Excellent Sunday breakfast, cooked fresh to order for 6 hungry people. The Lambretta (Full English with bells on) was deemed fantastic, 2 in our party had the pancakes with bacon and the rest of us opted for the 'build your own breakfast' plate and everything arrived perfectly and freshly cooked, piping hot and delicious. The bacon was particularly good.There were clean plates and full tummies all round. Lovely mugs of tea and the little pots of milk were a nice touch as I like to put in just enough. Very friendly service from the owner who made sure we had everything we wanted. Our first visit, but I'm sure it won't be the last. Do give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Lovely family breakfast at the Kirby Cafe. We had a mix of lovely American pancakes and make your own breakfasts. We understood it's under new ownership and we were very impressed with the friendly service and great food. Would definitely recommend

I happened to drive past the Kirby cafe today to see it reopened under new management, really friendly guys great new look and the food is amazing so much better than before, they have new opening hours too 7am till 3pm but chatting to the guys that will change over time till later Highly recommend the breakfast

I've recently moved to clacton Just before Christmas after living in kirby cross for 5 years I lived around the corner from kirby cafe ate in for breakfast and lunch plenty of times the food is always really nice,the cafe is always so imaculate and the staff are so friendly and welcoming,my kids love the food especially the chicken burgers on the kids meal we got take away atleast once a week from here kids choose the take away on family night an only place they ever all agree on,never had a bad meal from here everything is really nice but my 2 favourite dishes has got tobe the pork dinner and the curry dishes especially the curried goat not always on the menu but if itis it's a must,only if you like spicy curries ! Every week on family night since moving the kids ask if we can get a delivery from kirby cafe to clacton like its 5 min away! The food is well worth the money an if you live close by an hav'nt ate from here yet definitely give it a try you wont be disappointed.

Such a shame ordered 2x calamari, lambshank, new york cheese cake. There are roadworks on the way, so i understand and accept the the main needed to be microwaved. Calamari arrived without and sauce, an error by the cafe. I called, agreed repacement starters in 30 mins ( unable to do a small refund or deliver the sauce any earlier. After 40 mins i rang the the cafe, first told another 20 mins and then I was told I was wasting their time. The starter arrived, warm with a lovely sauce a few minutes later.... Why such a same, lovely menu, a real option on your traditional take aways, food is well cooked and tasty. Things go wrong, thats life. The difference is how issues are resolved, this should have been 4 star.

Must say that me and my partner had a very tasty roast dinner today less then half hour it took from ordering to being delivered thank you so much for our meal no pots or pans to wash :) for me at least hahah 100% would use again thank you to all at Kirby cafe X

To say I am impressed is a understatement the food was delicious fresh and piping hot even no I was a good 20 min drive away delivery was also ontime! Best takeaway I have had in a long time I will definitely be back! Thank you x

Very surprised to find this cafe open quite late on the way home from Frinton, so we stopped for coffee. Nice little cafe.

Excellent food and very friendly young chap served us. Lovely desserts too, especially the sticky toffee pudding and churros but they didn't last long enough for photos 😀

Yummy food, we had a burrito, quesadilla and nachos, it was all tasty, hot, fresh. Not too greasy, generous portions and a good helping of crisp, fresh salad. Also, compostable or recyclable packaging!

Friendly and welcoming staff, reasonably priced, and very tasty food. Cafe is bright and clean and the atmosphere is nice. Will definitely be returning and highly recommend :)

My wife and I have just eaten the most wonderful meal delivered from this outlet by JUST EAT. Beautifully cooked roast Sunday dinners, generous. Portions and delivered at the requested time. Excellent value for money and a credit to all the staff at this establishment. Definitely going to a regular treat for two wheelchair bound diners.

Actually might be the best full English in frinton and walton area, probably.

Lovely little cafe with a very broad menu to suit all tastes!

Had food from here as a takeaway delivered to our holiday park. The pork belly was amazing and very generous portions of mashed potatoes, and side veg. Just what was needed on a cold night and thoroughly recommend. Also lovely and hot in spite of the distance

Called ahead to check allergens. Very helpful and were able to accommodate our needs. Food arrived quickly, hot and well packaged. Delicious and will use again.

Would give a million stars if I could AMAZING food, had delivery of kids roast beef dinner today, portion size just right, all real food, no processed anything, loved the extra pot of gravy thank you, The chocolate fudge cake was very very fresh and served with some fruit, nice touch, will deffo use again and again xoxo

Great parking out front, they have some little tables and chairs out park with more parking and the food is absolutely spot on! I’m really fussy when it comes to fish and chips, and these were the best of had in years! Perfectly cook chips and fish was amazing! Ended our day at the beach off lovely

We regularly order from here, but tonight we had the burger, it is honestly the best we have had. It was huge and so tasty. We also had dessert which again was so so good. I would recommend kirby cafe to all friends and family, amazing

I would happily pay for the cheese burgers and chips in a restaurant the same goes for the curry, the spices really get the taste buds going

Amazing food and always delivered within the time stated normally sooner. Cost effective for delivery and the taste is great for a cafe standard but traditional English with a flare for a few surprises. I am looking forward to seeing what they add to their already enjoyable menu as their food is always nice I hope we have a bigger selection of mains courses too choose from.

I do not buy very often but I have to say "That was the most incredible lunch I have had since moving to Clacton!" The mains meal salad was bang on and the halloumi burger a colossus for the lips! Five star din dins. Hoorah, hoorah for 3 courses again !

Just had the best curry I have had in a very long while! Will definitely be having it again. Very good value for money. I have had quite a few different dishes from here and I can not fault this place at all. Perfect food. Perfect service. Very friendly. What more could you ask for! Well done kirby cafe. 👌

Very polite staff, enjoyed my salad and my children also like the portions and their food.. had a bit of a wait as busy so they offered us more free drinks. I would visit again . Very clean also
