My teen and I had a great experience after this was recommended as a to-go spot. The queue was expertly managed and we got a table downstairs with only a few minutes of waiting. The dumplings, aubergine and chicken udon (my son asked for a substitution and was warmly accommodated). The deep fried crab was covered in too much batter and a bit oily for my taste but everything else was scrumptious.

Fast service, great food, nice atmosphere. A nice vibe but not too loud that you have to shout at your friends so they can hear you. Highly recommend a visit here. Worth coming for an early dinner (630pm or early) otherwise you may be lining up for 20-30 minutes.

I'm not an expert on Chinese or Asian cuisine in general. However it was ... bland. Most of the food tasted as it wasn't salted at all. So not something that I'd expect. Pork and chicken dmplings in soup are pretty good - but instead of soup you get a bit of hot water in a bowl - no tase whatsoever. However, the chicken dumplings are filled with just chicken. Nothing else. Again, it's very bland, plain.

Teníamos pequeños bancos para sentarse y frente a usted menús y una lista para escribir su pedido. La comida estaba deliciosa, recomiendo las albóndigas y las gambas con verduras. Los tamaños de las pociones son grandes, así que no hagas un pedido excesivo. Delicious, freshly made dumplings, highly recommend. This restaurant is very popular and often has a queue outside. I've seen negative reviews for this place because of "rude waiters", but they aren't rude, they are simply just trying to be efficient and serve food quickly, so expect basic but quick service.

Love this place! Their Dan Dan Noelles are an absolute knock out! Ford is rustic and drinks menu is limited but the flavours and dumplings are worth the wait. You won’t be disappointed!

Located in the Chinatown area, they do not accept reservations, and there is always a bit of a queue waiting to be seated, because it is renowned as it was included in the Michelin guide several years ago. Varied menu, the freshly handmade ravioli very good, the fried rice instead tasteless and the noodles not good because they were probably cooked in a pan dirty with other food which altered the flavours. Average prices and fast service. Overall recommended.

We always come here when in London and never disappoint. Service is quick and they will provide you everything you need, food is always good, great homemade dumplings and one of the best Mapo Tofu. Also amazing ribs and chicken, can’t recommend them enough 👍

I saw the line and spoke with a regular that goes to Beijing dumpling. So I waited to have a few dishes he recommended. I also noticed that the restaurant was a Michelin star back in 2018. I was disappointed! I have been to many restaurants that specializes in hand pulled noodles, from China, Vancouver, New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Malaysia . The dumplings heavy and really doughy! If the dumplings have a thinner layer of dough for the dumplings. It would taste better and perhaps more chewy! The restaurant may need to revisit the recipe and adjust the ingredients in the dough mixture to return to the days of 2018. The staff are courteous and friendly! The atmosphere is good! Adjusting the recipe will help bring back the Michelin star!

A nice dumpling restaurant. A few of the dishes were a little bland for my taste (special fried rice and the soup dumplings). But I enjoy the panned fried dumplings and garlic broccoli. The service was nice and the restaurant was clean and cozy. But the food was over priced for the quality.

On all our previous visits we only tried dumplings and these were excellent by Chinatown standards. This time we tried other dishes- eg Tom yum and were not impressed. If you go there stick to dumplings).

I had the pleasure of eating in a restaurant that really satisfied me. The service was very kind and delicate, with a welcoming atmosphere, even if some tables were a little smaller and more uncomfortable than the others, but nothing significant. As for the food, the pork ravioli was very good, both in the dough and in the filling. The noodles, both pork and vegetarian, were really tasty, with just the right spiciness that enhanced the flavors without overpowering them. The spring rolls were very crispy and tasty, with a delicate frying, not heavy or greasy. Another positive point is the price, which for London is really reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food. The portions of noodles or first courses are generous, satisfying even those with a good appetite. I used to go to this place all the time but this time there was a small food pebble came in my mouth while I was having my dumpling, I called the waitress who was serving me and she said that she is gonna report it to the manager but there was no response and when I called the manager, instead of apologizing he was just arguing with me unnecessarily knowing that the serving waitress saw everything. These kind of people make your day bad when you are there to enjoy with your friends. All the things is evident that this place have a very bad hygiene food control. I wouldn't recommend this place and would ask the food and safety department of London to run a check on this place

My HQ whenever I visit London! You sometimes have to queue but their dumplings are very good! The prices remain affordable compared to other restaurants in Chinatown and it is very generous

The worst service, the staff greets you as if they are about to argue with you. They drop the plates on the tables, causing the food to spill. All the dishes were terrible, it’s an entirely overrated place. Every dish was left half-finished, and we left hungry. The dough was bad, the chicken was bad, the filling was bad; the only good thing was the bottle of water.

A very popular dim sum restaurant. This is an extremely popular restaurant that fills up as soon as it opens. A la carte is also available. The dim sum is cooked, chewy, hot, and juicy, so it's very satisfying.

beijing dumpling is my favorite restaurant in chinatown- whenever i have friends visiting or I'm in the area, I always take them here because i Know they'll love it just as much as me. My favorite dishes here are the dan dan noodles and aubergine in spicy sauce. Massive portion sizes perfect for sharing - or bringing home leftovers!

