Shocking to find out that my girlfriend went to get a few things and they started to laugh at her because she was had to phone and see what I want because she has learning disabilities so she was crying when she came back Always treat people the same

The food was the best Sunday dinner we have ever had , the portion size was really good and the food was delicious and fresh , the price was good value for money, Very clean and amazing customer service will definitely return would highly recommend

12 Tower St, Hartlepool, TS24 7HD, United KingdomWow! First time at this gem of a place in the middle of town. A lovely space, great decor and nice and cosy. The menu is varied and extensive (which can be veganised for lots of dishes) and the food and drinks we tried were delicious. Staff were helpful and friendly and service, spot on. With takeaway available too, we'll definitely be coming back to the Big Bamboo. Supporting local business is so important and this one is highly recommended. We'll definitely be back.
