The M Bar & Restaurant in Horsham

I've never been here before, but will definitely come back. The staff were very friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed. Went at lunchtime with friends and was impressed with the choice of meals. The food was of excellent quality and well presented.

Lovely food, cosy atmosphere - always to a high standard but what makes this place great is the service from the M bar team, special mention to our server Kate who was very attentive and cheerful. She even helped me choose from a few favourites on the menu! Will be back this month for my birthday!

Had lunch at M Bar recently, and Eirini's customer service was top-notch! She was super friendly and made me feel welcome right away. Her menu recommendations were great, and she took care of everything I needed without being overbearing. Eirini’s attention to detail and genuine care really stood out. Thanks to her, I'll definitely be coming back. Five stars all the way!

Kate and her crew served us a fantastic dinner! We felt their dedication and hardwork in providing quality customer service. The bar has good selection of foods for an affordable price plus a cozy atmosphere – highly recommended!

Perfect spot for a night out, with trendy music. What really made the experience complete was the service from Kqte that night. The service was perfect from Kate, who was extremely attentive and provided fast service and was also interactive and engaged with not only me but other customers that night.

We have been many times to the M bar and always had an enjoyable time with great food and service. Last week however we were seated in a side room which really lacked atmosphere!. I see others have commented on this below and we concur with their views. The doors were wide open which also made it very cold. A very disappointing experience and not something we will be repeating unless we can be seated elsewhere.

My wife and I went for the second time (first time was during Covid times and really enjoyed it) the food was excellent, arrived quickly and was really well priced. The staff were great, friendly and attentive, we never felt rushed, but neither were we ever left wondering where a waiter might be. The dining area is nice enough though lacking a little ambience. But we would definitely go back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it 🙂

To change your dining customers to a side room/ cupboard is unbelievable. We been loyal customers since the opening days and always happy with the meal and service but on our last occasion we were shown to a side cupboard, cold and sterile. From what we saw they give more priority to people who seat for hours with one drink and the customers who spend a hefty sum on a lunch they are push to the side . If that is how they treat the customers this days well good luck that’s what I can say. We will not be returning . Nobody what to eat in that kind of place doesn’t matter how good the food is. The M Bar Horsham agreed to host the Wake of a dear friend. The effort the staff and management went to to give us freedom to personalise the event was superb. We felt welcomed and comfortable. The food and drinks were excellent. nothing was too much trouble for the wonderful team. Benz, Rachel, Sean and the team ensured we wanted for nothing all day. I couldn't fault any part of their service to us. Thank You from the bottom of my heart.

We spotted this place on a recent shopping trip in Horsham and as fans of a similar Asian fusion restaurant near our place in Spain decided to give it a go. We were seated quickly on a busy Saturday night and greeted by our server for the evening, Alex, who very helpfully talked us through the menu options, suggesting 2 to 3 portions per person. After deliberation, we chose duck gyoza, firecracker chicken, surf & turf sushi, soft-shell crab bao buns, and a spicy Thai carrot and peanut salad (boy was it spicy!). The food was delicious, arriving freshly cooked at the table, and the 5 portions filled us up nicely. Overall, it was great food, good value (£72 with a bottle of wine and service charge), and excellent service, with Alex setting a very high standard in friendly, helpful professionalism. We will definitely be back!

Went for food and drinks. Service was ok, food very average and drinks very bad. I believe weather spoons can do better cocktails… Waste of many and time, not recommended at all. They do not accept cash and they only tell you when you are about to pay but they do tell you they charge 12.5% for table service!

Night was great music was fun but a small, horrid brown haired person working the floor pushed my sister two times extremely roughly - when I told him to be more careful he told me he was “just doing his job”, no apology. So, if you tell your employees to roughly push people out the way and be rude when asked to take more care, then we won’t be returning.

If anyone is eating out in Horsham they MUST go to the mbar , the food is some of the best food I have EVER eaten anywhere i have ever been, we tried most dishes on the menu and every dish was out of this world.I will most definitely be going back and telling everyone about this gem of a restaurant.

I never really write reviews but our experience in M Bar last Saturday night was so poor I just had to record it. We were a party of 4 and we had booked a table for 8:30pm and on the online booking it said we needed to give the table back at 10:30pm. We arrived at 8:33pm just as they were phoning us to ask where we were. We got to the table and were asked to quickly order our food as the kitchen closed at 9:30pm so we ordered our food. The food came quite quickly but we had to send back the baked aubergine as it was ice cold in the middle, they quickly changed it which was fine. At about 20 mins to 10:00pm the waitress came over whist we were still eating our meal and said" I know you haven't finished eating but we need you to pay the bill now" we thought that was rude, but we paid the circa £180 bill. Then at about 10 mins to 10:00pm the waitress said they needed to clear the table now as the room changed into a night club at 10:00pm. We pointed out to her that the booking we had stated we had the table till 10:30pm and we were still eating but she just said sorry and asked if we wanted to see the manager and we said yes. The manager came over and we showed her the booking information and said that we had felt rushed the whole time we were there including being asked to pay the bill whist still eating but she just reiterated the same message and said sorry, but they needed to clear the table for the people coming in. She then waked away and spoke to a colleague clearly about us and they both started laughing, my friend asked her back to the table and asked if she thought it was funny, she said no and then said there was a table at the back of the room if we wanted to finish our drinks, but they needed to clear the table immediately. My score for this place: Venue - Quite nice Service - Very very poor, the staff just don’t care and don’t mind letting you know. Food - Average at best (I haven’t sent a dish back for being ice cold for years) Value - Overpriced for what it is and certainly not good value. Go Back - Never, there are many better options for food in Horsham.

Just discovered this little gem. The chef is obviously passionate about his food. Excellent presentation, great choice especially if you are a mix of Vegan, vegetarian and meat eaters as our family are. We will be back with the family for sure. Food was amazing. Staff very attentive.

FANTASTIC quality, high standard of food and service- staff are friendly and professional, quite impeccable. Natalie and Sean always fabulous as are the door staff who remember you by name, and a special mention for Hayden who was our main server, super friendly and lovely! We were beautifully looked after by the lovely Meya whose customer care, delightful sense of humour and attention to detail were second to none.
