Comida increíble, pero no mucha elección. Mi marido tenía filete diminuto, patatas fritas y huevo frito + 2 cervezas. Tenía arroz frito con pollo, curry verde tailandés, café con leche, vino humeante caliente. Precios muy razonables

Llamé para el desayuno y no me decepcionó. La habitación era grande pero acogedor con un ambiente agradable y una decoración interesante. Ambos optamos por el desayuno estándar, zumo de naranja y té. Un plato más grande de lo esperado era muy sabroso y excelente relación calidad-precio.

Llamé en mi caminata de martes de 11 millas y probé el inglés completo grande por £ 10 y me decepcionó, consistía en tres tocino, tres salchichas, dos huevos, dos pudines negros, dos tostadas, hongos, frijoles y tomate. Todo recién cocinado y servido con una sonrisa. Me trajo recuerdos felices porque hace 60 años solía usar la biblioteca para pedir libros prestados y mantenerme caliente como en el invierno ❄️ tenía calefacción encendida, solo vivía a 5 minutos a pie de la calle Bodmin. El mejor desayuno y servicio en un entorno encantador, volverá.

El desayuno es siempre encantador porciones grandes y el personal es muy amable y hablador! Buena música tocando en todo y hay un poco de todo, desde un café durante el día hasta música en vivo por la noche en un escenario

Amazing food and service! Would highly recommend as a brunch spot with your colleagues! I had the library breakfast and it was one of the best breakfasts ive had in Sheffield!

The Library is a lovely venue with polite and friendly staff. The problem is as a bar they are always out of stock. Having been 3 times now, the first time they had ran out of white wine shortly after the evening got going. The second time, there was no draught beer available and the last time there was only bottled cider available as the pumped cider was "out". For a bar in Sheffield, not in the centre, their drink prices are incredibly high. Summing up. Nice venue. Good staff. Let down by poor stock controls and high prices

My Wife & I visited the Library for a Samantha's reunion revival all-nighter. I have to say, what a fantastic venue and the bar Staff were brilliant. I can't comment on the food as this service wasn't available for this particular Avent we found the venue and experience absolutely Splendiferous.

An organised Northern Soul 'do'. Nice venue carpark across the Rd. Was very cold place however tastefully decorated.

Our family visited this establishment for a birthday party, there is a car park next to the building or roadside parking. The decor was lovely, food was top drawer, band was brilliant too. Lovely experience had by all. The building is full of old library history down Attercliffe. ✔️

Amazing gluten free breakfast after the running club. It’s great to have tasty gf bread plus gf sausages too. Coffee is good too, I had two ‘Flat Whites’. Lovely friendly staff.

There were various things that hadn't made me feel like this place would be very friendly, but it was lovely! We were on the Blue Loop Walk and we took a detour and came here for lunch. Very cool building and a fair price for the quality. Really worth taking a look for yourself.

Came here with my mum today to celebrate my first day on maternity leave. The food and coffee was amazing and the portions were good. It's great value for money and the staff were friendly and chatty. Try it out, you won't be disappointed!

Lovely food and great service in a quirky and historic building. The roast pork sandwich was amazing!

I attended an event here and I stayed for lunch and coffee which was served quickly, they were both delicious and reasonably priced. This is my first visit and I will definitely return, the staff were helpful and very attentive. Thank you, looking forward to my next visit :)

Brilliant for coffee or lunch. Good range of foods and drinks, all high quality. Lovely coffees and bottled beers. Prices very reasonable. Nice surroundings. A lovely hang-out.

They have created a nice little bar in the library and have a good range of lagers. No beer as yet though although this has been promised by the owner. We have not tried the food as yet although it does look appetizing. Bar prices are on a par with city centre prices and are not Weatherspoons prices so don't go in expecting cheap. £4 for a pint of San Miguel. Music venue and centre stage at the far end. Nice relaxed atmosphere and friendly. No black looks when you walk through the door.

Called in for lunch & liked the atmosphere & surroundings/decor. We ate simple with a couple of toasties & a Rustic Italian baguette with shared chips. All good quality & well presented. Drinks reasonably priced. All in all with good friendly service we enjoyed it.

First time I had visited and it has just been taken over by a very nice young man (sorry didn't get name), very pleasant atmosphere and comfortable, armchairs and sofas - very relaxing, their own branded larger is great too. they have an extensive menu although we didn't try any food this particular time but will definitely be going back, they mentioned that they will be putting on live bands and comedians in the future so well worth looking out for. great little pub.

