One of the few places in Kettering where you can take a dog. Some choice on the menu for food and drink. Food is good but you make up your mind on the price. 2 beers, 2 meals and a coffee just under £50. Decoration certainly is different to most, new level to shabby chic. Worth a quick visit just to check it out.

Visited first time from recommdation. Food price is high with smaller portions. Also service not so professional.

Enjoyed a lovely lunch with my sister in law, place was busy, staff very friendly and attentive, we had to move tables they found us a nice spot upstairs. Food is lovely, nice to see different dishes on the menu. The venue itself has a unique character lots of things to see and it was warm. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

Let's just give kino lounge some credit where credit is due .. I've been in here twice now and I come in witha. Toddler who's been quite challenging for me lately and has been hard to take anywhere when we come in he goes straight to the toys to play calmly and nicely he's then relaxed and goes in a high chair to eat with zero fuss and sits dancing away to the atmosphere and soft music ... It gives me five minutes to myself to just come up for air and have a breather THANKYOU KINO LOUNGE

Really relaxed casual atmosphere, friendly staff who were happy to help, food and drinks delivered quickly despite being busy. Good value for money, I got 2 drinks and brunch for £16. Great location close to town and nearby parking.

to say this place is a joke is an understatement, everyone got their food and they just didnt bother bringing mine out, keep in mind im starving!!! food is mid aswell, save yourself the trouble and dont bother. toilets lacking toilet paper (theres none) bring your own toilet paper and heinz because this ketchup is watery and see-through. bruh moment

Like every lounge, steaks are great where many steak houses can't be even close.

Loved it, great food and plenty of choice on the vegan menu as well as gluten free options. It was busy but we didn't wait too long and it's easy to order at the bar or via QR code at the table. Shout out to Emily for being so helpful with our booking.

Nice down to earth place that lets dogs in as well. The food menu had gluten free and vegan/ vegetarian as well.

Wine for tapas and it was all very nice. That nice that it was difficult to name a favourite dish. Staff were helpful as I had an issue ordering via the app. A really lovely place to dine in the old cinema. Lots of history and character.

Popped in for a late lunch. You order at the bar and pay as you go. There is a water station where you help yourself to water. Bang bang chicken which comes with noodles. Nice but the breaded chicken was a bit overcooked and the dish a bit dry. Buda bowl was delicious. Lots of seating but also a few reserved tables and the upstairs was reserved for a group booking so perhaps worth booking to avoid disappointment. Will go again when next in the area.

First time in this place and will be going back. Great menu, service and excellent food. Building is the old Corn exchange/Hippodrome cinema. Good to see different age groups all enjoying the place. Friendly staff. Really impressed.

It's always a nice place to visit, no matter the time of day. The food is great and the drinks are lovely. I always go for the Banoffee Biscoff milkshake.

Lush food and don't break the bank. So far I have enjoyed the mac n cheese and the brisket chilli. Breakfast is most enjoyable

Quality and service has gone down recently. Appearance of some staff leaves alot to be desired.

Service was quite rude - both servers seemed to have an issue with me wanting my very bland drink to be moved to take away cup and for it to be sweetened. Also I found the lack of waitress uniform very unprofessional. I don’t appreciate waiters making faces and whispering among themselves after a customer makes a polite request. My cake slice was also very average. Also the waitresses did not know the menu very well when I asked what was halal and implied that we had mixed up the table number when we ordered.

service could have been a LOT better , not very friendly and didn’t know the menu too well. when we asked for changes to a drink the two servers were whispering amongst themselves and making faces. staff aren’t even dressed in proper uniforms. brought our order to the wrong table and said that we put the wrong table number on our online order (we didn’t) drink was okay, cake was quite dry.

Had a great brunch here, food was excellent in taste and presentation. Good wheelchair access. And very tasty vegan options.

Lovely friendly ladies who served us. Great atmosphere and always so nice to go there. Not great is the tuna melt didn't come with the pickled gherkins or rocket as stated on the menu, so it made it an overpriced toastie at £7.50. Carrot cake wasn't available today, which was a shame. Tea is served in a cute miniature tea pot, and the cappuccino was nice.

