Pathetic, waited an hour extra on top of the late time that it said on uber eats. Tried calling them and no one answers. Won't order again there's a reason they've had to change their name because of their poor service.

I waiting nearly3 hours for my food to arrive tonight after ordering online first time ordering from here and it will definitely be the last time I spent 35 pound on food that was cold and absolutely disgusting worst take away I have ever had

Rubbish. Tiniest sandwich I've ever received. Was under grilled sandwich category and wasn't even grilled either. Paid £8 worth about 2

45 minutes late. Cold, missing items in the loaded burger, bun soggy, limp lettuce , Burger dry as sticks, milkshake awful, and spilt in transit. cake dry. Terrible and £25 wasted

Load good? More like the nothing food company 23 quid for 2 drinks a cheesy chip and a waffle chicken burger that was tiny and cold cheese was hard on the cold chips absolute waste of money and time pretty sure the tiny slither of chicken in the burger was processed also! Would never go back.

Absolutely disgraceful sent wrong food all cold and inedible then told I was unlucky as they weren't going to do anything about it I should contact just eat. Has to be worst food and customer service I've ever received

The wrong order arrived, very expensive and poor quality. Very annoyed

Amazing food. Excellent quality burgers. Good portion sizes. Took an hour to get to Blyth but since its coming from Ashington and cooked fresh to order and it was Saturday afternoon it was well worth the wait. DEFINITELY ORDER AGAIN!

Absolutely vile 🤮 Chips were not cooked properly and very soggy, crepe was cold and again not cooked properly. Needs shutting down.

Disgraceful. Never experienced food like it, expensive and the kebab if you could call it that was a child's portion. Cold and tasted disgusting. Would give it a zero star if I could have. Think the food standard agency need to visit this place.

Absolutely disappointed and disgusted right now we have been waiting for our order for 2 hours and 10 mins. I never usually complain, but this place takes the biscuit. Tried to ring multiple times, but thier phone line is constantly engaged.My daughter was looking forward to this, it's the 1st time we have ordered here and now won't ever again!!!!!! And still waiting for the order !!!!

Waited two hours for possibly the worst takeaway I've ever eaten cold soggy garlic mushrooms the chips were literally the most depressing things I've ever witnessed and the chicken wings and kebab or whatever it was meant to be was an absolute disgrace. 20 odd pound for a complete disgrace of a meal seriously I'm tempted to go to trading standards over this disgusting food they've sent me I hope just eat give me a refund. Seriously avoid this place wish I'd seen the reviews before I'd ordered. This is literally the 4th review I've ever made but I felt compelled by how bad this place is. Truly the worst takeaway I've had in nearly 30 years of eating takeaways ate the tortilla chips and binned what was supposedly 20 odd pounds worth of food. Disgrace.

Delivery on time only good thing I had to say about the company.....on opening bags there was j20s cake etc rang them to say I had recieved wrong order to be told well ring me back .....they dropped off an extra bag but my order was still incomplete..but you've got extras ....food chips as my husband described gimping £1bag from a supermarket are nicer and burger got binned...so thank you will definitely never use yous again
