I review sourdough loaves for the public in Cmbirdgeshre. I purchased a sourdough granary style loaf (1100) this morning ( 06.01.220. The weight of the loaf was 772g. It was a disappointing purchase. Clearly this loaf had not been baked freshly today. The crust was tough, very difficult to slice and probably a day old. The crumb was dense and the flavour was weak. By weight was this a large loaf or small? The cost was £4,60 expensive for the size of the loaf. I will not be returning to purchase a sourdough loaf again. There are bakeries in the area that produce delightful sourdough -larger loaves, better flavour, crumb and better value for money. I wish this new venture well but they do need to improve on quality and freshness.

I got married recently (26th June) and ordered my wedding cake from Mary. Wow!!!! I wasn't disappointed. I asked for the bottom tier to be a Victoria Sponge, the middle tier was a light fruit cake and the top tier was a Lemon drizzle cake. Everyone who had a piece kept complimenting on how tasty and moist the cake was I gave Mary a piece of ribbon for my colour scheme and she got it just right. The edible roses on the cake were amazing. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Mary at all. Beautiful cake which made a special day even better. Thank you xx

Broad StreetBreakfast till 10.30. I understand this is policy but I would like to have breakfast a Little later. This is hardly better then my hotel. All ingrediënts are there but time is time. I hate restaurants likt that.

A14 Southern Quadrant, Swavesey InterchangeNever have i received such poor service. Told the system was updating. 10-15mins wait., not an issue. Another customer asked the frankly rude manageress what was going on and she was so ride he left. I then spent the next 20mins of my visit explaining to THEIR customers that they would have to wait. 30mins ticked by, finally we can be served......oh but not a the till I was stood by. At no point did they tell me this. First in, last to be served. And yet again the manageress showed disgusting disrespect to me and the other customers. The security guard even highlighted the manageress' ignorance as 'standard' requested her employee number as I don't need to know her name....again just dismissed . She is a disgrace to the company name. Full complaint will be submitted
