The little dessert shop in Warrington

lovely waffle, great service only made small mistake but quikly fixed it , lovely food and great service would recommend!

I walked in and they said i was banned . I have never been there before and i just wanted a cookie dough . I am really upset for the customer support and I can never return there again.

Every time we have gone the order has been completely wrong

The best dessert shop in the town. Whenever I crave for dessert I always choose to go Little dessert. Food quality is excellent with perfect ambience. Staff is very friendly and always welcoming. Highly recommend this place.

I had the pleasure of visiting little dessert shop recently, and it was such a treat! The desserts are incredible and beautifully made. The staff was welcoming, and the atmosphere felt cozy and relaxed. I tried the magic stars cookie dough and it was honestly one of the best I've had. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to! Highly recommend!

My favourites to get are the bueno milkshakes and cookie dough. Very nice deserts, would highly recommend.

I got given the wrong order. When I complained the manger hung up the phone before I had the chance to finish what I was saying. Incredibly rude and arrogant.

Absolutely disgusting food safety issue I ordered for me and my husband on Uber I ordered the chocolate crepe and ice cream and my husband ordered milk cake . The food had a horrible smell of cigarettes when it arrived being pregnant this majorly concerned me the crepe itself tasted of tobacco and the cappuccino i ordered was bitter sour and stale . The crepe was hard and stale made me feel sick Absolute 0 avoid at all costs will make myself next time

Food was excellent but over 2 hrs wait when the original time given was 30-55minutes is a joke.

Rating is based on a takeaway. Got the brioche bread smores dessert and the miny pancakes. Brioche bread was stale and the smores were mini marshmallows that were barely heated. Awful and a waste of money. Guy on the phone working there was polite so a star for the service. Otherwise would just be 1 for the food. Never again.

advertising 20-35 mins delivery, but took over an hour and half. personally didn't like the food which is unfortunate as it could have saved stars on quality. one family member liked the milkshake. the other fell asleep before it finally came so won't even get to try it until tomorrow now. I'm put off ordering again.

Could have made the milkshake here at home much better and for much less cost and the cheesecake piece was tiny. Will not be ordering from here again.

Absolutely disgusting. I have been spending money here for over 4 years. Never again. 2 and a half hours to deliver an order. It was that late, we were in bed and got woken up. They blamed just eat for no drivers which I don't beleive at all. Anyway, I wouldn't recommend this place at all and I am now deleting the just eat app completely.

A tacky place that overcharges for synthetic food. I thought it looked like a great treat but was sadly disappointed. I threw more than half of my American sponge cake away, it was not terrible but lacked any flavour and had that fake cleaning sponge consistency that so many modern factory produced cakes too. It was nothing like a real homemade cake with real ingredients so I didn't feel it was worth the calories to eat more. The milkshake was the same but was the only thing I finished so that was fine, again you could make better at home with some real ingredients or similar with Morrisons own brand ice cream, some Nesquik powder, sugar and syrup, it's way overpriced for something that tastes mass-produced. I also had a small ice cream scoop with my cake which I can only ate a spoonful of, maybe I've been spoiled by local Daresbury Dairy who do actually make real ice cream but this from The Little Dessert Shop just tasted of chemicals again to me rather than like real ice cream should. I guess most people are happy with that as it's no worse than the regular ice creams in Morrisons but a lot more expensive. Finally I had a small portion of the ice cream balls, I bit into one and got the same underwhelming experience so spat that out and threw the rest away sadly. I hate to waste food but this didn't really feel like real food to me, despite looking so pretty. I'd bought a flapjack type thing for my husband but he smelled it and didn't fancy it so that went in the bin too. There was nothing actually wrong with it all and everything was presented very nicely but it seems to be a place made for people who like looking at food, taking pictures of it to put on Instagram rather than eating it. Or for kids who don't know better and their parents have never made them a real cake or taken them for real ice cream ( which ironically is cheaper). This is also fine, each to their own just not for me and I won't ever be going back so therefore couldn't recommend it if you like to actually have flavour in your food instead of synthetic substitutes that look like good but are not the real deal.

The prices are not bad, if someone likes sweets, this is the place for them (for me everything tasted similar). Nice decor, nice service and clean place.

our sundae was more like milkshake when tracking out order the driver was all over the place so by the time we received ours the ice cream was more like cream!

