Been a regular customer for a while but not anymore. Wont be back. Both meals ordered tonight were disgusting and ful of grease.

My chicken smelled disgusting, had feathers on it and was burnt, my living room reeks of death and when trying to call and ask about it i got someone very defensive who told me it was perfect and nothing wrong with it, refused refund. dont eat here unless u like hair, feathers and charcoal.

Good food and prepared to order. The only reason I deducted a star is its cash only, and I don't carry cash. However, there is a cash machine right outside.

i ordered a pepperoni and chicken pizza, there was a mushroom inside the melted cheese of the pizza, i am allergic to mushrooms so luckily we spotted it before i ate that slice. when we phoned and asked for our money back for the pizza the manager didn’t seem to care and asked why i did not take the pizza back- we threw it out as soon as we saw the mushrooms obviously- he didn’t apologise and didn’t even give us half our money back for the pizza. this could’ve been a lot worse which i repeated to the manager but still no remorse he kept asking why i never brought the pizza back. in the end the youngest staff members ended up apologising to us and the ‘manager’ gave us £6 back for our £12.50 pizza we originally ordered to only eat 2 slices. do not go here- over priced for the quality and customer service is horrible.

A busy scene is always a sign of a quality food outlet. Fish fresh off the nearby sea, good fat chips & generous portions, well worth a visit.

Bloody awful. In our order was a mince pie and a fish and chips with other things. The mince pie was seriously overcooked and the outer shell wouldn't even pull away with my thumbs it was thrown out. The chips were not that great either and the fish was very bland. Should have taken it back but so disgusted with it. Never thought about taking a picture of it.

Ordered supper for me and my kids online , 2 kids fish suppers and a small fish supper. Arrived and all the the batter on the fish were soggy and fell apart as was so wet so phoned and said I wanted it replaced as my kids wouldn’t eat that either would I . Thy said they would send 2 kids fish and a small fish and a bottle /can of coke free for inconvience . When came it was a fsh supper supper for the 3 of us to share and no coke!

Had a cheese stuffed meat feast pizza from lighthouse it was delicious and the toppings were amazing highly recommended

Fish straight out fryer dripping with grease into box with chips .chips 5 /10 greasy fish 1/10 won't be visiting that chippy again that's for sure 20 quid in the bin

Ordered a doner calzone, chips and gravy , chicken wrap and chicken pakora. The let down was the pakora chicken so dry inside and batter so hard I had to break it with my fingers as I was scared for my teeth . Needless to stay couldn't eat it . The rest was very good though .

Great food all round a good deal, the chips are nice but in fairness its all good, we have picked up 3 meals for four at various times and it's always been right and good

We've tried various meals from here and can recommend them all.. Doner Meat, Pizzas, Fish & Chips and last time I had a mixed Chicken kebab & Doner Calzone.. very nice indeed.. their menu is very extensive, service is quick, their portions are good sizes, and you'll be spoilt for choice, it's all been good value for us so far. 👍🏼

Honestly the best polony supper I've ever had. Much bigger polony x2 and cooked to perfection. Curry sauce on chips was great finishing touch.brilliant

Don’t bother getting delivery from the place unless you want to wait 2 hours for your food called twice to see where the food was at being told it was out for delivery doesn’t take an hours to deliver Banff to Macduff

Not good food was cold when I got it and phoned the place and the boy just laughed and wouldn’t do anything about my food being cold

Twice I have order from this places the first time they got the wrong house but never bothered to contact me about this so I had phoned up and they then came to the right adress an hour and half later and then the food was served cold... tonight I order food from here again and gor served very cold chips I would not recommend this place to anyone to be honest

I was abit skeptical ordering a kebab from a chippy but it was surprisingly good. Just wish they had takeaway chips instead of chippy chips for the chips,cheese and chicken. Garlic sauce is very good. Will order again. Ordered 2 wraps 2 month later at 7.50 each. Barely any meat in them. Still hungry afterwards. We expected more at 7.50 each. Overpriced! Knocked the original review to 3 star.

This place is so welcoming and the workers are so nice one of their delivery paid for a cola and gave it me for free! Also the food is so good I'm eating one of their pizza's right now and it's amazing also the prices are good not the best but still better than most and they makes food very fast I don't have to wait a lot for my food and in end just great food please go there

Staff a bit dull, and unaware of thier own menu.

Lovely food, but a very long wait, I waited 45 minutes in the shop for my order, all we got was a free 2l bottle of juice. Poor young loon behind the counter was dealing with all the stress and kept apologising but it wasn't his fault it was the ones preparing the food. But food was delicious

In Banff Links Caravan Park cost of take away £12.20 total cost £17.30 £5.10 for delivery was a bit much🤔

Quick service, great fish suppers. Visited twice while in the area and really enjoyed it. Batter was different to normal but in a really good way. Loved it.

Fish and chips very good, crispy tasty batter not to greasy and flaky moist fish. Update ...June 28, 2022 this is our third visit. Standards remain high . Doner kebab ...meat juicy not dry and overcooked flavorful. The medium size was just the right amount for a hungry man. Chicken kebab ....amazing perfectly cooked fresh chicken, moist and hot.... Sauces tasty and salad was crisp and fresh ....we will return when opportunity arises.

Passing through Banff? Then stop!! This place is on the main road throught! The food is great, service is spot on and the price!! Wow! You get so much for your money.