Great standard for dumplings in China town, often a queue but moves quickly, all dumplings are top drawer and the beef ho fun deserves a special mention.

Look we all know London Chinatown is not the best Chinese food, instead it's where you go before catching a show. This one in particular I would call the food above average at best, but the quantity is definitely generous. No reservations so come early or be prepared to wait.

I can't understand how my experience can be so different from the comments I read before walking through the doors. One wonders if the reviews are not purchased or written by a robot, otherwise impossible.. The meats are questionable, the service is cold and unpleasant, the ravioli have a thick and stuffy dough, the broths are tasteless... really it's a mystery. It's actually the worst and most expensive Chinese restaurant I've ever eaten in.

Worst restaurant in a long time. Attracted by the good comments and the fact that they make the ravioli in front of you, we tried the experiment. The ravioli were very bad because the dough was too thick, the filling bland and tasteless. The dishes all had the same bland taste, the portions were much too big and no one advised us on the menu. We asked for water and they brought us a poor glass from the tap without ice. The waiters don't even ask if we found the food good because I think they already know what they are serving is bad. Given the number of positive comments it is surely a restaurant that buys comments on the internet because I don't think anyone can give more than one star

Delicious dumplings! (Dumplings all made fresh as seen through the front window). Would recommend the seafood dumpling especially if you love seafood, the soup inside was incredibly fragrant and flavourful. We also ordered the spicy pork xiaolongbao, dan dan noodles and mapo tofu which were all great. We had to wait outside in the line (about 15 mins) but the speedy food service inside made up for it.

Never had a bad meal here, great for family dinner. Only gripe is the stool to sit on and back, which is a little uncomfortable for a whole dinner.

There was nearly nothing available in the menu for the Gluten Free (GF) person like myself. Waitress has suggested custom dish for myself which I appreciate, but it was pretty average. Can’t recommend.

De passage à Chinatown, et attirés par les cuisiniers faisant les raviolis devant nous, nous nous sommes laissés tenter par ce restaurant. Bon choix vue la qualité et les prix tout à fait abordables. Le service est par ailleurs efficace et l'ambiance assez familiale. Le fait d'avoir tous les plats en même temps sur la table invite à partager, à découvrir, c'est un vrai voyage entre amis. Je recommande largement, un excellent restaurant de raviolis !

All I can say is amazing! I had the dumplings, seafood soup and salt & pepper tofu. All were outstanding! Service was great as well and prices were reasonable for London. Would definitely recommend you are in the area!

I was hoping for a good meal based on the reviews, and this place delivered. Excellent food and great service. We were there at around 9pm on a Saturday night, and the queue was about 50 people deep. We were a party of 5, and we were seated in about 45 minutes, which wasn’t unbearable. The fiery soup dumplings were outstanding, as were our entrees, and the servers were on point. We’ll definitely go back.

Our meal was really, really good. We choose hot and sour soup and two dumpling dishes. One dish was steamed; the other served in a soup. The. Food was very fresh. The service good. Queues can form at meal times.

Admittedly, we pigged out at Beijing Dumpling. Instead of selecting the set menu, 2 of us basically ordered a lot: the crispy duck with the pancake which was divine, the honey pork ribs which tasted fantastic, the freshly made xiao long bao, and the crispy soft shell crab. We also ordered spinach and egg fried rice BUT they didn't serve the order. We thought that they forgot about it but they said they didnt serve because the table was small, but they didn't notify us either. We just did take away for those instead. There's lots of space inside for 1-2 people, however, larger groups will have problems.

In front of the British Museum, I went to Chinatown at exactly the same time as it opened at 12 o'clock. A family of four was in front of us. We had egg and corn soup, crab and pork xiao long bao, and seafood fried rice. The seafood fried rice had crab sticks in it, but the shrimp were large and the squid was just the right amount of flavor.It was very delicious. The soup has a gentle taste and is the best.

A one time visit. Food was just about okay, a little too salty and mild. Service was great and our host was very nice about checking our order for allergies and restrictions.

Overrated! We queued outside for 40mins because of a recommendation. The food was very basic just like any Chinese takeaway. And the chicken had a long hair fried into the batter.

The xiaolongbao is very doughy, but the filling is not bad, but the dough tastes like gnocchi. The chicken and corn soup was too sweet and not the taste of home, which was disappointing. The fried tofu is really delicious. After returning to Denmark, I found that my daughter and her friends also ate at this restaurant. She ate all vegetarian dishes and thought they were delicious. The service attitude is average.

They marketed Michelin star but definitely not up to the standards of other Michelin stars if true. I classify this as an average Chinese restaurant. Had to flag the staff for service, food was just okay. Egg fried rice was good but the XLB was flavorless. And didn’t have much soup in the dumpling.
