Went to subway to get my supper, staff were really nice and kind sandwich was really good to although the price was a little bit too high.

Toaster was out action, but we were well warned

It's a good subway if you have time to knock in our there is no line. It is such a good subway but they really should have more stock or have some more staff because 3 isn't enough. Pricing is definitely amazing especially £4 for 12 cookies. I would recommend if visiting but don't go if in a rush.

I enjoyed the garlic bread and veg combined. Staff are professional and listen to orders attentively. I recommend this restaurant to all who want a happy meal. Peterhead is relatively calm and chilly.

I enjoyed my sandwich from Subway, but the seating area is filthy. I took the sandwich away instead. I don't think I'll be back. The serving are itself seemed clean enough but the overall vibe is not of cleanliness.

The shear lack of brain cells in subway is unreal. Ordered a turkey footlong with cheese,mayo and lettuce and got a cold sub with turkey and ham and mayo on one half of the sandwitch. Phoned multiple times, no answer and ended up having to go down. When ı complained ı got told to take it up with uber eats..... forgot it was uber that makes my sub....

Absolutely rubbish! This is the 2nd time we've had a delivery and both times it was wrong. Wrong fillings put in the sandwich. Cookies missing and small steak bite missing too. Because it was through uber eats the staff don't care just take it up with uber eats so now have to wait 3 days for a refund for the missing items. Will not be ordering from them again. Just a joke!!!

Horrible quality, went to subway during lunch, there were 3 staff working, barely any breads left. Staff on the till never changed their gloves when went to work on the meats section until I've asked them. There were not managing at all, took them 30 minutes to serve 5 people in front of me. In Aberdeen I normally get served in less than 15 minutes.

Got served today by Arlene and she was amazing. So polite and added more than extra cheese when I asked. Service was amazing. Sandwiches were delicious. Best subway I've been to! I'd post a pic but I scoffed it 😂

What a lovely surprise when visiting the peterhead subway last week, food was fresh, staff were helpful and the place was SO CLEAN ...... definitely worth stopping here!

Found this little gem of a place. Serving a large variety of fresh food and all made in front of you! Shop was clean and tidy even though they were very busy . Staff were very friendly and accommodating to suit my son fussy eating habits - thank you !! This won’t be our last visit. Seriously yummy colourful fresh food.

You can never go wrong with Subway! And this place was one of the best. It was clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming and gave great service. Would definitely recommend.

I love subway. I’m don’t live in the Uk anymore an rarely get the chance to eat subway, so when I was home I seen this shop and couldn’t wait to get in. Excellent staff, excellent food, very very clean. I visited 4 times during a 3 day period, every time food and staff were great, polite, helpful, knew menu and ingredients. Definitely one to return too!!

I'd like to take a moment to say how welcoming the staff at Subway are and how good the food is, each and every time I visit. I regularly go there and usually have the same sub but sometimes try others. Whatever I do have, I really enjoy. Its one of the better places to eat in Peterhead and great value for money.Staff are really friendly and polite.....can only recommend.

Visited with 2 kids: staff were friendly, subs were good as expected. Im fussy when it comes to cleanliness but Peterhead Subway is always consistently clean which makes it enjoyable!

Good food but didn't have the bread or the filling that I wanted. The staff didn't seem to have any manners and seem to be incompetent at their job... Very unhappy with my service. No apology nor any signs about stock shortage. Very disappointed

breakfast sub n latte best way start the day

While visiting I met a friend here. There was one staff member, a Male, working. It seemed he was pretty new as he was very slow. He was making someone’s sandwich order, laying it to the side and then getting another few orders and making them and THEN would toast them. As a result I was waiting 10 minutes before finally getting my order. With only 4 people in the line. Just as I was about to get my order finally, another staff member (female) came through from the back. (I’m assuming she’d been on a break) By this point there were another 4 people waiting including my friend. She took my payment and then instead of going to help her colleague and serve customers to get them served quickly, she proceeded to start cleaning, emptying a bin, clearing away silver holders etc. Someone asked he if she wasn’t going to serve and I didn’t hear what she responded but she continued to clean and not serve. She gave the person a 10% discount. The male staff member was also asked a question about points the customer was entitled too that showed on her phone app and he replied “I’ve no idea sorry” she then explained she’s due a free side, and asked what sides they had. Again he had no idea. I don’t blame the guy as he was obviously new and he was doing his best trying to serve everyone and do everything since his colleague decided she didn’t want to serve people and instead would clean. Come on Subway Peterhead - not the standard Subway normally has!