Ordered a massive takeaway order yesterday for a film crew and everything went so smoothly. The food was excellent, well packaged and labelled. The staff were so helpful getting everything organised. Shout out to Alex for getting everything sorted on the day!!!

We were working on a film shoot in Kettering this week. We went for dinner at Kino on Tuesday evening . The staff were super helpful and confident . The food was great . Kino also did the catering for the next day on location . Again the food was great and the staff went above and beyond and were nice to my team (which makes me happy). They supplied us with a massive takeaway order at the same time as having a full lunch time restaurant . If I am ever in Kettering again I will be eating at Kino.

Staff were very friendly and polite. I ordered the buttermilk chicken and was disappointed by how tough it was to cut. I only ate half of it because it was clearly overlooked. Everyone else i dined with enjoyed their food so it may have just been my dish. The dessert was lovely.

Not really my thing at all. Place looked shabby, food was mediocre and all the staff did was being the food to your table as you have to order (and pay in advance) via an app. I don't intend to go back. Sorry!

Food was tasty and well presented, although a little cold. Music was a little too loud for my taste at first.

We enjoyed our lunch at Kino Lounge. My only slight criticism is that we asked for extra spicy, which amounted to a few extra chopped chillies being thrown on the top. It would’ve been nicer if these had been cooked into the food. Service was very good though and plenty of options on the menu.

Kino Lounge provides a stylish and comfortable ambiance ideal for a night out. The cocktails are creative and excellent, and the service is kind and responsive. The atmosphere is elegant but relaxing, making it ideal for both casual and formal occasions. The only negative is that it can get packed on weekends, therefore reservations are advised. Overall, a terrific spot to relax and have a nice time!

Visited The Kino Lounge for a Sunday brunch with family. I am a very regular visitor to various Lounge restaurants throughout the country. Both of our breakfast were perfectly cooked. The customer service received was excellent. I love the bare industrial look of the interior with the eclectic mix of photos and paintings. The meals are also excellent value for money.

For such a big menu, the food is surprisingly good. The Aubergine flatbread is great!

A beautiful Lounge situated in an old cinema. The staff were diligent regarding food allergies, so I felt comfortable to eat from the Gluten free menu. I had the all-day GF Veggie breakfast minus the mushrooms. The order was brought to the table very quickly and everything was lovely.

Very good breakfast, reasonably priced, imo, I enquired as to what the building had been previously, as it had a ornate feel and architecture, like a church, however I was told it had been a cinema, however, it had an unfinished look with bare, unpainted walls, with patchy missing plaster exposing dusty brickwork. I couldn't work out which if any look they were going for, as apart the decor/lighting looked expensive .

Amazing, very unusual decor which strangely works very well.. I didn't eat here, just had a couple of drinks but I was very impressed.. staff were friendly and attentive.. I sat outside on the front patio as it was a warm night.. would definitely visit again

Great find for brunch in Kettering town centre. Extensive and well priced menu for all. We had the Miami Brunch and Lounge Breakfast and both were excellent. Great portions and fantastic quality of ingredients. We used the QR code service to order and it was very quick and efficient. The staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of space and plenty of tables when it got a little busier. Dog friendly too. Really cool and quirky place for a laid back meal and drinks. Definitely be back to try more.

Jasmine and Emily were the 2 lovely ladies that served me yesterday with my son and best friend! Honestly they are such an asset they were amazing! Services with a smile it lifted my mood alot! Food was amazing!!!! Watermelon ice tea was perfect! Well done to the 2 ladies that served me! You made my day a little less grey! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Great atmosphere and ambience. Toilet facilities are not good for older people. One sit down and 2 stand-ups for men. Woman's upstairs. One baby change down stairs. Not good for size of the place. O stars for toilets. J

What a wonderful place. Bit noisy but in a good way. It's more of a buzz, perhaps. Extensive menu, and great fi building a meal if you like to share your food.