Really like this place, great tapas, no cider of worth but Asahi on draft, live music, Sunday lunches, open for coffee etc in the day, highly recommended

Justin Crooks owner I mean Brooks is a liar and a thief, owes several people around UK money, including fellinis a family restaurant in Middlesbrough, do not trust this man or his business-Avoid.

They employ musicians then do not pay them

The Library advertises itself as "Passionate about Excellent Service". Yesterday I booked a table on line and received an email confirmation. We turned up to eat at 8pm to find that there was a musical event on and that the restaurant was effectively closed unless you had paid to see the band. The lady on the door was with the band but went to fetch someone from the venue to deal with our booking which was now looking unlikely. After waiting 15 minutes a woman appeared who was unapologetic . I explained that we had booked a table at which point she said she would go and ask someone. She then disappeared for an age . We gave up and left ! They had clearly made a mistake by not overidingthe online bookings and if they had just come out and apologised i could live with that but they were too preoccupied /rude to do so.

Lovely venue. Great bar and food. Live music is always a bonus!

Thank you for a lovely evening Justin and team are very friendly and welcoming, swedish buffet was lovely a plenty of selection. Me and my 5 girly friends had a lovely night dancing the night away, looking forward to our next visit to see luther who was fantastic the last time we saw him at The library cafe.

Lovely venue and atmosphere However, we bought tickets for an Abba Night which stated there would be an Abba tribute band which turned out to be one female singer who reluctantly sang a few Abba songs amongst many that were not - even though the audience were calling for more Abba . Feel that the night was mis-advertising.

My daughter suggested visiting the old Library at Attercliffe as she'd seen it on her way to work. We called in for lunch and found it to be amazing - they served wonderful tapas as well as good wines and beers. The atmosphere was good and they have entertainment on many evenings. You should visit this place it's quite amazing.

I’d seen many a review of this place and it was on my places to visit. We decided to visit for and early dinner on. Saturday. The place has a trendy cool vibe and you can imagine the Thursday Jazz night is the place to be. We ordered 5 dishes for £18 and each of was delicious. I drank Loxley ale and my wife had a marmalade gin which was gorgeous. They have a number of musical nights coming up which I will attend as this is definitely the place to be to enjoy music and beer.

My daughter and I have never been to Sheffield as came for a concert but decided on a couple days away. Happened by this place as searched on trip adviser for close eateries. What can I say, fantastic. The food was brilliant, the service was wonderful and we were lucky to come on a jazz night. The live singer was just amazing too. Would definitely recommend here... if we ever come back to Sheffield I’m the future, will definitely come back.

I have now been twice once with friends for a night out really enjoyed the atmosphere , nice music and excellent service I went back for Sunday lunch and there was a band on very busy once again a nice relaxed atmosphere excellent food and service I will be coming back well done this is just What Attercliffe needed bringing back memories of how it used to be Congratulations on an excellent venue

A brilliant place to spend a few hrs. Washing, drinking and listening to a selection of excellent music. Very friendly and welcoming.

Called in for Wednesday lunch . I wanted to fetch my in laws who where once locals . It was a great trip down memory lane in a relaxing atmosphere... And the food was a great surprise we had the tapas 5star food without the price tag lovely . Definitely will be calling again I cannot recommend this high enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A Fantastic reception was held for the Sheffield lads football reunion the venue is first class the staff friendly and helpful the food outstanding we are booked in for next January when we will double the numbers

A comfy place, nice space in day cafe or evening, mostly at the week end, when music events are staged. All in an old library that has had its inner space re purposed.

A group of us came here for a work's team lunch shortly after it opened. The food was delicious, there was plenty of choice, the price was very reasonable, and the staff very welcoming. The only thing that let it down was how long we waited for our food. I think maybe arriving as a big group (there was 14 of us) caught them out a bit. Having said that, we're definitely planning on going back.

I only had a coffee, but will definitely go back to sample the tapas. Attractive, comfortable, cleverly themed place with a friendly welcome.

A new venue in Sheffield. First visit for a live Luther Vandross and Motown tribute. Great evening, plenty of people, good atmosphere. Food available tapas style. Jazz music on Thursdays. Certainly worth a visit. Best to go their website for details of events.

Great space for live music and for casual light dining or drinks. The owner is very friendly and takes the time to get to know and serve his customers. Parking is convenient and close by and it's overall a great place for a night out.

Visited today for a few after work drinks & pleased to find its happy hour 4-7 👍🏻 such a lovely venue with a nice atmosphere & super friendly staff with a good range of drinks! Loads of gins & cocktail menu. The owner came to say hello to us & introduce himself which was really nice. My husband had tapas which is 2 for £6 or 3 for £9 & such big portions & it tasted really really good. Can’t wait to visit again!