Asked for two chicken and cheese subs then asked for a chicken, cheese with bacon was told that the bacon has a extra charge and because it has chicken as well was told that the chicken now has a extra charge. So I don't think that its right that because you get bacon added you have to pay extra for the chicken

Subway is much the same across the country. The 1 here in Peterhead has so e friendly helpful staff and the kids love the sandwiches.

Visited subway Peterhead on a Sunday and must say am impressed, food good price reasonable and staff changed there gloves between customers am very happy been a vegan, as noticed not all places do this they keep there gloves on and handle meat then hands in to veg section, so as said very impressed they take cross contamination seriously.Can't eat bread but enjoyed there vegan salad bowls.Will recommend and will be going back.

I'm not a fan of subway altogether. The sandwich was well made and presented. But to be honest the enjoyment was lacking. It's more of a survival food for me.

Only one member of staff serving, resulted in a fair wait to get served. Food was OK, nothing spectacular

Love subway, great prices, can have a different sandwich every day and the salads are lovely and fresh.

Waited years for Subway to come to Peterhead. I would literally travel to Aberdeen just to get a Subway. Unfortunately now that we have one I never go. It's a Subway like every other Subway. You go in order type of bread you can select between Italian, hearty Italian, honey oat etc. They ask you if you want 6 inch or foot long... You choose foot long because you are not a monster. Then you choose you're filling. They ask you if you want it cheese and toasted which obviously you do because you are not a monster. So basically you walk in there and get asked 1000 questions regarding a sandwich. A sandwich that is not that enjoyable but it certainly can kill a hangover.

I've only visited subway a couple of times (OH had a bad experience and refuses to set foot over the door haha) so when asked very abruptly 'what bread' I didn't immediately spot the list, list was pointed out in a frankly rude manner! Food was fine, but server clearly hates their job ;)

Never been to Subway before so was not sure what to do but the lady there was so helpful explaining what i could have for a two for one deal. Very happy with selection and price and enjoyed my supper. will be back It. was a take away.

Rude staff, no notice of young childs needs, treated like i was a nuisance

Food is fine but the steps in the middle act as a barrier to elderly, disabled or parents with prams or buggies. Bad show in this day and age.

Amazing service, top quality subs, tasty ingredients. The manager Torie Stephen was friendly and helpful and helped me pick the right sub for me. Torie's husband Awais Hussain, the owner was also there but was a bit difficult to understand his Glaswegian accent.

Food is still great but the price seems to go up every time I visit now.

I was never keen on the concept, but now that I'm familiar with it I enjoy eating there.

I’m not a frequent subway customer but have had some very good experiences when I have braved the diy menu - this wasn’t one of them. I made the mistake of walking to the till at the end of the counter to ask for what I wanted. No greeting from the server who abruptly told me to go back to the start of the counter. No smile at any point of the interaction. Another customer came in as she finished preparing my sandwich and said she’d wait a minute until I’d been served. My server said no. Sandwich removed from grill, wrapped and unceremoniously dumped by the young man who had turned up to man the till. Said thanks but no acknowledgement. Young man on the till was much better and actually said please and thank you. Felt very awkward and unwelcome during the whole encounter and would not go back to this branch as a result.

I went in to sub way at 9:30 away in for a cookie and the employee kicked me out saying they were closed when they closed at 10:00

Called in with kids and as soon as weopened the door we both saw the floor was littered with wrappers and dropped food. Some on the seats as well, the top landing was not really much better much the same as the bottom level. We decided to just eat in the car instead.
