Food was so late with 0 updates. When driver finally arrived he tried to say heavy traffic, when I asked why he didn't call with an update he said he had no way of contacting us. I asked but you were stuck in heavy traffic and then he replied no I wasn't. Food did arrive hot even though it was over an hour late and they were 'stuck' in traffic.

We had the chicken Katsu curry and the portions are very small! I mean a few strips of chicken...what a rip-off!

FANTASTIC food as ever. The one and only place to order your Chinese takeaway! Not your usual cash and carry rubbish, a lot of effort goes into making and presenting these dishes.

DO NOT ORDER.... FROM ANYWHERE ELSE. Seriously, the food was incredible. Being in SW London, there are many Chinese takeaways to choose from and trust me, we’ve tried them all. This was BY FAR the best we have tried and will be our new go-to Chinese takeaway.

My food was delivered 2h30mins after placing the order and after 3 phone calls to the restaurant...I will never again use Just Eat on a Friday evening

The customer service at Kung Fu is amazing! I forgot to say that I wanted my soup vegetarian and I called to order new soup. I obviously assumed I would pay, but the manager wouldn’t let me. The new soup was delivered in 10 minutes for free. Will definitely order here again.

We mistakenly forgot to mention our buzzer didn’t work, the restaurant called and told us our driver was outside. Small details make for a smooth service

The most delicious Teriyaki Tofu Bento we've ever tasted. The flavours mixed in perfection. Will definitely order again

DO NOT ORDER FROM THE KUNG FU A new low in Chinese.food for me. Watery beef in black bean, flavourless sweet and sour, meagre meat in the special chow mein and stale prawn crackers. Legit disgraceful and terrible portion sizes to boot. I'm shocked

food came much quicker than expected. I also forgot to order something and the restaurant delivered it within 10 minutes. they are very friendly!

Very good food only shame that rice and chicken wasn't separate.

Food arrived nearly half an hour later than we requested it. The menu has changed and we were rather disappointed that the schezuan prawn dish that we used to enjoy is completely different and no longer to our taste. Many other dishes we liked have also changed or disappeared from menu altogether. Prices are also a bit too much and a 50p charge for paying br credit card! The vegetarian fried rice was very nice though. Not sure if we’ll order from here as much as we did in the past.

Food semi warm, stingiest portion of prawn crackers, literally less than 20 there for £2.20! Duck just tossed in the heat bag with pancakes so was barely hot. overall not great. Shame as used to be amazing.

Since when do you serve An unshredded duck leg? And the chow mein had more onion than chicken in it. Wasn’t horrible but was not very good as it used to be.

What is the point of giving your address when you get a call from the deliverer who's half a mile away and you have to talk him in?

Really disappointing, seems to be a new menu, don't know if that means new owners but food used to be great and now way too much fish sauce so chicken dish was almost inedible

Starter - spring rolls were the small, cheap and nasty iceland type. Mains - black bean and yellow bean dishes were very bland and wrong type of noodles we’re used in the beef hofan. Unfortunately pretty disappointing as a whole.

My pumpkin katsu curry with rice, came without rice. Phoned restaurant said can I just have like 3 pounds back as already eating and didn't want food to be cold by time rice arrives. They said they'll get it to me in 10. Its been half hour... still no rice and I ate my food. Really tasty and delivered on time on the positive side.

Food with the exception of noodles was good - noodles were in clumps like a rancid noodle omelette and generally exceptionally unpleasant, which brought the whole meal quality down. Also I was upset at being given option to add rice to dish for an extra £1.60 charge and then found over a 1/3 of main dish filled with rice when all other dishes were filled to the top with items ordered (I've never experienced this before and was gutted as this was the nicest dish) Disapointment on two fronts so can't recommend - sorry.

The food was amazing, fairly expensive but a nice way to treat your stomach.

Food was good when it eventually arrived. We were given 30 minute delivery time which was misleading as it took over an hour to arrive. The restaurant also marked it as delivered long before it actually arrived.

The food ordered was so disappointing. Even my 5 year old complained about the still frozen chicken balls. The special fried rice tasted spoiled and overall everything was disappointing. The soup was good but couldn't eat anything else. That's £30 wasted.

ordered it at 7:50 and took over an hour and a half to come and when we tried calling them it took ages for them to answer and when om phone they didnt know where food was

Service was great as always. Food is always perfect and tasty and hot. Delivery is always early as well. Unfortunately this order I did not get my seaweed that I ordered which is a shame.

whilst tasting very good, it could have arrived a bit hotter. Diet Coke was a normal Coke instead but not a major issue

The shredded beef was inedible and stale! Had to throw it away.

the beef chow mein felt very lean and not full of fat. that’s awesome!

The Katsu curry was nice however when it arrived all the sauce had fallen out of the pot and was all over the bag. the starter was very poor and meant to get prawn cracker but was not there.

Food arrived in time but they delivered wrong thing (sent fish when everything we ordered was vegetarian). They were completely disinterested over the phone and no apology. Katsu arrived without sauce, and when the missing tofu arrived it was undercooked on top of over cooked rice. Not fair as the tofu alone was £9, no refund and they demanded we give the fish back (weird, we weren’t going to eat it but what would they do with it??). Very disappointed.

Terrible service almost an hour late and no communication. Food was also really poor. No beef in the crispy chilly beef just a load of batter, don’t get it. Will not order again.

ordered salmon teriyaki got chicken teriyaki. food took almost 2 hours. food was cold and below average at best. really disappointing.

The chicken was full of fat and solid as it was kept there for a few days before it landed in my plate. Defo not worth the money I paid for it. Had so much better chiniese deals elsewere for cheaper and the quality of food was much better. I wouldnt recomment this place

the food that ordered was great, had aromatic duck, satay chicken and salmon teriyaki. all very well presented. will definitely order again.

It was delivered on time however the restaurant added 20 minutes to the estimate on the app when ordering (originally 8:50, changed to 9:10 and delivered at 9:10)..

The restaurant forgot part of the meal (the rice which I paid extra for). By the time it was redelivered the rest of the meal was stone cold. I asked for a full order re-delivery as this would obviously happen, but no, only more rice was delivered to go with cold chicken and curry.

Although the food is great and previous customer services was great it seems things have slipped with repeat custom such a shame.

this is the second time when i asked them not to put onion in my chow mein and again there was onion inside. i spent 10 min to remove it so i had to eat it cold. and this is vermicelli noodles not chow mein noodles...from more then 50 restaurants i got normal noodles...here vermicelli...even if its not in the vermicelli noodle side...bad experience over all

They sell you an addition of steamed rice portion that is then included in the same box as the main (thus reducing the amount of food you receive for your main and the rice is quite a tiny portion) this seems like a sharp practice. Also, they charge 50p extra to pay on a debit card - this is just making money way in excess of what they have to pay the card machine people. If you go in to the restaurant directly they offer a 20% discount but this isn't offered via Just Eat if you opt for Collection. Why? Surely, this will only encourage people to go directly in future.
