This place is just beautiful. So aesthetically pleasing but the food matches the aesthetic perfectly. The customer service was brilliant as soon as we walked in, we were seated straight away and all the service was quick including the food coming out. All the staff are lovely and helpful! my big respect to the manager Mya who’s customer service is just amazing, going above and beyond for us, and the chef Martin who cooked up some real beautiful dishes. The curry mutton and jerk chops were ordered, both meats were stunning and full of flavour, the mutton fell apart, not at all chewy. We will definitely be back again and again for this food, quality and quantity is both on point! and the price of everything is amazing. Thank you so much Kitchen Co x

Poor experience. Been told we can wait for a table then after waiting being told too many bookings had arrived to serve us. Surely you look at your booking and set expectations correctly

Went to this restaurant on Thursday for my birthday. Was only two of us and the restaurant was not that busy at the time. The service was fantastic, Megan was very knowledgeable of the menu and made some recommendations. The food was tasty. The price is reasonable. I would recommend this restaurant to my friends and family based on my visit I have no complaints. I had left over food and the takeaway packaging provided was also very good.

Everything was seasoned perfectly. ive struggled to find an authentic Jamaican restaurant in Birmingham, but the food here is amazing. The jerk was actually smoked on a bbq and so spicy. The curry goat is super flavourful and tastes like a bowl you could get in St Elizabeth. I’ll be a regular

I walked past The Kitchen Co on my way home from the gym and thought let’s give it a try. Me and my partner went that evening and do not regret the food was so nice ! So much flavour and great portions. The service is so friendly and welcome , we met a lovely lady named Nezha who made our night so much more enjoyable with her calm, caring and friendly nature. Food was amazing, delicious. Definitely recommend all the jerk dishes. The jerk sauce was a nice side sauce, which made the dishes more delicious. Great find in Solihull. We went for Sunday lunch and we were not disappointed. Mocktails were lovely,😋 not sickly sweet like some establishments.Curry mutton and Oxtail were bang belly delicious. 😋😋Followed by carrot cake, great portion size, we shared,good job we did, moreish 😋😋😋😋Staff were friendly and polite, menu selection, something there for everyone! Will definitely try their takeaway soon.

We had a wonderful time here! We came for a family celebration. The staff were lovely (Maya and Meghan). We loved the space and music. Wonderful food! Something for everyone and great prices for the portions. The food was well seasoned and the hungry-plate deal was great as everyone could have a bit of everything. We didn’t get rushed off the table (it wasn’t a busy evening) which gave us a nice private dining experiences in the corner booth. We’ll definitely return!

Horrible experience, staff seemed incompetent and out of depth, staff was sitting and talking to friends that entered instead of serving customers and when they was doing their job they then got so much wrong that I don’t have enough words or time to describe, would not be going back unless I had time and patience to waste

Originally ordered from the Hagley Road takeaway branch absolutely beautiful food so we tried the actual restaurant and again food is amazing even down to the presentation..the two lovely ladies Megan and Nezha were brilliant and also kid friendly. 5 stars all the way.

We went here for food for my nephews birthday, there was mis communication meaning the booking hadn’t been out in the diary, this wasn’t a problem Maya and her colleague quickly moved a few things around and made room for us. We dined at this restaurant last Friday, for my friends birthday. My experience of this restaurant was nothing but exceptional! From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. The ambiance made for a memorable birthday for my friend. We would like to thank all the staff, especially to Maya who looked after us. I'd highly recommend this place. When we arrived there was no one else in the restaurant, which is an instant alarm for me, I have no idea why there were no other diners, my only thought is that not enough people know about this place...... It was our first time, so the waitress suggested we try a platter which pretty much gives you a taste of everything. I chose the mutton curry. The Mutton was very tender, all of the food was excellent, value for money was also very good. We couldn't eat anymore food and we'd spend £16 each, which included a drink. Definitely worth another visit. It's just a shame more people don't know about the place.

Had a takeaway, the jerk chicken is so good, so much gravy with it. Better than jamaya (which is also good). I would eat here 7 days a week. In love with this place!

Pop in a few days ago with a family of seven just had main meals waited about 55 minutes which was fine by me but some members were getting restless but when the food came out everyone was well pleased with the food and the presentation I’ve had a fare bit of Caribbean food over the years and this is up there with some of the best I’ve had absolutely delicious it making my mouth water just thinking about it 😋

Previously ate at the other two branches many times , so decided to come here as you can dine in Ordered some jerk chops meals and a mutton curry with rice and peas The mutton curry was tasty with a little spicy kick to it, meat was soft and tender The jerk chops were very small compared to the other branches ( bitesize), Other branches the jerk chops be big n chunky but here they was tiny. In my opinion the 5 jerk chops are same as 2 from the Moseley branch. Even though they was very tasty, seemed to be more bone than meat unfortunately...so was very disappointing Prices are higher than other branches, but that is understandable as it is a dine in

We came here for light bites after boxing day walk. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was lovely. The oxtail just melted in my mouth with exotic seasoning that's perfect for winter. Jerk chicken wings were tasty too. We will return for sure!

Food was good - we had the jerk chops and jerk chicken, both with steamed veg and rice and peas. Drink wasn't great, but it was OK hence 4 stars average. Deco is lovely, clearly a lot of effort put in Maya who served us was great - attentive, super polite and friendly, recommended food and explained the menu specials without being prompted.

Only popped in for a late evening dessert with other half. Nobody else in the restaurant as it was a late Sunday evening. Greeted by front of house staff, invited to sit wherever we liked. Server took order and advised that we would have a wait of around15 minutes. Ordered a karak chai, cookie dough and mango mojito. Place is spotless, I really liked the decor too. Food arrived after a little wait. Note: we are very particular about chai 🙃 and this was spot on. My mojito was delicious, pieces of mango were lovely in the drink. Cookie dough was flavoursome- in other places it's literally just sweet but here, you can taste the chocolate and the vanilla in the ice cream. Really nice. Shout out to Maya- lovely manager of the restaurant who came over to say hello and take up any suggestions for improvements (we had none). Really humble attitude, wants patrons to go away happy. Only loses a star because of the wait times (and a tiny bit pricey but the service makes up for it). Planning on bringing the kids soon. Give the place a go, I bet you'll like it!

Was feeling hungry and needed to fill my time before picking granddaughter up from resort worlds (NEC), noticed this restaurant driving past and decided to give it a go. Was a little put off when realised they don’t serve alcohol, and normally wouldn’t of ordered, but the aroma of the kitchen had my tastes buds tingling so gave it a chance, and so glad that I did👍 the lovely Maya and Megan served me to a delicious meal consisting of jerk wings for starters and the mutton curry, which was cooked perfect, the mutton just melted in my mouth, the rice n peas and the fried dumplings were bang on. Would recommend this place, excellent food and service 👍

Happened to come across this place while looking for breakfast down the street. Stopped in and talked to the person there. Told her we would be back and we did. The food was delicious and so were the drinks. Going to stop by again for dinner before we head back home to New York.
