The Lake view in Trafford

Sadly a poor experience of customer service. Sneery and rude lady at the counter made for a negative experience buying tea and snacks for kids. The place looks tired and is over-priced. Would recommend going to the tree top or ice cream van.

Beautiful views from this cleverly designed restaurant. Stepped floor means every table has a good lake view, not just those actually next to the window. Food and drinks pub like but commendably also in their very reasonable pricing. But perhaps the cost can be good by not having enough staff ? I can't give it the 5-stars I otherwise would due to the v slow service. Sat down at 12.50. Order taken in reasonable time. But food didn't arrive until well after 2pm.

Second time here, second time a very happy customer. The sausage barm is easily the best I've ever had, and the hot chocolate was a work of art and it tasted great too! Service was quick and the prices are reasonable in comparison to the coffee chains.