Paid nearly £14 for a ‘Nasi Goreng’ which had about 4 prawns and no chicken. The portion was very small for the price and very oily. I was hungry and had waited so ate it but have to say I was extremely disappointed.

Went to the Kino Lounge because Cafe Bloc was closed. We both ordered a breakfast and before we knew it, it arrived at the table. Started to tuck in and it was luke warm at the best. The only thing that was hot was the sausage. Once they came around to ask us if it was OK (as we couldn't get anyone's attention) I told them it wasn't very warm. She did ask if I wanted it swapping for a new plate but by the time I would have got it back hubby would have finished and I would have been eating on my own. They offered puddings but really didn't fancy eating pudding at 10am. Probably will be the last time we have breakfast there, such a shame

Kino lounge is one of my favourite place for meals and drinks when Im planning to go out with my family or friends. Delicious food and great cocktails. The music and the atmosphere is just amazing.

Can get cheeper elsewhere but this is my favourite treat.

The place is very good for a chat but the drinks are very expensive. I ordered a pineapple and coconut punch that was £6.50. The quantity was regular.

Beautiful building, friendly staff, the menu appears to be varied. Be nice to have some actual drink in your overflowing glass of ice though. Not worth the price.

Kind of found this place by accident on the way to West Lodge Farm with the family. Super friendly staff, a welcoming feel upon entry and the food was amazing! Such a selection available to suit all dietary requirements:) We live 1hour away but will definitely be back. Price was good, portion sizes also very good. Like I said, a MUST visit!

Another one of the Lounges that I have visited. They always have great decor. Ordered mine separately from the web as I am gluten and dairy intolerant. Arrived within 20 mins, all hot and looking great. There seems to be less fries..... ;-). apart from that the food was great!

Without a doubt, the best burger we have ever had and the streaky bacon on top was unbelievable. The taste was gorgeous. Service and atmosphere were excellent, and we can't wait to go back.

I went with a friend as a treat

Asked for a breakfast muffin with a vegetarian sausage instead of a Cumberland sausage they charged me an additional five pound when I asked why they said vegetarian sausage is more expensive that may be but not 5 pound more expensive. Then they served it just warm not hot . The building itself is delightful and the coffee is nice but don’t bother to eat here

Came here for a "date night" with my partner. The atmosphere was lovely and the food was great. We will definitely be coming back for more date nights!! We loved the décor, and it was a very relaxed and friendly environment, although I imagine it can also get lively on the weekends.

I been here several times most of the time the meals are quite good. Had a full breakfast which i also have had before and it was not the best but thought i would try it again hoping it would be better but no not only was it quite small for the price but the quality was poor. The sausages were hard and just tasteless and bland, the mushrooms were dry and tasteless and grey looking no oil or buttered flavour. Fried egg was tiny hardly any yoke and the beans not even 2 spoonfuls the only thing that tasted alright was the hashbrowns. Also their buttered teacakes were very hard like they were stale not like any other tea cakes i have ever had before. I would never have their breakfast again just poor quality food and tasteless.

I visit Kettering fairy regularly and usually fit in a visit to The Kino . The food is delicious , plenty of choice , the general vibe and atmosphere is good. The decor is amazing, really making the most of a spacious historic building . A good drinks menu with interesting choices , both alcoholic and non. Service is occasionally a little haphazard when busy , but always polite and friendly .

Food was really nice staff were very freindly and they don't judge. I have a visible disability but was treated like any other customer. I have been to a couple of places and just get stared at. Will be coming back

Kino Lounge is always a great experience with a warm welcome and dogs are allowed and have a water bowl and biscuit tin to dip into. The food menu is very adventurous and delicious. We can definitely recommend it and our pooch is very comfortable snoozing while we eat and relax. Five stars well deserved.

Very loud especially when the dog barks it's dog friendly which is okay if you like dogs, couldn't fault the food would be happy to go back again in the future
