Lovely little family run cafe. Great welcome, fresh cooked to order and takeaway available. Nice cup of char as well. I'm going to be back to try M's Pad Thai and Philipino food. Yeah I eft my water Duh!!!

The Thai food they serve is great the king prawn pad Thai is one of the best I’ve ever eaten by far and the ladies who serve always friendly and polite

Used to be ok but it went downhill, the portions got smaller and prices went up, fair enough in the current climate. The service is terrible , the waitress forgets to take your order, there are items missing from the order, wrong items on the plate, wrong drinks and the last time I was in there I got up and walked out after 40 minutes of waiting for a cup of tea and an omelet which had obviously been forgotten because the waitress was outside trying to help someone jump start his car instead of doing her job. Customers that came in after me had gotten their food and drinks. Very unprofessional.

I used to go in there a lot, it was good but my last couple of visits put me off. The food is good but the service is terrible. Waiting staff seem to prefer doing anything other than what they are being paid to do. They forget to take your order, forget items from your order and give you things you haven’t even ordered. The last time I went there I walked out after half an hour of sitting there, I’d ordered but hadn’t even got the coffee I ordered, two lots of diners that came in after me had got there’s, the waitress that took my order was too busy outside trying to jump start somebody’s car........ Maybe they’d do a better job if the owners gave them the tips that the customer has left instead of keeping the cash for themselves.

Very friendly staff. nothing too much trouble. excellent value for money. Kept cafe open for us after going passed closing time.

Had breakfast delivered just up the road. Was stone cold, burnt eggs and couldn't even chew the bacon. Absolutely filth!!! Avoid this place at all cost!!!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. What can I say the supposed manger was so rude to me and my friend. We both felt very upset by this kind of “customer service” everyone else was a pleasure to be around

Absolutely amazing ordered for lunch brilliant prices for what you get and I’ll definitely be using again the money you pay for what you get and the service is outstanding and I’ll definitely be recommending to friends and family!

We visited eat one 8 one at lunch as a four. Everyone had something different! The food smelt amazing and tasted even better! The prices are such good value for 5* food! The curry tasted delicious and the rice was so fluffy and light. Give it a go see for yourselves! Enjoy x

We went for lunch and got 3 paninis and a large portion of chips. The paninis were generously filled. The service was exceptionally friendly. The value for money was also excellent. Would highly recommend!!!

This is an understated but brilliant venue quietly getting on with providing an excellent greasy spoon experience without the grease but an inspired menu of the usual café fry-up (which I considered a fair stab at as healthy as possible) but with a firm flair of Asian type dishes. The range of noodles, simple side dishes works well alongside more traditional "English" café favourites all supported by a broad range of drinks with interesting soft drinks both canned and still but also the surprise chai tea latte, green teas and usual fresh brewed espressos from a good sized commercial coffee machine rather than an over worked domestic machine bought from Argos seen in other wannabe cafes the country over. Staff are great and very accommodating of special requests. Very competitively priced, clean and friendly venue - being away from the front means this semi-hidden gem is not overrun by tourists -good for those of us in the know.

The staff are friendly, and fun. The prices are very reasonable. I have come to the cafe with my family and friends for the last 10 years, and the food and service has always been great.

This is the place if you want a brilliant breakfast. It has a cool combination of Chinese and English dishes. Come here it is awesome.
