Lovely venue for a birthday party. Great bar service, good-sized dance floor. Nice and warm inside too.

Very nice friendly place not the easiest accessibility but welcoming

We attended a 50th birthday party in the small function room. Drinks were cheap and the staff very friendly. The only downside was lack of dancefloor as there was a DJ for the evening.

pizza was ordered by the staff in the middle of my mother-in-law's wedding reception. Twice. Delivery driver just walked straight into the wedding reception both times. Then Turned the lights on an Hour earlier then they were ment to (we had the place booked till midnight) demanded the bride and the rest of us who were still there (11.15pm) to hurry up and leave so they could go home early (their words, not mine) refused for nearly half an hour to let the maid of honour (who is blind, and in a wheelchair) to use the inside stairs (it had been raining and the stairs outside were wet). Yes, stairs. We were told this place had a lift. When we arrived, it turned out the lift had been removed and we had not been informed. Even though the staff were aware of the maid of honours medical condition when we booked the place. Apart from a couple of genuinely nice staff members there. The rest of the staff were rude. Disrespectful and acted as if we were a general inconvenience to them. The bride left nearly in tears at 11.30. Wouldn't hire this place again for any function or get together. And would urge any future potential customers to look elsewhere.

Great venue for the 3 bands who were all excellent but more seating and tables wouldn't go a miss, if that is possible

Brilliant night seeing Decades Live UK. The Lounge is a great venue, much needed air con on a very hot night. Bar service really speedy and girls serving very pleasant. All in all a great night. The band were sensational!!

Clean and good function space with plenty of seating, bar was slightly pricey but not too bad, only downside is staff became very rude when it was time to leave and made us feel unwelcome

The venue provided all that we required for our event, the staff I spoke to were friendly and helpful. The only negative was the height of the carpet to the dance floor, you kept on tripping on it. One of my friends went flat on her face due to it. That said, it did us well.

I was at my brother's 50th birthday party and it was quite a good venue. Space for a DJ and his kit and space for the food to be laid out. With a reasonably priced bar. You do need a hundred to make it feel comfortably full.

Top venue. Didn't realise it was here but what a great music venue. The air con was awesome in the blistering heat of summer 2018

Nice small venue for a party. Shame there is hardly any parking and staff are keen to get you out quick after a function.

Brilliant night, brilliant staff,brilliant venue.

Well considering, been done out no baby changing facilities, no access to a kitchen if you hire out either hall. Cannot have access to the hall before 12.00 so if getting married at 2.00/3.00 you are stumped
