The Leopard Bar in Camden

I would highly recommend not only the Leopard Bar, but also the Montague on the Gardens as a place to stay or even just eat at during your time in London. The service was impeccable and the workers were the kindest people you will ever meet. The bar itself had a cozy feel that made you feel at home and welcome.

NO CIGAR FRIENDLY ANYMORE!!! if you want to enjoy cigar don’t go there!!!

Not a cheap cocktail but if you want somewhere to relax from the bustle of central London this is a great breather. Cocktails also well made and, rarely in this day and age, well-mannered and trained staff

Food was nice, it's very comfortable here. At the end of the evening, we found we'd lost something and the staff were fantastic, checking everywhere, phoning other places we'd been etc. It was a really nice decent place. A gem of a place. Hidden away right next to the British Museum, a perfect place for a quick drink with friends. Surprisingly kid friendly and surprisingly decent food selection for a bar! Staff were so friendly, in an unobtrusive way, that I didn't know how to say thank you.

Love the team here, all super knowledgeable and friendly!! Had the best martini of the trip at the bar and even after a disappointing dinner at the Kerridge Bar and Grill, we skipped dessert to come back to the Leopard Bar for cheese and cocktails. Even in the morning they accommodated us for lunch at an odd time for brunch, even before they were really open. We will be back again and again!

Don't even go , they do not have cigars , maybe in the future. However, no update on the site regarding that they offer zero cigars or a place to smoke them .

Nice hideaway for cocktails in the Montague Hotel at Russell Square. Great service warm atmosphere. We had a piece of cheese cake African recipe, with honey comb topping that was the best.

Loved the cigar terrace in beautiful surroundings. Amazing staff who are incredibly helpful, will definitely be going back again. Only had table snacks with drinks, great cocktails & wine

Great food and super friendly service

The cigar lounge is pleasant, and their selection of drinks is good. Service is lovely and accommodating. You don't need a reservation, despite what Google and the website says. I only dock one star as their cigar selection is limited to a few Cubans; if they expanded their collection to others it would easily be the best place around to sit, enjoy a drink and smoke.

Live music on most days, cigar terrace, impeccable customer service and waiters. You don't know good service until you've been here. Knowledgeable staff and amazing ambience. I go here with friends, or when I want to read a book, drink a cocktail and listen to live music.

What can I say apart from absolutely blooming amazing! The staff are what makes it. From our young barman in his leopard print waistcoat, to the higher in chain Declan, Sonia and Everett… all were just a credit to this wonderful venue. A warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere even in such a prestigious establishment my partner and I felt right at home- and it was only our first visit. You’ll be seeing us again I can assure you :) thanks everyone

Bad taste of food and overpriced.

We stayed here for three nights with the family. Impeccable service and very friendly staff. Located in a quiet street but shops and restaurants at walking distance. Will definitly come back.

Went here yesterday last minute and have to say was presently surprised. The terrace was bland, but the interior was nice. However, the customer service from everyone was impeccable. The gentleman managing the cigar area was extremely knowledgeable, personable and funny. Will definitely be returning and advise others to check it out. 4/5 because the decor in the terrace really doesn't reflect the rest of the hotel.

Great experience and friendly staff. Found the terrace a little bland but lots of personality inside. Shame service charge was added to the prepaid experience, but expected it to be expensive due to location.

Brilliant hidden little bar inside the Montague hotel. Covered from floor to ceiling in leopard skin print very attentive and helpful staff who added to the experience. Cocktails were amazing 5 star place

Chilled environment, classy venue

Had afternoon tea here. The scones were pretty good! The service was nice, however sometimes all staff would disappear..

Great atmosphere and great drinks.

Little too uppity. Can’t say I went in because they failed to disclose a private party so I made the trip there for nothing. Luckily the Ritz was accommodating. Might be a nice place but I doubt I’ll try it again. Good luck to those that do, let me know how it was.

The Cigar Lounge at the Montague Arms feels like it's an add-on and not a dedicated cigar lounge. The seating area (terrace) is cozy enough with enough airflow. Although it's not in keeping with the rest of the aesthetics of the otherwise amazing Montague. Cigar selections are decent - however there is no humidor room that the customer can visit to make selections. Selections are based off a menu.

If I could design a bar, it would look like this. Bear in mind, I consider leopard print to be a neutral. I love how the theme "leopard" is everywhere, the name, the wallpaper, the menus, the outfit of the barman, the statues, even the toilet paper has leopard print. Rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Didn't stay here but went for drinks at the bar. Very cosy with a pianist and singer. Staff are very polite and attentive. The textured wallpaper and painting's were a nice touch. Glass of wine around the £7 mark.