Great place with delicious desserts. I live nearby and I'm very glad that this place has been open for a surprisingly long time in Britain. This makes visiting this cafe a lot more often for me. I can confidently say that the coffee in this place is the best in all of Stockton Heath

milk cake came in an open cardboard container. will not ve edible due to unhygenic packaging. Ice ecream pots for waffles plonked on top of milk cake taking the top layer off when removed. very poor standards.

Had food from here before and loved it and I’m a lover of all things sweet and sugary but this time was just too sickly. Not a lot of filling with the cookie dough and too much topping.

food was presented stunning in a really sturdy black box, tasted amazing, especially the chocolate dipping sauces, we get from here loads and it's been really good every single time.

Only had one order , where the doughnuts were fresh . We order then all the time but the quality is not on parr for such a high price . Perfect is only the best ! Old stock is not acceptable. I have even tried to explain to them , and still send out none fresh items … pity they all cart be like my first ever order . Extremely disappointed

I have been in Warrington since 3 years. I have tasted some desserts near Warrington Coty centre. Here it’s my first time tried it and I love the taste of it. I feel like very good desserts served to me. Moreover the staff also welcomed really nice. I would recommend this place to my friends and colleagues. Thank you for your hospitality and service.

Absolutely delicious the best cookie dough I have ever tasted lovely little box and bag delivered in and logo tissue paper in the box is a gorgeous touch felt really posh like a proper treat and reasonably priced because of how delicious it is. Will definitely be ordering again

Excellent crepes, always hot and happy to change any sauce flavours to preference. Good atmosphere with good volume of music. Child friendly atmosphere, very comfortable seating, and hygienic cleaned tables floors. Toitlets are cleaned also disabled access Cheerful and helpful staff happy to accommodate would recommend to any chocoholic

Pancakes were lovely, however I was given white chocolate sauce instead of salted caramel which disappointed me.

Would have taken the dessert back but I had already got home . Poor amount of topping on the waffle. Will not be going back I would rather travel further to get a product I’m happy with .

I recieved a large dunking box and with charges and delivery it totalled £68 but we did not mind this as we have had it before and had no issues, today I recieved the box and it was not upto the standard as previously, stale crepes, burnt chocolate fudge cake and a disgusting white chocolate cake, I rang and complained as I wanted a replacement or refund half I wanted to meet half way and the manager was arrogant, not respecting what I was trying to say, so I asked for him to replace the items and they refused, if I recommend this restaurant properly yes but choose carefully what you order because if there is a fault they do not want to know, and its definitely not worth the price

Delivery was on time but unfortunately they got my order wrong and when i rang for a refund they only refunded me for my hot drink that they got wrong and they didn't refund me for the wrong cake so they have ripped me off as i had to bin the cake.

Lovely little shop. Plenty of seating inside. Parking is difficult as nothing is near (we did park outside just to collect) Pricey as most dessert places are but the quality is good!

I have ordered 2 milkshakes and Waffalo But they send me one milkshake after 50 minutes waiting and The guy who took my order on the phone he said it wasn’t him taking my order im sure it was him I rang them 10:40 and he said it’s cleaning time we close real bad service .

I am a very loyal customer to this company and I order a lot from here. I had asked for the loaded strawberries to be separate from the chocolate sauce (as I really hate cold chocolate sauce). They have done this before for me no problem. They arrived in the same pot so I thought I would rinse the strawberries and just use my own melted chocolate so I didn’t have to bother them. Unfortunately I think because the sauce had been on the strawberries for some time, they were mushy in texture (and white in colour, like they had been there for ages) so I decided to give them a call to explain. I was told that because I had rinsed the strawberries I had caused them to go mushy and white 🤔 they said that they could send a pot of chocolate but not the strawberries but it was the state of the strawberries that I was bothered about. I will absolutely not use this company again. Customer service is terrible. I wish I could post a picture of the strawberries. Absolutely vile 🤢

Ordered the cookie dough and it was undersized, grainy, burnt and suffocated in sauce. The chocolate and strawberries sauce was very sickly and didn’t taste like real chocolate. Kind of disappointed as from the reviews I expected a lot better :/

The lemon dipped cheesecake. Was not edible, we disposed of it. It tasted like it had been left out next to cleaning products or was exposed uncovered for a lenth of time. There was zero lemon taste, more of a nasty chemical taste. Both myself and my husband were of the same opinion. The rest of the order was fine.

do not order from here! we waited over two hours for our food to arrive and it was all wrong. we rang the shop and were told they could deliver us the correct food the next day. i explained we didn’t want it tomorrow we wanted it now which is why we ordered it now and were told that they were too busy and were going to prioritize the orders after us. this place is an absolute joke
