Lovely little shop you have to try it yourself. the food is very good

This place is never open although it says it is and the note on the door says it was meant to open last week. It's been shut for about 4 months

Epic breakfast roll, well cooked and FULL of tasty goodness.

These go above and beyond to provide the best service possible have used for a long time and never once had any issues the couple are amazing and food is always spot on

Lovely little cafe, great home cooked full english for such a good price! Owners are so friendly and welcoming will be coming here regularly for our saturday morning breakie!

I went in to The Lunch Box yesterday for a late breakfast/brunch. The owners were delightful people! Polite, pleasant, and very accommodating. The food was delicious, and all in all, it was fantastic service. Thank you for everything!

Found a piece of hairnet in my baguette ,he came to have a look at it and then took the foreign object away ,previously ordered and received burnt hash browns

Lovely hosts! Very small and clean cafe. Hosts cannot do enough for you. Food is delicious. The home made cakes and snacks are absolutely lovely. Recommended!

I had a really good breakfast here, warm and friendly and great service and a very good price. Would recommend.

I was disappointed by the service and presentation of all aspects of this cafe. Cleanliness was not very good. Sauce lids were caked in dried sauce, spilt coffee on cups when presented and no spoon or saucer. Its ashamed as from the decor here it makes it seem like its going to be homely. I just wanted to walk out.

Wednesday..? thank you. Wednesday morning @10.26am. Radio 2 music being played softley in the background, it's not overpowering, but nice. 4 people in here eating. I had to leave in a hurry, but if the full English breakfast was ❤️ like a couple Months ago...it will be gorgeous. Still the best Family RUN cafe in Kettering. prices still very respectable Compared to other cafes.

Amazing value for money friendly and inviting

Amazing place, friendly owners and a brilliantly well cooked breakfast.

Combine the warm friendly welcome with great service and terrific food and you have the IDEAL café. Everything is home and freshly cooked. The standard of cooking and baking is more of a restaurant than a café. We use The Lunch Box as often as possible (I have a shop nearby) and amongst other things can highly recommend the brie and bacon panini. Tasty and huge!

Ordinarily great service, food is top notch! However ordered from there recently to have a cold breakfast delivered.

Absolutely love this place. I've had breakfast here with my hubby and have been ordering breakfast baguettes for years. Wonderfully fresh and so tasty. Customer service is top notch.

Breakfast is amazing. Even open Christmas morning. The do a variety of foods and snacks to suit everyone. They do home cooked meals which are out of this world. Staff are really friendly and welcoming. Like home from home.

Popped in and had a lovely jacket potato with chilli. It came with salad, beetroot and coleslaw. Presented beautifully! Sausage and bacon roll was great! Service as always came with a genuine smile. Absolutely lovely couple and cafe!

Took my car in for new tyres and had some time to burn! Didn't even know this place was there. As clean as a Whistle inside. Great welcome from a smashing couple, who I assume own it and nothing was too much trouble! Opted for a sausage and bacon bap and a tea. The bap was delicious, so was the tea. Recommend this place. I'm going to try the breakfast next time! Hope this place prospers!

just paid over £2.00 for the smallest roll ever with so little cheese it didn't even cover the bottom of the bread! poor excuse for a roll when all you can taste is bread and onion! if i had known i wouldn't have paid 20p for it!

As a frequent visitor to the lunchbox it produces the best sausage sarnies in town imo ..the staff are extremely friendly and food service quick whether take away or sit in. There is a very varied breakfast and lunch menu and there are small and large fry ups on offer to cater for the size of my hangover! my last visit was for my usual thick crusty bread sausage sarnies, which are always awesome. A visit here is highly recommended.

Caters for mainly breakfast and lunch but offers outstanding value for money food with special deals for OAP's or for people who only require a small breakfast.
