helpful. Definitely recommend this place for a tasty pizza and fabulous dessert! Tiramisu blow my mind, is the best EVER!
