The Little Monk in Leeds

One of our favourite places in horsforth for food and drink has turned out to be the little monk The Farsley fire and smoke promotion is a much better fit with the hearty German and Belgian beers than the Thai food was, in my opinion But even then, the service quality is top tier and the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable about making recommendations for drinks Happily been coming here regularly for food, drinks, and the engaging quiz for a few months now and will continue to do so!

I've been here a few times for drinks with friends, and have enjoyed some live music the odd time. Came here to celebrate my 24th birthday with my family. We ordered two of the Bangkok banquets. The starters were delicious. Mains, particularly the Thai green curry, a bit spicy for us but that's just due to our inexperienced taste buds, it was still delicious. They serve a wide range of beers and ales. We then did the pub quiz after which was great fun even if we did lose by just 3 points. I think the merging of Belgian and Thai cultures really works. Such an interesting place.

Been in a few times but only for a drink. Often quite busy but friendly welcome. Great selection of beers not found in any other bar in the area. Will be back and will certainly try the food.