Good price for fish and chips. Quick service, you can order and pay on the app for collection. If you get the fried Mars bar I recommend eating it right away as it can go soggy after a while.

Horrible soggy chips and gravy they took 20 mins to make after microwaving. Rude staff overall naff experience

Stopped here on the way home even though still 12 miles to go because they always produce good suppers. Anytime you are in the area and fancy a chippy we would recommend this one without hesitation.

Nice to see a few vegetarian options, I had the burger with relish which was nice with red cabbage, away from the ordinary salad. Served by a very pleasant young lad, legend.

We are staying in a beautiful village, Gardenstown near Banff in Scotland. We went to Banff seeking fish and chips. I had seen the lighthouse fish shop on an earlier visit. We ordered large fish and chips and a portion of scampi, £14.50. It advertises an eat in facility. We had a look and the one seating option was being used by staff/family for their meal, so we took them back to the car to eat them. DO NOT get your fish and chips from here! Suspect hygiene and not inviting. The food was at best edible, but nothing else. Wouldn't revisit again.

For what it is... and it is a fastfood... staff is nice, quality is uniform, place looks clean. Menu is huge.

I am very pleased wit quality, taste, look of food. Good service. Best chips ever. They are Tasty even cold. A lot of cheese. Tasty sauces. The portions are large. Could easily share one portion for two. Salad always fresh. I have been ordering from them last couple years, no regret. Always same quality food. Always on time.

We eat here regularly. Good selection for all the family to choose from. Homemade chips, lamb never been chewy which sets the standard for me.

I ordered a doner kebab and received pieces of grilled meat. I must say it was tasty and seasoned. But they don't make kebab.

Lamb bit chewy but taste was good. Huge portion of good proper chips with lovely curry sauce.

The chips were ok, but nothing special. The sauces (mayo and ketchup) tasted a bit funny. Think they were just really cheap condiments? Would go somewhere else next time.

Decent prices and food is ok. Paid for delivery when ordering from their website and delivery person said I'd not paid enough for delivery (albeit he didn't actually charge me anything additional, but did make out that was some sort of kindness on his part)! I put my order in, added my address and paid the amount the website asked me to! What else could I have done?!

Absolutely terrible ordered Saturday was cold took over a hour it’s a chip shop I understand there isn’t Michelin chef‘s but you could ring the food like a towel it was that greasy gave my autistic 3 year old a stomach ache and chronic diarrhoea for 48 hours please avoid at all stakes

This takeaway is the best in town and would recommend, they sell really anything from a takeaway

Took over ten minutes to get served when it was very quiet and with everyone behind the counter doing nothing. Food is very greasy and the Donner kebab was mediocre at best.

Just asked for a chips cheese and doner got charged for that and no doner very disappointed

Yes the title says it all. Ordered online , picked up meal at correct time. Got to caravan and opened up to huge portions of fish and chips. What is even better is they were very nice and extremely well priced.

We had a couple of takeaway's here on our week long trip to Banff. The chips are delicious, the fish outstanding. Good, fast service.

Amazing food! Had a great fish and chips from here. Service was fast and the fish portion was great, there wasn't as many chips as I had expected. I had a curry sauce with it, the portion was huge more than 1 person needs. I really enjoyed my food from here, potentially the best fish & chips I've ever had.

Ordered food to Greenwood loch and the delivery girl couldn’t get in to the site, and for some reason my phone wasn’t receiving calls but the delivery girl walked from the gate to deliver my food!! Unbelievable service and fantastic pizzas. Not enough places go above and beyond. Can not recommend enough. Brilliant!!

Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 kebabs plus chips for delivery. Very disappointed. Both pizzas were over cooked and the chips were under cooked. The pitta for the vege kebab was dripping in fat. And for £30. Wouldn't use this place again. Poor quality and poor value.

Went here for a carry out. We had steak pie supper, chicken fillets & curry sauce. The chicken fillets had a thin crispy batter and were tasty, the steak pie was greasy and the chips were not that hot. The curry sauce was ok. The oil that was used to fry the food had a tainted taste (Well used oil). There is a large menu to choose from and I thought the prices were reasonable. Friendly service.

Often visit late in the evening on the was home to Inverness from troup head. Had a few things but really enjoyed the seafood pizza and the house special kebab. Asked if I could sit at one of the tables late one evening and a girl came over with proper cutlery. Real contrast to a recent experience in Mairs Deli in Aviemore where I paid to sit in and got no cuttlery. Well worth a visit.

Not a smile among any of the staff. I was asked a question but couldn't hear them properly so I asked if the could say it again, I was told "doesn't matter" and they walked away. They chips were hot but that is the nicest thing I can say.

For years we have gone to same two places for food but we tried here for the first time tonight. Wasn't disappointed, we had 4 different pizzas and they were amazing! We will be back as we all enjoyed them, friendly service and quick.

Stopped here a few times now on the way home and have always had a good meal no matter what we order. The shop is accessible and the counter is of a height that it is not too inconvenient for a disabled wheelchair user. It also apears that the delivery charges to local towns and villages are very reasonable. I have to admit I tend to set standards high before I will give a five star, that is because I like to be sure I am giving a trustworthy review, and here I think I am safe enough with a recomendation.

I love the pizzas here especially the stuffed crust, well priced and quick delivery. Staff are friendly and theirs a lot of choice.
